Skunk #1 AUTO DWC

Dwcbudz She’s working on her 3rd set of leaves she’s so doing pretty good so decided to do the first feed yesterday about 1/2 strength. She’s taking to it pretty good hopefully she produces some nice quality buds

Dwcbudz She just has one deformed leaf but other than that she's been growing steady this week. She has one small root coming out the net pot so we should see some more development this week. Top feeding a few times a day and just trying to keep her happy.

Dwcbudz She’s doing good will probably start training next week with my Gorilla Glue auto. Roots on her are coming in a little slower than the Gorilla glue but she's getting there. Canopy is looking nice as well, will increase the nutrient feed next week.

Dwcbudz Week 4 starts tomorrow. Ran into a small problem while doing my res change. I get my water from the cold water line in my basement which comes out about 60 degrees. Didn't notice the water was too cold until it was too late, but I still had time to save them by adding some warm water. Careless mistake, usually I keep my water tote filled and after it settles so does the temperature but things happen just not paying attention and filling up my water bin late. That and a heat fluctuation to 91 degree caused all the leaves to droop down within minutes After that she started recovering good most of her leaves were ok so I only trimmed 1 or 2 that were damaged. Shes starting to get a small smell to her as well already so thinking her aroma will be crazy in flower. Shes also branching out to be a nice hardy girl so we'll keep a close eye on he this week still looking for some better root development from her.

Dwcbudz She back on her toes now! She exploded during the week Ive just been tucking fan leaves everyday on her. She’s going to fill out very nice and bushy. Roots looking pretty good as well probably the best I’ve had out of my grows. She’s a good pheno just have to keep her happy

Dwcbudz Still no sign so of preflower that I can see but she’s healthy and growing. Switched over to flower nutes so hopefully sometime this week she starts. I did do some defoliation on her and I really hope that’s not why she isn’t flowering. The leaves are so big it’s impossible not to but I’m only taking off maximum 5 leaves a week maybe and tucking the rest. Other than that it’s been a steady week, I did miss 2 lowers during training over the past few weeks so the of the canopy isn’t how I want it but oh well

Dwcbudz Increased feed this week she’s a very bushy girl. She’s starting to smell a little different but still waiting on flower

Dwcbudz Other than the fact she isn’t flowering this has been my best plant so far very healthy strong girl. Was really hoping she was going to be a faster auto but this is what we have. My photo tent isn’t ready to be flipped yet so can move her. I’ve added 2 small scoops of flower fuel to see if that helps any. Should have a nice yield tho since she’s taking so long

Dwcbudz This is the last week I’ll leave her on 20/4. If she doesn’t start flowering I’ll flip to 12/12, already moved her last night. This is why I don’t like autos they’re just not consistent enough for me. But she’s still healthy still growing fine. You might notice some white hairs in the pictures but I think that’s the flash

Dwcbudz Flipped to 12/12 a few days ago after about 24hrs of darkness. Canopy and roots are looking good no complaints this week just hoping the end result is worth while. Guess this will be an experiment.

Dwcbudz Figured I need to get out some scrogs to keep her under control. I think this is how you supercrop not sure really, broke a few branches in the process. But hoping this will save me some space let me know what you think about this grow.

Dwcbudz Not much going on in the grow this week. Doing res change close to every 2 weeks on her, did some defoliating yesterday. Still looking like the stretch has slowed up which is perfect buds site developing nice.

Dwcbudz She's pushing through flower and looking nice. Definitely getting that skunky aroma to her and she's packing on weight pretty steady now. I increased the feed last week and this week but I'll be going back to 6ml/gal bc of the slight tip burn. Beautiful girl though I've been loving this grow definitely recommend this strain hopefully I can find another pheno like her. Also pollinated a few lowers with some purp pollen a week or 2 ago. We'll see how that goes

Dwcbudz Did some defoliating this week to help out with air circulation and mold prevention. I did go a little heavy but she had way to many leaves in my opinion. She's about recovered from that already and colas are fattening up. Honestly I really haven't been in this grow much this week except for about 1-2 hours of defoliating. This is definitely an easy strain to grow very stable and is an absolute beast. It's been a long ride but well worth it!

Dwcbudz Not much this week she's still chilling, I'm thinking I definitely went a little to heavy on defoliating last week. My terpinator finally came in so I feed her 10ml mid-week. The pollinated lowers are looking nice I believe the seeds will be ready when I harvest. Just patiently waiting for these colas to fatten, not going to be a super frosty strain.

Dwcbudz Another simple week here the only things I've done this week is support a few more colas and moved my light up. Had a few leaves showing stress at the top of canopy I'm thinking that should solve that probably. Been a load road but she still pushing

Dwcbudz Amber's are finally coming in I'm thinking about 1-2 more weeks then I'll be flushing

Dwcbudz Amber's are starting to finally come in, I'm going to start flushing tonight for about 2 weeks. Her aroma isn't really strong but the colas are still bulking up. She definitely didn't like the high temps, I may be hooking up A/C on my next grows bc temp always kills me. Almost harvest time!

Dwcbudz This week she's flushing with just water, I'll probably chop her down in 10 days. Amber trichomes are coming in but she's mostly cloudy right now. Buds smell great but it's not a really strong aroma. They're not really dense and she has white pistols coming from some areas around the foxtails. Looked at a few seeds from the buds I pollinated and they look ready go🙏🙏. Still up in the air though sense the female wasn't the best selection to breed with. But we'll see what happens with those.

Dwcbudz Overall this was a decent grow and could have potentially been more had I had more time to spend on her, but her time is up. This seed was an auto flower but I had to induce flowering. so it was veg'd for about 2 months before I Flipped. I do think the strain itself is probably great to grow I just had a bad seed. She did not react well to temps once they hit 80 and I think the max temp was 82-84. Foxtailing everywhere so she was stressed out which prolonged flower. I kept this one going to see how the outcome would be which would have been better if my temps we're better regulated. All in all I still believe this would have been a solid strain just watch your temps. I'm still not sold on autos bc of lack of consistency I personally experience. Very leafy strain so I did trim all fan leaves before hanging to dry but the dry time will be a bitch a I'm sure. Honestly I would grow skunk again from seedsman moreso the photo but I'd be willing to try the auto again as well now that I see the potential. If you're looking for a heavy yield I'd check them out just make sure your temps are in line. Trichs were mostly cloudy maybe 90/10 cloudy/clear, handful of Amber's.so like I said she could have had 3 more weeks on nutes. I pulled a few seeds out the look great I'll post up some pictures of those. I used a q tip to spread the pollen to see how controlled I could get it.sorta kinda worked in my favor0
