Happy to be finally harvesting this lady 😸
She’s been flowering for 69 days and looks done to me.
I always keep my cats well away from my grow areas, but the hair follows me in 🤷♂️ didn’t realise how much was floating about until I started taking the pictures 🤦♂️
Never mind 😸😒
Unfortunately a couple of weeks ago she did have a small amount of bud rot, but that was hastily removed.
I bought more fans and adjust the humidity and fortunately had no recurring problems.
The bud’s themselves are absolutely solid! They’ve faded out a deep red almost leaning to purple.
She’s got a lovely gassy sherbet smell, it’s slightly citrusy, she’s lost a lot of the lemon smell I was getting through flowering.
Trichome coverage is on point, can’t complain in that department 😸
I’ve cut her up into individual branches and hung her in my drying tent.
I keep the humidity around 55RH and the temp fluctuates around 20*c.
I aim for around 10-14 days drying, then a final manicure and into a jar for curing.
I’d like to thank everyone who has had a look, commented or liked this diary. I hope it’s been helpful in some way 😸
Really happy with my first LIT Farms harvest, I’ll be sure to be running some more of their genetics in the future.
Until next time 😸🌱💚
@Hempface86,
😅 she got the roughest treatment out of these latest plants I’ve abused 🤦♂️😸
You don’t know until you try something 🤷♂️ she looks well now.
@XII_XII_MrGreen,
This one is something special 👌
The terps are wild, presently she smells of sour lemon sherbet with a heavy gassy/fuel kick. She smells like an absolute face melter!
I’ve got two clones of this pheno, one that’s potted up and waiting for space to flower. The other has been topped and is bushing out. I plan on taking 10+ clones and doing a big run in the next couple of months 😸💪👀🌱💚
@PersonalSmok3s, it is good that you keep an eye on them and spotted it very fast. It can spread when left creating millions of spores that float around the tent.
i ve discovered it is very dependent on the area you grow too. There were places where i never had it. Unfortunately my last place was terrible. Next to a forrest. I ve had some mold every grow.
Best would be some kind of filter that treats air that is coming in so there is no spores in the air.
I’m testing filters now that I put in my tents intake windows. Additionally I added UVC lamp in the air duct to sterilize air.
All the best mate!
Happy growing
@Willy_Balls,
Thank you, any advice is welcome 🙏 it’s not something I’ve dealt with much.
I can’t see any more on any of the other buds.
The buds are a lot thicker and denser than some of the strains I’ve recently grown.
Hoping the new fans will help prevent any further infection, got the humidity down to 48/50 🤷♂️
