Hey everyone,
We're done stretching this week! Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the plant BEFORE defoliating her, Life got in the way and aside from topping her up, I just let her do her stretch.
Once I saw the flowers starting to set I decided to remove a large amount of fan leaves and lower growth, I chose to do this because I have plenty of branches and I want that energy to go to the top buds.
I was quite surprised by this girl's stretch, If I had not Scrogged and topped It would probably have hit over 1,5 meters tall, she truly doubled in size during week 2 flower. Luckily training went Okay and there's over a dozen branches that are great contenders for making some thick buds.
This Diary was off to a pretty rough start, but after this week I am very excited about her! So far growing her has been painless, she's a heavy eater currently happily at 1.55 EC showing no signs of deficiencies or excesses, I don't easily push over 1.5 EC, as you can see in my list of Nutrients, I don't put a lot of garbage in the buckets. Pick a good brand of base nutrient or mix your own and then get some PK for mid and late flower, it's that simple, you don't have to pay 39 Euros for a 1 litre bottle of mostly water with a pretty picture.
She's chilling at 800-900 PPFD, Defoliating doesn't seem to make this girl flinch, which is a relief because there's two Diaries out that hermed.
