Planted 34 autos, using Q Plugs for the first time. All going in the 100 gallon living soil bed. Germ rate wasn't great and some that did sprout damped off. The Q Plugs were fully saturated with standing water in the tray underneath, and humidity dome on for the first two days. Next time, no dome.
Also a mishap - the tray got knocked over and spilled half the Q plugs and I lost track of strain tags on. I only know what 7 seedlings of the 18 are haha
This will be a speed run while I plan, plant, and veg my next photo run. These should be done by mid to late September. I want to have them dried and in jars before my outdoor harvest. The photos will go into the bed as soon as possible after the autos are done.
They've really taken off this past week. Doing minor defol and tucking for now but it might turn into major defol as the plants keep growing. Most are shooting pistils but not all. I also topped the back three as they were stretching wicked.
Top dressed with gaia 444 and watered in with BAS Agsil and lots of water
Selectively defoling and topping pretty heavily at this point. Can't slow these girls down. Looks like they're starting to stretch though thankfully, shootin out more and more pistils pew pew
D30 - Oops, all bud sites! Shooting pistils but not in flower yet. Probably still have a bit more stretching to do. Been defoling and topping like a mfer to keep canopy even.
D33 - Top dressed one tablespoon per plant of COM fishbonemeal, then watered in with light feed of Roots Terp Tea Bloom, and watered again the next day. Not going to feed again for a bit even though they're in full flower, let the 444 break down and do its thing and will feed again in a couple of weeks. Water only until then unless I see the plants really need it. They are growing super fast!
D38 - Supercropping and defoling to keep canopy even. Pulled the two most stunted plants, so down to 16 instead of 18. Clearly not a huge problem, and opened things up a bit.
-Looking okay. Definitely got a hermie in there that I can't find. 240w light is not enough to flower all these properly. Curious to see what the final outcome is before I move up to an HLG Rspec600.
-D57 from planting - Going strong. Just sticking to water only for this week, but will hit them with that Terp Tea bloom booster at next watering. Some of the plants look better than others but all look decent for autos. Definitely need a lazy ass susan underneath the 100gal, can't easily get to the back at all.
Flowering pretty good. Had some warm temps and high humidity, bud growth is leafier than I'd like but still looking good. Borrowing an AC for the lung room for the next week because its supposed to get pretty hot
Got the AC unit running and trying to keep things in range but humidity is always a problem, sitting around 65-75% at any given time. Hoping lots of air movement and keeping my shit clean will prevent any issues from issuing.
At the very end. Most of the plants are looking fantastic.
Final tally of 18 initial plants put into the bed - Two runts pulled, a few absolute stellar plants, majority of plants are good to great, three runts that were kept and will be used for coconut oil.
Chopping tomorrow at day 72 from planting.
Grapez OG looks great and smells like sweet berries on 1 and 2. If 3 is in fact the same strain (looks similar, lost the plant tag), 3 smells like rotten berries and is way frostier. Grapez OG is some of the best of the harvest
Great harvest
This website is kinda fucking me over and I keep trying to upload the harvest data but GD is erasing the strain names, not that they matter. GD has not responded to my email
