When the trichomes lookes lactiginuos at 20%/30% so you should have 2 weeks more or less before the harvest, you could consider this moment to start the final flush. Good luck and happy harvest!!

Very hard to tell from your video footage, but they will still need another 3 weeks roughly, I think. Some decent, clear, close up pictures of the flowers would help with giving better answers. So, maybe start your flush in 10-14 days time. BTW, videoing your plants during the night with a bright light is not ideal.
