Strawberry cheesecake

Milty So far so good. Right now I'm trying to keep vpd at .7 and ppfd at 300.

Milty This was going to be an outdoor grow but temps are too hot. I set up my 4x4 tent and I'll be splitting these up. I want to keep them in a temperature controlled environment but I'll put 2 outside to see what happens.

Milty Started LST today. I have 3 plants in my 4x4 and 2 I put on the porch just to see what happens. I'm not going to do any training on the two on the porch. This week just watered at 6.5ph.

Milty This week, just ph water and some LST for the ones 8n the tent. The ones on the porch have it rough. High temps, wind, lightning storms, and really high humidity are not helping. I had to put up some hanging support because the storm we had folded them over.

Milty I know this is boring to hear but I only watered at 6.5ph. Using the Nature's Living Soil additive makes this easy. The weather has been very wet and cloudy. I decided to put the outside plants into my 3x3. I think they are a little sensitive to the extra light but we'll see how it goes.

Milty I must have brought some fungus knats in with the two plants in the 3x3. I dusted the soil and floor of the tent with DE and put sticky pads in the tent. If I see any more knats I'll take further action. The 3 plants in the 4x4 are ok I think. All of the plants got DE dusted, no top water, just 6.0ph water with silica in the water bases.

Milty To combat the fungus knats i let the soil dry completely and the leaves were drooping a lot. I watered the self watering bases with 6.0ph water and the one in the back on the right was the only one that didnt perk up. After a couple more days i top dressed Gaia Green 2-8-4 and water the tops with 6.0ph water. Now the one 8n the back is looking better. I added beneficial nematodes to keep the knats at bay. I also put a net on the ones in the 3x3 because they gotbreally tall and im trying to avoid the tops getting too close to the light. The tall ones look funny but it is what it is. Thats what not enough light does when they ate seedlings.

Milty This week i watered with 6.5ph mixed with recharge and black strap molasses. Strupped a few leaves. Smells like pine, grape candy and lemon.

Milty This week, i did very light defoliation. Top feed power bloom one time with 6.2ph water. Filled the wicking bases with 6.0ph water. Lowered temperatures by a few degrees and lowered humidity. Humidity is set by the VPD setting on my AC Infinity controller69. My house smells like strawberry icecream! 😋

Milty Had to go away for a while and didnt water the plants for 5 days. Some were drooping and some showing some yellow leaves. Top dressed with Gaia Green Power Bloom and worm castings. Watered with 6.2ph water. The front left plant smells like strawberry icecream. 😋

Milty This week I top dressed Gaia Green Power Bloom and worm castings. I also watered in recharge and sweet and sticky. Watered 2 times with half gallon of 6.2ph water.

Milty I had a ph issue... The plants started turning yellow and i thought i had a late nitrogen deficiency. It got so bad that the upper leaves started to burn. I raised my light and tried to adjust nutrients butbit keept getting worse. Come to find out, my ph pen was off. After trying to recalibrate several times, I decided to buy a new pen. Comparing the values of both pens, I realized that the old pen wouldn't recalibrate and was bad. I got the ph under control and the plants are getting better but the damage is done. The burnt leaves are pretty bad as you can see. They still smell great and don't have much time left so I guess I averted a a catastrophe. I will be buying back upstairs to all my equipment to avoid this issue in the future. I isolated one of the plants into another tent to keep in the dark for 48hrs. Will harvest that one soon.

Milty Had some issues on this grow. Completely my fault. They smell great and the buds are rock hard.
