nonick123 Welcome to the diary of Banana Purple Punch Auto by FastBuds Day -3 (04/20): The seed is placed in a test tube with 15 ml of water (EC 0.5) + 3 drops of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) in a dark place at 25 ºC for 24 hours Day -2 (04/21): An 11-liter (3-gallon) pot is prepared with PRO-MIX HP BACILLUS + MYCORRHIZAE substrate 68.75 grams of All-One-Pellets from Aptus Holland (6.25 grams/liter of substrate) are added and mixed homogeneously The substrate is moistened very slowly to deep percolation with 3 L of rested tap water (EC 0.5) with pH 6.5 A hole 1 cm deep is made, the seed is randomly placed in the hole, covered with a bit of substrate, and lightly moistened with spray water The top part of the bottle is placed in the germination area to maintain high relative humidity It is placed in the cabinet with the LIGHT ON to maintain the temperature at 20-21 ºC during the night hours Day -1 (04/22): It seems that the seed is starting to break the surface of the substrate! I've been very strict with the watering, letting the top up to the knuckle dry completely! Day 14 (07/05) I'm making an improvement in the tent. Until now I had passive intake, but now I've installed a fan to push fresh air into the tent. A spectacular strain! It has grown to a good size with the typical Christmas tree structure. Despite having suffered a phosphorus (P) deficiency at the beginning of flowering (I am not happy with Aptus All-In-One Pellets), it has handled it well with supplementation using liquid fertilizers. It recovered quickly (although its fan leaves did not) and has developed thick and dense buds by the end of flowering. Although I harvested it on day 70 due to my preference for amber trichomes, it was ready to be picked a few days earlier (around day 65). Additionally, it has gifted us with beautiful purple tones at the end of flowering. The scents during flowering range from ripe banana, a hint of earth, and at times, a pungent smell like stewed beef. Let’s wait to see how it develops the terpene profile after drying and curing! In conclusion, highly recommended for lovers of indicas and purple colors!

Congratulations to your really nice harvest. I have the same problem that you had with the fan leaves, she's a diva when it comes to nutrition. Was the only plant from my grow that showed signs of a nitrogen toxicity though all other plants where fine. Wish you a good smoke my friend 🥦🍀

@nonick123, Yes man you're right. I removed a little piece of bud to test it ahead. It's really narcotic. Definitely not a day time strain. Next week is harvest time for my banana purple punch 👊🏽
