Mixed in with compost and soil and scratched into top 4 inches Watered in with a blend of Neptune harvest liquid fertilizer in ratio 1:2:1 (npk) watered down to 1tsp/gal in this order: Fish: Crab: Kelp The ZB is definitely a shorter stockier plant with short internodal spacing. Originated from very tiny seeds which might explain the smaller plant form at the start. Once it puts in some biomass it might pick up the speed. HP seems to like to stretch a little more. Liquid fertilizer is not ideal as it's expensive and you're paying a lot for water. But for my grow it's very necessary to lower solution pH into something acceptable.
