Week5: It's crazy how much she grew this week. She was so small and still is but my LST has been working wonders on her and my accidental topping (meant to FIM) actually helped her create a more even canopy. Her stems and colas are nothing like her cousins (Strawberry Nuggests and Forum Stomper), meaning that she's so much easier to tie down because her stems are much more malleable. Her leaves are more interspersed also and I don't need to defoliate her much at all. She's more in pre-flower this week.
End of Week: She's spread out and stretched out so much during pre-flower and going into full flower now.
Happy new year my friend! Your grow is looking fantastic and healthy and I wish you best in this next year growing some amazing plants and yielding yourself large amounts of bud. Cheers!
@CRiSPrGrow,
Hi. I received these as my Freebies. Maybe they were illuminautos from past but they aren't part of the current ones. I just thought that Mephisto was testing out some new strains? They have a Sour Stomper but it's genetics are different. This label said Sour Stomper x Fantasmo. Thanks for stopping by! Cheers!
@Pdogg0420,
Hey there, I think they cracked open after about 24 hours and then the tiny white tap root showed up after another 24 hours? So two days I saw a tiny tap root peeking out.
Please keep in mind that I had the seed in small glass jar in a tissue box and the tissue box (with the flap so it's dark inside) is on a germinating mat to keep the seed/water at a higher temperature than my home's ambient temperate (68 Fahrenheit). So maybe your temperature is too high/low?
Also, one of my two Sour Stomper x Fantasmo free seed was a dud (it cracked open - no tap root coming out - nothing happened after waiting 4-5 days in water - I even went as far as planting it and after 2.5 weeks I gave up on it).
