sugar leaves need a little more time. they will only cultivate later, first the buds become thicker. but of course it also depends on your strain and your growing techniques.
Your plant "knows" what it is doing..........be patient.
Some strains start early with trichomes, others explode towards the end.
It all depends on genetics.
I can not see anything that would indicate pollination/seeds.
I do not think you have anything to be worried about.
The big calyxes/pods next to the main stem are normal and to be expected.
