Week1: Well this little one was a freebie: Sour Stomper x Fantasmo by Mephisto. Why Frankenstein (or rather Frankenstine?), because she's a bit of an anomaly, leaves growing on leaves already (yeah she's a super freak, superfreaky!)
Hmm, actually I think she has 3 heads? Doh! Her name should've been Cererbus - what a missed opportunity!
Those first set of leaves - eek - my poor mistreated plants. I should probably try to do a ph test. Just adding cal-mag and voodoo juice to water.
I hope she will be an awesomely weird plant the whole grow!
Week 3: So, it's not three-headed; I mistakenly thought the second set of true leaves were the first set. This plant is growing much slower than the other 2 Mephisto plants @ 17 days. Even though they seem small for their age, this one is even smaller.
Week4: Like clockwork she's showing pistils at week 4 and like my last attempt I think I topped her while attempting to FIM. I think she'll be in flower by week5 and then hopefully a really good stretching period of 2-3 weeks like her cousins Strawberry Nuggets and Forum Stomper. I will also lean her over to LST and get her undergrowth some light and a chance to become Colas.
Week5: It's crazy how much she grew this week. She was so small and still is but my LST has been working wonders on her and my accidental topping (meant to FIM) actually helped her create a more even canopy. Her stems and colas are nothing like her cousins (Strawberry Nuggests and Forum Stomper), meaning that she's so much easier to tie down because her stems are much more malleable. Her leaves are more interspersed also and I don't need to defoliate her much at all. She's more in pre-flower this week.
End of Week: She's spread out and stretched out so much during pre-flower and going into full flower now.
Week 6: She has stretched a lot more than I ever expected and thought was possible for such a tiny plant! She's tall and the fan leaves are definitely sparse compared to her cousin Forum Stomper and Strawberry nuggets. She is really the opposite of those two.
Week 7: Her growth pattern and the way her flowers look reminds me of how my Amnesia Haze grew.
This gal is very leggy and easy to train. She looks to be the biggest of the 3 Mephisto grows, however, the actual scale weight of all three will be interesting since the Strawberry Nuggets and Forum Stomper are so dense. Happy Budding!
Week 8: This week she just decided to explode and pack on weight like it's 1999! She's also packing on the frost as well. One of her colas has two heads - pretty neat.
Happy Growing and Thanks for stopping by!
Week 9: Not doing much except letting her fatten up and get frosty💪. I feed once a week, and water 2x a week so the next watering I just add cal-mag and sometimes when I remember I will add .25 cup of coconut water.
Stay warm and happy flowering.
Week 10: She's in a tent with the photoperiod girls that are flowering right now and being flipped 12/12, so I'm not sure what the results will be? Less yield maybe?
She's not suffering in any way and her flowers are dense, frosty, and trichomes are mostly cloudy.
She's going to go to 11, maybe 12 weeks. I'm not in a rush and neither is she so we're on this journey/exploration, for science, of course, together!
Stay Warm and Happy Growing!
Week 11: Well, this chapter is almost closed. Next week, this sweet girl is coming down. Setting her on 12/12 hasn't really done any damage. It probably meant she just got to rest more and took a little longer to mature but no harm done!
Spring is coming! Happy Growing!
