Sour Diesel Auto

DabMansGenetics Plant is starting off well. I put it mostly in the shade for the few first days and then set it in full sun after three or four days. I was watering with oxygenated water the first few days but it has rained the past couple days and haven’t had to water. I’m growing this sour diesel in miracle grow moisture control potting soil.

DabMansGenetics Off to a slow start but getting bigger.

DabMansGenetics Finally starting to take off at the beginning of week 3. Starting to give it light nutrients.Had problem with bugs so I moved it back inside into my tent around the middle of the week under a bestva light in my 5*5 tent with a szhlux 400 watt led in the middle of the tent and a red/blue spectrum light I run blue in the morning and red in the afternoon and evening.

DabMansGenetics It’s growing nice in the tent. The bugs seemed to have partially topped it when I had it outside. I used some paper clips and bent the leaves and shoots so there is more equal light distribution.

DabMansGenetics It’s really bushing out this week. I haven’t removed any leaves from this one yet. I’m trying to do LST training instead and I have an Amnesia Haze growing beside it and I am defoliating the haze. So far the Haze is taller. I’m also twisting the stems on the sour d. It has a really sour smell when I twist the stems between my fingers. I twist them so they are easier to bend and manipulate.

DabMansGenetics Moved it back outside a couple days ago. It loves the sun and I’ve seen growth every day of course it showed growth inside too. Starting to smell sour and getting some white hairs.

DabMansGenetics Growing good outside. Starting to flower all over the plant. Has a mild sour smell to it. Plants has a really strong stalk and handles heavy winds just fine.

DabMansGenetics Sour diesel is turning into a little bush. Buds starting everywhere and nice slightly sour smell.

DabMansGenetics Growing strong. Haven’t had to do anything but water and fertilize the past week.

DabMansGenetics Light defoliation this week and sprayed it and the soil with water and peroxide solution to help to prevent powder mildew which I had a problem with my banana purple punch. I am also running it under light during the night and outside during the day with about an hour or two of darkness. Also if the weather is too wet outside I leave it in the tent.

DabMansGenetics Plants growing fine. Treated it with peroxide in with the water and then with a 50/50 milk water foliage spray just in case any powdery mildew from another couple plants that were close that were infected. I’ll treat it in a week just to be safe but looks like there isn’t a problem at all. Did some light defoliation to help with airflow.

DabMansGenetics Treated again with milk/water mixture 50/50 as a foliar spray to kill off any powdery mildew that could have transferred from nearby plants. Nights are getting as cold as 34 degrees some nights so growth is slowing on it and my other two fastbuds plants that are growing alongside of the sour d. I actually have amnesia haze and strawberry banana both autos from fastbuds. The strawberry banana smells of strawberries, bananas, and gas. I can’t wait for it especially. I’ll add a pic of the other two in this week of the diary.

DabMansGenetics Growth has been slow due to the cold temps at night. Really cool nights I bring it inside. I’ve treated it with growers alley crop defender 3 twice to protect from powdery mildew. White on tips of leaves is from where I used milk and water spray to prevent pm.

DabMansGenetics Harvested sour diesel, amnesia haze , and strawberry banana all today. Can’t wait to try all three. They all survived colder weather and powder mildew that was on plants close by. Fastbuds are great little autos. Will give a smoke report in a few weeks.
