The smoke is truely delicious. You grind it up and you get a lemony/fruity/ameretto biscuit kind of smell! Possibly one of the nicest weeds I have smelt.... The smoke is lovely and smooth, the high hits your head very quickly and sinks into your body! I am definitely in love with this strain and will be growing it again πŸ˜‹ It has been so good its convinced me to try some more autoflower strains!

The grow was a complete success I am so happy and have some great quality product at the end of it. First things first the important bits the weights of each plant and what was done differently on each during the grow, plant colours can be determined by looking at the colour of the pipecleaner hooked over side throughout the grow. Pink - Wet = 548g | Dry = 106g Pink didn't have any defoliation or trimming throughout the grow, she was the untouched girl, looked the biggest at the begining but the other girls overtook in flowering in a big big way! She looked like she got root rot close to the end of the grow potentially, her leaves turned on me very quickly and I harvested her early, she wasn't quite as dry as I liked and during drying more mould occurred on some of the buds, I was left with a good 85g after being very fussy and wipping lots of buds out to protect the rest of the harvest. You can tell she was harvested a little early as doesn't taste as good or smell as good as the rest. Her buds in the jar are more compact as been curing for a week on the rest. Orange - Wet = 416g | Dry = 120g A little bit trimming/defoliation. Stripped of fan leaves on last week for flush. Blue - Wet = 466g | Dry = 121g She was smaller at the start, and I flushed too early as she had a late growth spurt and became massive, think she also developed a late root rot but caught it before any harm was caused to the buds but the leaves are a bit yellow as you can see from the final trimmed product! Also potentially so tall she may of been a bit close to the light and got a little hot. Yellow - Wet = 508g | Dry = 132g The abosolute star of the grow! We grew her originally as a backup in a spare container that is awful for growing, we ended up needing her and transplanted her in the early weeks when we broke one of the other girls. She had a good trim/defoliation throughout grow to ensure she was getting good light coverage. So from this grow I have learnt alot and will be taking the information to try and create a perfect grow next time! My plans are to use perlite to help prevent root rot in the later stages and increase air flow through the soil mix. I will also use a 9cm pot to start the grils off and transplant when they have grown out of them. I will place the scrog net in the tent early on so can use it to train the girls, probably around week 2/3. And I will do a light trim late veg and last couple weeks of flower will get a heavy defoliation. Keeps your eyes open for my pineapple express growing coming soon! Whats your opinions on the roots for 14 days including a break? The second picture was after all soil broken up so not much root mass but based off the first pic? It was more dense on the outside is that advantage of air pots? (Had to pick slow growing category but seems quick)

Your roots look good to me, not an excessive buildup in the pot by any means, they're also looking very white and healthy, not yellowed or slimy or sickly. I saw you mentioned giving the boost of calmag, but just as an added thought kelp/seaweed extract is great for roots and any sort of potassium silicate will help strengthen the plants immunity and stalks. With the air pots, the great thing with those is they're constantly air pruning the roots, and whenever a root is severed new tiny fibrous roots fill in and their ability to take in moisture/nutrients is impeccable, I'm guessing because theyre so new and young. I think this is why there's usually a buildup of roots near the sides of the air pot and the drainage holes of regular pots because of the access to air. Great growth in the last week, ✌️

You will have around 30% of the wet wait when trimmed and dry . 100 g wet is suposed to give you more or less 30g of dry material ✌️🏼 But It depend on the weed some ate loosing more than others

Man they got huge!!! Hope the growth really stops before you run into some issues.. I had some heat stress aswell in the old tent. The girls were getting too close to the light. Thankfully my tent arrived on time. Didnt expect it all to fit in the tent but it did, kind of lol. I will do my next grow in 7.5L pots. Alltho its nice to have bigger plants my soil dries to slow even when humidity is down, because of waiting so damn much i barely fed the girls all this time. They just had 3 ml of flores, finally. Ive ran into some issues cause of my own stupid mistakes. Ill be posting today:)

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, haha yeah its suprised me how much aswell ha! Adds up over time when your giving like 30ml a day. Hopefully man, sure your next grow be spot on you have learnt alot from this grow so should be good!

@rudiak,HOLY SHIT! And they look great. My girls wouldnt get burned but cremated lol. Hopefully i can get my environment under control so im able to feed more. And yeah ill be looking for smartpots or fabric pots. Hopefully my ph wont go so damn low in my soil with better drainage

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, haha yep they really have! Growth has finally stopped so were all good. And even with the 600 in now were not having heat issues just turned my fans up a bit :) Look forward to seeing the update of your diary to see what your girls have been up to! You should try some air pots so the water drains quicker etc, it maybe your make shift pots aren't ideal for drainage. To give some idea my girls have had close to a total of 500ml of flores now haha.

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, well that would be awesome haha :) Ahahah hopefully man, I have been wondering the same, life would be so easy if I just focused on growing haha! Oh wow I am jealous haha, have to keep my stuff on the downlow! Yeah its Fastbuds, they donated me them for next diary haha :D I have invested in an awesome camera also to raise the bar a bit should be here soon! Yep, got some good plans for the 3rd grow, but going to keep much of what I did the same, to ensure it wasn't just mad luck genetics! So will be focusing more on not making mistakes, training and defoliation at the right times etc.

@rudiak, expect 1/3 to 1/2 of that dry. This is unbelievable for a first grow, i bet god put you on earth to grow cannabisπŸ˜‚ Hell no! Im safe and planning on keeping it that way"knocks on wood". Youre allowed to grow here outdoor in summer and on a small scale they dont drop in like a swat team. As long as my neighbours dont smell it im good. Atleast i like to think so hahah. Oh sweet!! From fastbuds?, i can imagine youre going with 3 cause i bet you next grow will be even better. You were born for this shit my friend!

Nice tight nodes bro!! I kept my light at 50cm frok the canopy and will be dropping it for my next grow. I have too much space between my nodes. Healthy looking girls man!! Did you build up to 3.8ml or was that their first bloom feeding. Mine will be gettin their first flores feeding monday. Atm im at 2.5ml vega and doubting where i should start off with flores. Just go from 2.5ml or go back to 1ml and start from there. Your ladies seem to handle the dosages well.

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, why not just go 24 hours light man :) gotta be cheaper then a heater, and once you get it steady it just stays the same for 9 weeks and gives them perfect enviroment :) Hopefully the buds turn out as perfect as the plants look so far :) Can't wait hehe! Sure you will get some nice buds anyway whatever happens yields just may not quite be the same! Sure your next grow you would of learnt plenty to get off to a great start!
ArucambaAutoflowers297
ArucambaAutoflowers297
@rudiak,by the way the nodes are stacked im pretty sure you'll have some long thick colas. Ill be able to control my environment better when my tent gets here. Hopefully my next grow will come out as beautiful as yours. I have my heater on a timer when lights are off cause temps were dropping way too much. Shouldve acted on the temp fluctuations earlier on but hey. Better next grow!

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, You want to start high on the flores and work your way down, I'm doing 3.8, 3.2, 2.7, 2.2 going down each week. 3.8 was a high punt but just because they were doing so well thought might aswell push them a little, learn more that way! I would probably start a little lower maybe but they do seem to be coping. Cheers man! They really are looking nice and tight, hoping to see fat buds!

Ladies look beautiful and healthy!! How many cm tall are they? They look about the same size as mine!! I think our ladies are just a few days apart. Mine are 25 days today and are around 34 cm tall and 35 cm wide. Been bending the branches outwards so all branches get enough light in flower
rudiak
rudiak
@ArucambaAutoflowers297, great to hear mate! Leaf tucking is my favourite method so far the benefits are next to none without stressing the lady much! Sounds like a good plan on the nutes mate look forward to seeing the progress!
ArucambaAutoflowers297
ArucambaAutoflowers297
@rudiak, leaftucking definitely payed off. Theyre so full. Btw i took you word and fed 1.5ml, theyre going into flower fast and wanted to be a 2ml during stretch. The ladies dont seem to mind!! And the girl i broke her top off is doing great!!! Cant wait to post week 4

@ArucambaAutoflowers297, around 36cm, growing very quickly at the moment looking forward to seeing what the next few days bring as they move into flower and get their height! My canopy is pretty good atm with just leaf tucking keeping the light to the fresh shoots! Soo many branches steming out exciting times ahead!

Hi, iam using Airpots, the do an "Aircut " to the Roots. it starts with the Mainroot if she hits the ground she got dehydratet and starts vertically growth. same to the roots who got out of the holes, air "cuts" them and initate vertically groth inall directions and spread. The growmedium gets air and the bacterias can give more nutrients to the plant. Think about buying airpots for your next grow , they are very resistant and you can use them for years https://air-pot.com/garden/

They look beautifull and bigger then mine!! Mine are around 50 cm and still in stretch, now its mostly the branches catching up. I just added a cob and slowly but surely go with only cobs and see what i can achieve then. One more autonrun after this one and ill try the new photos from rqs. Planning on growing photos someday? Great work manπŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺ
rudiak
rudiak
@ArucambaAutoflowers297, Cheers! Yeah the are going at an insane rate! I will be doing some pineapple express auto next courtesy of fastbuds and decide from there, maybe a few more autos as next grow will do exactly same setup feed etc but just change strain then after that may try DWC. Once I have mastered that probably look into the photo strains :) Its just quicker and the genetics seem capable of producing good yields so will run with it for now!

Hey bud the babies are looking great! What brand of soil are you using if i may ask? Youre feeding Vega really early on. I use canna pro soil and i get away without npk for the first 2 weeks. I usually start feeding around the 5th node. 0.5ml/L and keep building up with 0,5 till i reach 2,5/3ml when was your last feeding? If all goes well i might start feeding a little earlier myself. Following the diary to see how everything will go. Goodluck on your first grow man!!!
rudiak
rudiak
@ArucambaAutoflowers297, thank you! I am using Professional plus, was under belief it had slightly less nutes then the plus people may correct me here! Yes feeding very early, decided to risk it a little as I know other growers that get awesome harvest from doing similar. They had their first weak dose of vega on day 5 then 6 and a third on day 8 (about 6 hours before photo) with a Biosys inbetween. Day 8 was the first fill I did with run off before I was only watering lightly. Will be doing more Biosys tonight/tomorrow when pots are dry. And then il see how they look before I decide what the ~day12 feed will be if another weak vega or water. I am happy to push the nutes a bit because my enviroment is really stable I am getting around 5% and 1-3deg fluctionations in RH and temps. Fingers crossed let see how she does :) Uploading photo to insta as we speak thats just been taken!

You can use "smartpots ( fabricpots) too. But i use them only outdoors, because they keep humidity very well inside. For my indoors to well. But they do " airpruning " too
