Day 1 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 2 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 3 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa Transplant jiffy pellet to 0.3 L coco fiber pot. Mycotrex applied to the hole and sprayed with kelp extract.
Day 4 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 5 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 6 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 7 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 8 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa. Transplant to 15 L fabric pot with half strength super soil. For the super soil i used the Mr. B's green trees fertilizers ( can't find them at the nutrient platform ) that i won at the GOTM. The recipe was 10 grams / L of soil ( 5 grams from the growth and 5 from the bloom ) Mycotrex applied again in the plant hole and plant sprayed with kelp extract. I also started to run the auto pot.
Day 9 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 10 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa
Day 11 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa.
Day 12 VPD : 0.4-0.8 kPa. Sprayed with kelp extract.
Day 13 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa. Humidity dropped at 35%.
Day 14 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa
Day 15 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa
Day 16 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa
Day 17 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa
Day 18 VPD : 1.5-1.9 kPa
Day 19 VPD : 0.7-1 kPa. The humidity is again pretty much on point.
Day 20 VPD : 0.7-1 kPa
Day 21 VPD : 0.7-1 kPa
Day 22 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa. The smell is really loud and its so soon....
Day 23 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 24 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 25 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 26 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa. Sprayed with kelp extract.
Day 27 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 28 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa. I made a little bit bad super cropping at the main stem but it is going to be fine 😎. I sprayed with kelp extract.
Day 43 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 44 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa. Sprayed with kelp extract.
Day 45 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 46 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 47 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa
Day 48 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa.
Day 49 VPD : 0.8-1.2 kPa. Water with compost tea.
Compost tea recipe : 4 L water, 1 cup worm humus, 2 tbsp kelp meal, 1 tbsp molasses, 72 hours brewing at 30 °C. I used it undiluted.
Day 57 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 58 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 59 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 60 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 61 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 62 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 63 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa. A nitrogen deficiency developed but i believe its caused from the low temperatures. This plant is definitely a heavy nitrogen eater and a lot of nitrogen from the amendments has been used but i believe that the problem is caused more from the low temperatures at night.
Day 64 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 65 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 66 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 67 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 68 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa. The nitrogen deficiency became very aggressive so i introduced a heater for the night cycle.
Day 69 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 70 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa. Water with compost tea.
Day 71 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 72 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 73 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 74 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 75 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 76 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa
Day 77 VPD : 1.2-1.6 kPa. . A little bit unnecessary but i flushed with plenty of water.
hey madsci , great diary so far 🙌 are you using biotabs or only mr. b ? i've got some of mr. b's too, gonna watch how the pro does it, i was confused about how to use the veg nutes / flower nutes , so i'm taking notes ! 🚀
@mad_scientist, ok, so i have actually modified my plan to use more soil now, actually the one from cellmax which is a rich soil already, should be okay you think to add even more dry nutrients in it?
@CRiSPrGrow, Hello ! I used the all mix from bio bizz which is a rich soil and perlite. Because i used the auto pot i made a more airy mixture. If you are not going to use a bottom wicking system you can make it a little heavier. My ratio is around 2.5 soil 1 perlite. For example i mix 50 liters of bio bizz all mix soil with around 20 liters of perlite. Its not something that i do it precisely. I pretty much eyeball it. Your goal is to make an airy mix. If you want it to be a little heavier use around 10 liters of perlite. Ideally you want the perlite with 3-5 mm particles. In general you want an organic rich soil.
@CRiSPrGrow,
No coco ?
Two of those have nutes in mate ,
Most don't add any nutrients for the first 1 too 2 weeks anyways so should be fine , all I do is add them slowly and keep checking the tips at next feed , if I see any sign of over nutes I go back too the feed the week before after just water that feed
@CRiSPrGrow, No it doesn't worth. That's an old school way to give some extra co2 but it doesn't worth. When these methods developed the knowledge about growing was not that much and people were doing a lot of weird things. They still do......😏. Anyway the co2 that a spray like this can give is literally nothing and it creates moisture which raises significant the chances of having mold to your buds..
@CRiSPrGrow, The reason we make the substrate airy is because you need the oxygen, not the carbon dioxide. While studies have shown that roots can absorb co2 through their roots the same steadies have shown also that the amount they absorb is so small that its not worthy of mention. Also the steadies have failed to show if the plant uses the co2 that is absorbed from roots, how and what for. The amount of carbonates that are presented naturally in the water are way more than what a plant could ever absorb through its roots. Do not use ( co2 enriched ) carbonated water, because beside the fact that your plant doesn't need it those carbonates react with hydronium in water and make carbonic acid. The carbonic acid lowers the PH and as you can imagine this will give you a lot of problems....
