BLUE CUSH
35 Days from sprout.
Light training. Leaf tucking and pony tailing. Pony tailing seems to help with the side branching.
She is genetically a small plant I believe, but she might be smaller then expected.. Possibly due to lower RH early on. Otherwise she seems to be doing ok.
Attempted a layer of clay pellets after soaking in PH'd water for 16 hours, to combat the gnats from reaching the soil. I feel like sand may have been a better choice and removed the clay before feeding again. There are so few gnats that its not much of an issue, but I'd like to eliminate the threat before flowering really kicks in.
@MissBling, indeed! I was impressed with seedsmans genetics considering they are modest with promotion in compared to some other breeders. I have some Pink Kush CBD autos from them that I will be trying out soon. I think the seedsman site had a few singles of the Blue Cush last I checked. I still have a few myself for future grows! Thanks for checking out the grow!!
@BigBudWolf, Haha It looks it!! I'm going to try and source some seeds I think?! Got a seedsman auto lemon going atm and it's absolutely dripping with trichromes!! 😃👍Really Cant fault the good genetics xx
Yea no doubt! I appreciate the input. I did come across diatomaceous earth for gnat control while researching options @OutForReal, Ultimately I tried what was easily accessible for me at the time. I intend on keeping some on hand with the neem oil for future need because it does sound like it works. Although I believe if I had my environment properly dialed in earlier on, I wouldn't be having this issue.
There's nothing I love more than logging on and seeing a new grow starting. I get so excited to see how everything is going to develop as the grow progresses. I wish you the best of luck in this grow my friend.
Cheers
