This week I started to notice my stems getting dark purple and the leaf showing signs of a magnesium deficiency. This is the largest indoor plant I’ve grown so I was worried about some issue of nutrient depletion happening during flower.
I added magnesium sulfate to my mix at a rate of 1/8 teaspoon per feeding. This is on top of my already 4ml per gallon of Cal/Mag. I should have noticed that I was getting nearly 50% run off all of a sudden after my stretch phase was over. I thought it was just done sucking up as much water but it was indeed a magnesium deficient that finally showed itself two weeks later.
After the first dose of the Magnesium Sulfate. The very next day the plant sucked down WAY more water. It’s amazing how fast these plants can fix their problems if provided the correct environment and nutrients.
The bud development is amazing so far and it’s looking like I will have some great 7-8” tops.
Frost production is next level. I have 5 weeks to go and it’s unbelievably frosty on the buds and already working out to fan leafs.
Time to start packing on the mass!

somehow this platform is a bit buggy, I just now saw your answer, but only in my notifications.
Thank you for your clarification, one more case of what I learned today, thanks a lot ;)
still fukken awesome work, I am exited to follow you progress.
Shouldn't scrog be just a sht load of plants right next to each other?
That look more like a perfectly trained and lollipoped plant.
Nevermind my confusion, that is some awesome work you did there, a beauty to behold.
@DaddyGreenThumb, technically no. However it is usually multiple plants used to evenly fill out your screen. Having multiple plants makes the task much easier and less time consuming.
SOG is having loads of plants beside each other to fill a space and have the same canopy level. Scrog is using a net system to even the canopy of any number of plants.
