Purplematic CBD: August Germany

Purplmematic CBD is growing slowly. Unfortunately, the leaves directly at the flowers are crippled and hanging. Since I treated her identically to Solomatic CBD which has no problems at all, I am somewhat clueless what to do. I started giving her a little more water, which seemed to help a little, but the pot is already quite heavy. My much younger Tangerine Dream Auto has a similar problem.
