PottOtt Every day the little ones grow a bit, and everything looks good so far. On day 5, they already went into the final pots, and they were watered with 100ml of water per plant. 3 ended up in 12L pots and one Northern Lights Automatic in a 7L pot.

PottOtt One of the lemon power haze is struggling a bit and growing very slowly, otherwise everything is going quite well and I've been watering as needed with 100ml of tap water per plant.

PottOtt Things are moving forward, and one of the Autoflowers has been tied down. All the plants were watered with 500ml as needed. From what I can see, the Lemon Power Haze, which initially didn't want to grow much, is slowly getting into gear.

PottOtt Hello everyone, Today was the day, and one of the Lemon Power Haze was FIMmed. The Northern Lights was also tied down a bit again. Watering was done again as needed with 500ml. I've never FIMmed a plant before and I'm excited about the results. On day 24, the 2nd LPH was FIMmed and the NL is going into flowering. This time, I watered with 2 ml of grow instead of 1 ml per liter of water.

PottOtt Hey everyone Unfortunately, I broke a Northern Lights while tying it down, but I fixed it right away and it's growing slowly. The Lemon Power Haze is very finicky and doesn't like FIMing that much. Since the autos are going into flowering, I've started watering them with top max and Bio Bloom. On day 34, I was fed up with the one LPH where the FIMing wasn't working, so I topped it.

PottOtt Luckily, the Northern Lights has survived and is continuing to grow. The Lemon Power Haze is also growing, but slowly. As soon as the Northern Lights are done, I'll send the Lemon Power Haze into flowering.

PottOtt Everything is going pretty normal, I think. At the end of the week, I'll defoliate a bit again so that light can reach everywhere nicely. The Lemon Power Haze have also recovered and are growing better and better; I'm curious to see how they'll turn out. On day 46, all the plants were defoliated a bit. The Northern Lights have developed yellow tips and are only being watered; one of the two is also showing discoloration (see pictures). Does anyone know what it is?

PottOtt After 10 days without fertilizing, I watered with fertilizer for the first time today. The Lemon Power Haze are growing as usual. The Northern Lights still worry me a bit; I hope I can get the yellow leaves under control. On day 55, the automatics were defoliated, and I increased the amount of Bloom and Topmax to 3ml per liter of watering water.

PottOtt Hello everyone, I watered as indicated and I don't think it will be long until I can harvest, I'm estimating about 2-3 weeks. On day 60, I noticed that I got fungus gnats and immediately watered with neem oil.

PottOtt Soon it will finally be time, and I can harvest the first plant. The NL in the 7L pot needs a bit longer and is only being watered with water. As soon as both NL are harvested, the LPH will go into flowering, which I'm currently watering with 2ml per L of Bio grow.

Have fun growing 👋 Are your little ones staying in the closet, or are they going outdoors?
PottOtt
PottOtt commented2y ago
@CanOli95, thank you very much I'm considering putting the automatics on the balcony

The Northern Lights have developed yellow tips and are only being watered as a result; one of them is also showing discoloration (see pictures). Does anyone know what it is?" I'm also wondering about the Northern Lights. The same thing is happening to mine. If we figure out what's the same for us, we'll know what the issue is. We're both using a SanLight; I'm using Biobizz Light Mix as soil. I'm using a completely different fertilizer and only half the amount. It could be iron deficiency. I have very hard water here. Hmm. I'll message you in the chat so we can go through things there. Maybe the strain is just bad :))

RakonGrow commented2y ago
@PottOtt, since I have powder top dressing as fertilizer, I can't change anything about the fertilization anyway. So it's running for us, it was just the free seeds and the phenotype is probably crossing through lol

@RakonGrow, light burn is totally normal,
RakonGrow
RakonGrow commented2y ago
@LegalGrowMyOwn, comedians who diagnose from afar are always funny. If it were light burn, then mine should have been bright green lol. We compared a total of 3 grows, and it has nothing to do with the light itself.

Awesome - I'm celebrating the wardrobe grows! Regarding the fungus gnats, have you ever heard of SF nematodes? They're tiny roundworms that eat the larvae of fungus gnats - you can get them pretty cheap on places like Amazon, just add them to your watering can and water once with it. Then you'll have peace in 4-5 days. They're completely harmless to humans and plants and die off once they've eaten all the fungus gnat larvae.

PottOtt commented2y ago
@Djuff, glad to hear you're enjoying the grow! Yeah, I've heard about SF nematodes, but I got neem oil and yellow sticky traps from the hardware store, which have worked pretty well for me. On top of that, I let the soil dry out properly.

Very nice 👌, have you tried supercropping yet? I think there's too much light for the NL.

@modmyplants, I always bend the branches of the lemon down a bit so it doesn't grow too tall for me.

@RakonGrow, you were right, she just took it like a champ. I was already expecting that the little one wouldn't survive.

Yeah, those are burnt leaf tips because they're getting too much light. Measure the PPFD next time.

You've got a beautiful jungle there ;) I'm curious to see how they will taste for you! You have nice purple/red colors :)

That looks delicious ... if you're into color salad :)) but what can I say, mine doesn't look any different. A brand new phenotype of a Northern Lights, if it hits as good as it looks, then it's going to be something very, very interesting. :))
