Germinated my seeds with some paper towels and two plates on a heating pad. Used rapid rooters and dynomyco once seeds had a lil tap root. Placed directly into hydroton. Only misting with tap water..
We will call this week 1 I guess I normally will veg my plants for a good two to three months to fill up the 4x2. Just installed the fc4000 and it is amazing fits the 4x2 wall to wall and isn’t hot. Did my first res change this week added hydroguard to BB and ph down to 5.5. The IDC doesn’t have roots in water yet, but still is looking good.
I wanted to try jacks 321… it was hot asf. Burnt my plants up. Even on a small dosage. I did a rez change as soon as i noticed burn. First time trying Jacks 321 so maybe it’s me but now I’m Back on botanicare, plants are recovering nicely and in a week will be back on track. For now I just gave them like 20ml of grow which is half the recommended dose. Also gave 2ml of cal-mag+ to aid with recovery. Will probably give some liquid karma and silica next week and see how they like it. Also bumped up the air since they are getting bigger.
Week 3. Botanicare is working wonders. I went ahead and topped at the third node. And started giving plants full grow nutes. The Banana Biscotti looks so good I might clone it. The Ice Dream Cake hasn’t bounced all the way back yet.
Plants looking great. This botanicare stuff is ok. The main nutrients are very weak though imo. The plants seem to like it. Might have to switch nutrients mid way through 😂
It stretched like crazy. Would recommend doing a scrog or a lot of lst. Bud structure is dense trichome packed. Not bad for what it went through and only vegging for like 6 weeks.
Smoke test: upon first light you get an earthy taste but very light. The high is pure body relaxation. Great for a night time smoke.
I’d recommend this to a person who has had a couple grows under their belt as it stretches very rapidly. If you love indicas you’ll love this strain fa sho
Smoke was good very tasty. Will grow again. Didn’t get any seeds from this one. Preferred this over the ice dream cake as far as smell and terps go. However I’d give the ice dream cake the edge as far as potency. Both are fire though especially for cheaper seeds
