Grew out two freebie Ethos seeds with the goal of attempting to grow two plants in my 2x2 tent. Mission accomplished! Plants grew nice chunky buds and are super dank. Smell and terp profile are tough to nail down. Not fruity.
One plant wound up being calcium hungry, which I missed due to it showing different coloration than my first grow. Live and learn.
Edit 12/14: hung dry plants for 14 full days at 60% RH and between 55-60 degrees. Trimmed today.
New lamp. Needed to play with the levels a bit but got the hang of it. I would like to get it dialed in so I can max the intensity next time without overheating the tent.
Checked trikes every day. Everything was cloudy with a handful of ambers, but these plants seemed resistant to getting super amber so I decided to chop them on day 76.
Gave them a heavy defoliation the day before chopping. Removed all leaves that didn’t have trichomes. Unplugged the light after the last lights out and removed the net the next day. Chopped them after I got the net off and hung them in the tent. Conditions are almost ideal since it’s winter here, and are hanging around 60 degrees F and 60% RH. Hoping to have them dry for 10-14 days.
