2 beautiful ladies showing their faces. They started in solo cups- but seemed a little leggy so I up potted them into 1 gallon nursery pots so I could bury the stems a little more.
Girls are looking great! Already at the 3rd node- so it’s my assumption that I’ll be topping them before my next update. They have begun to receive nutrients- all be it a low beginning dose.
The girls are chugging a long, and received their only topping at the 4th node. I’ll give them a few days to recover before up-potting them into their final fabric pots. Still debating on size.
These girls made their big move from their beginning 1 gallon pots into their forever home. Some 3 gallon fabric pots with fox farms, ocean Forest and a little extra perlite light cut in. They were topped before their move and allowed a few days to recover before being up potted, and then having some bends added. 8 total per plant. Too start. They have begun receiving nutrients And are responding well.
Added a few more bends this week. I also moved the girls from my smaller tent to this nice 4x4. Another week left- then October 1st they go to flower.
Then continued receiving the same nutrients as last week- I’ll update those when I get a moment.
Both plants have hit 12 inches in height. I’ve continued to add bends when I see the space. They seemed a tad hungry, as there’s some yellowing on the bottom of the rear plant. I’ve upped their feeding to try to correct this. I’ll continue to watch to see if it continues.
The girls got flipped last week. So this is day 8 of flower. They have actually added more height than I was expecting this soon after the light change. Figured they could handle a bit higher feeding- so increased feeds 1ml across the series.
Pistols are visible on both plants.
Pistols are popping. Rear plant clocked in at 15 inches- the front plant is just shy at 14 inches. Plants are responding well to feeds, I’ll access if an increase is needed.
24 days of flower. Girls are still adding on height. Another few days and I’ll remove some fans- the ones blocking bud sites. Upped feeds by 1ml per component. Plants are not showing much in the way of stretch.
Today’s day 32 of flower. Plants just had their first feeding past the 4 week mark. They’ve received the first feeding to include Plagrons green sensation (4ml per gallon) so I’ve cut back dramatically on my other nutrients just to get my solution in range. I’ll watch and change things up based on how they respond. Buds are filling in and I can already tell they are going to impressive.
Upped feed ..5 ml this week. Let an extra day pass between waterings- lots of sad yellow leaves. Good bounce back after watering. Buds are stacking on and the plant I. The rest is starting to show a bit of color. Hopefully in a week or so I’ll know if it’s more red or purple.
Flower day 46. I don’t have a single complaint about these girls. They are really starting to stack on some weight. Buds are chunky and are starting to fuse into some stunners. One plant ( rear) is starting to show a bit of color- a red/ orange mixed with the fading yellows.
Flower day 54.
Looking forward to seeing how much more these girls chunk up. In a perfect world I’d be harvesting right around 12/1- so let us see how close I get. I have a feeling these might need an extra week.
Plants are responding well- upped light to 80%. Keeping feeding the same- as I have yet to see any consequences- other then missing a watering day.
Flower day 61! Aiming for 63 days of flower. Girls were watered yesterday with pure ph’ed water. They look beautiful and I can’t wait to give them a proper dry. Final looks coming in a few days
What a pleasure to grow. Both plants took the topping and lst like a champ, handling everything without a sign of stress. I would I have liked a bit more stretch as they transitioned into flower- but then again- I did train the pants off of them 😜
Breeder recommends 63 days of flower. Both of there’s girls were cut at 65. One plant was clearly looking for more time, still tossing pistols. But once again I’m on schedule to have everything cleaned up and out of sight (and smell) from holiday visitors.
