Tops looking good but older growth drooping a bit, Stems are looking purple but not sure if that's enough to diagnose a calcium or magnesium deficiency, I am growing in soil.

Grow Questions

In the middle pic you'll notice the leaves are drooping a bit and slightly yellowing from the out side, Ignore the brown dry tip it touched the T5 a few weeks ago. So my question is, What do you think this is? The new tops have and are doing well since topped.

ever wonder why your two month old plants are small ? small pots small plants simple as that! the purple stems are basically from being stressed and also for a deficiency called calcium + magnesium deficiency... so why are you seeing this ? first the stress of course, second the 6.5PH is actually the upper limit of PH for a soil grow, cal+mag gets absorbed between 5.7 and 5.9 PH... final question for you what's the PH of rain water... answer is below in the comments 😂 hope this helps ! 🚀

Hey paullie so i see you recently transplanted and that's good, fresh soils always nice for a little bit of nutrients and more space. I live in the desert and struggle with humidity, because of this i use more water than expected because it doesnt have anything in the air to draw from...if you can boost humidity i think that would be great, but easier said than done sometimes. I feel like a plant can droop both from over water and underwater. In regards to the yellowing, it seems more like a deficiency than anything else. The b52 has some npk but i dont think the voodoo does? How about this DNF? Is that related to your compost styled medium? Im all for compost materials manure etc, but sometimes it takes awhile to be absorbed. Perhaps a small boosted feeding of something a little higher in N? If you aren't already. I hope she starts doing better, and hopefully with the new healthy growth maybe the problems slowly sorting out. Happy new year and happy vegging. ✌️

It's over watering, notice how the leaves between the veins are puffy? That's another sign of over watering. You probably are watering before the media dries out

hope i answered your question growmie ! PH of rain water is 5.5 the soil buffers it out to 6.5 over time making that full spectrum of nutrients available... does that make sense ? let me know if you got any questions ! 🚀

@paulliewallnuts, well actually it doesnt change that, the lights will help but you just need a bigger pot my friend, go big like 10gallons if you want a beast but anything from 5gallons, 7 gallons will fix this, like mudbug said too...

@CRiSPrGrow,Also just so you know, I did transplant them last week, I think, and I think some of the slow growth is due to the fact I was using a small T5 till last week. If this changes you diagnoses at all please let me know.

Looking good paulie when do you think you'll switch to flowering? Agreed on the bigger pots...the bigger pots i used, i noticed the bigger my possibilities became.✌️

@paulliewallnuts, oh my, I'm going to need one too. I may as well just order one now, cause i know I'm going to run out of space and then things will suffer from that.

Things look to be coming together with your grow very nicely. Healthy color and plants with vigor is always a winning combination in my opinion. I'm very excited to see how these plants progress as you start training and flowering them. Best wishes buddy :D

@SensiSmellYahLater,Thanks, It's my first real indoor grow, I've grown outside for decades but in the spot where I am it is far from ideal conditions, so it will be interesting to have so much control. If you have any tips along the way I'd love to hear them.
