Germinated using paper towel method. Best way, imo.
Planted into peat pellets. Popped within a day's time. Looking great; very healthy. A great genetic strain by Nirvana Seeds.
Put a humidity dome over them to higher humidity as much as possible.
End of week 1 of veg. Both doing good. One's a lil bit bigger due to the second one getting heat burn on the 1st leaves (my mistake keeping the CFL too close).
Everything is growing very well. Nice healthy green color.
Have them in fox farms ocean forest soil to start. Seem to be taking it in stride.
Fed soil a Nitrozyme/Humic acid mix; along with vitamins..so far no burns this : )
Both growing good. One is smaller due to light burn; then I misted them and again burnt her haha. So she's definitely noticeably stunted.
The other is flourishing though. Going to be switching my tent to flowering so going to keep these in veg under a 600W LED until they can get back in tent for flowering.
Everything is going smoothly so far. Feeding mainly plain water with light vitamins, silica, And microbes for the soil.
Planning to top both plants, but wanted to wait until veg growth was on blast.
Both still pretty young, ones been stunted as well.
I did, however defoliate the healthier of the two to expose bud sites for growth in those areas specifically.
I'm considering main-lining the other misty kush when there's more meat on her bones. I just need to top her and strip everything below where I topped leaving only those 2 top main bud sites.
Eventually I'll top then again at the 3rd node on each of the two sides.
This should leave 8 bud sites to create main large colas.
Just a thought/plan in the moment tho.
Just gave a foliage feed before taking pics. Been feeding light doses of vitamins, silica, and nitrozyme.
Both looking good except for smaller growth on the 2nd.
I began to mainline her too soon. I topped at 3rd node, and stripped everything underneath. My next move Is to top both new tops at their 3rd nodes as well.
Then the final move of removing the 2nd node on each branch leaving only the 1st and 3rd nodes having 8 main colas.. (Keep up!)
They are healthy and vigorous. Well, the mainlined misty is finally coming back around after topping, exfoliation, and light burn.
As you can see in the pics the main "T" is formed.
Nowjust need to top again at 3rd node of
Each branch. As well as tear off entire 2nd node.
Ripped off the 4 bud sites at node 2, but waiting to tear off the leaves until the plants a bit larger. Going to use those 2 solar panels while i can! Haha
Btw, I use ONLY Europonic fossil fuel humic acids for a foliar. Nitrozyme marine algae is combined with it and that's the only foliar I trust.. go grab some!!
I took off all fan leaves on the mainlined plant which seems to have jumped the growth of the 8 main branches now.
The stalk startstarting to thicken.
The other misty I topped another several times. Every top has been topped on her. She just keeps taking it all in stride.
Fyi, misty kush by nirvana Seeds has been my favorite strain to grow so far. Definitely worth a try.
The mainlined plant i Defoliated near end of week 8 as well as supper cropped the 7 main colas.
Beginning of week 8. Btw, broke off the 8th main stem accidentally like a jerk.
Everything is growing great. I actually have been using full spectrum the past 2 weeks rather then just the veg spectrum.
Both are very healthy and growing quickly.
Need to transplant both into 7 gal. This weekend and flower in a 10 gal.
No complaints though!
Both are growinging so fast so I transplanted from a 5 gallon to a 7 Gal.
They both are still looking healthy; however the mainline one may be having a slight phosphorus problem. Think it might just need to spread it's roots out.
Gave them each a dollar feed of nitrozyme.
Defoliated both a little bit as well.
I fed bio root & vitamins for stress and help roots grow out.
I started to burn the leaf tips and I realized the lights were a little too close to which was causing light stress too.
I lifted the lights a few inches, and began to feed only water for the time being.
I'm spraying them with a light nitrozyme foliage feeding every week.
Both plants are looking nice and healthy though.
Going to be putting into the other tent in a week or so under an HPS to flower.
Going to let it get a bit bigger first.
Started to get too big for veg tent so put inside the flowering tent.
I transplanted them into their final containers which are 10 gal. Air pots.
I'm using ocean forest soil/perlite/coco/compost mix. So haven't used any grow/bloom nutes yet.
Any vitamins, silica, etc. I've tried at light doses seemed to be too much.
Just gave water past 2 weeks, but gave light vitamins to get ready for flowering & swtch from LED to HPS.
Both plants look healthy and great!
The mainline plant I did give bud blood too as a test; while the other received nothing.
I'm going to be putting a script net on them after i finish harvesting plants inside tent with them.
The plant I topped several times is already starting to flower in just over a week after the 12/12 switch.
The mainline plant still isn't even more-flowering yet.
Funny thing tho: the plant that's not flowering at all yet I gave full bud blood too; the topped plant that I gave nothing but vitamins to is already ready for big bud.
Kinda funny, but also gives me the final test to make me take out bud blood from my regimen.
Otherwise, both plants are healthy without much stretching whatsoever.
They both do however have nitrogen claw going on.
I'm not too worried about that tho.
There hasn't been any stretch at all during the first 2 weeks of flower.
One of them has the nitrogen claw tho.
They both are in early flowering atm.
I did a final trim job tonight
They both are right in the middle of flowering so I began to feed my PK Booster.
I gave full dose of big bud; and ✂️ honey chome in half.
They both were slightly burnt. So I gave plain water earlier in the week.
Trying to spread each branch further outward to increase light to lower bud sites.
Already a faint 👃 beginning to come off both plants. The one I mainline has smaller sites; while the plant i topped are almost twice the size.
There is a lot going on with the multiple topper, but I'm spreading it out as much as I can.
She's a quick flowered for sure!
Already putting size on compared to last week.
Orange hairs can be spotted; far and few.
The scent is becoming noticeably stronger as well.
The mainlined plant is a week behind the topped plant.
They both are looking very healthy and the buds are bulking up.
They both look to be ready for harvest in a couple weeks.
Finishing pretty quickly.
The scent is getting a lot stronger each week.
One already has orange pistils with lots of milky trichomes.
The other plant still no orange pistils; strangely enough, the plant that's behind is the plant I fed bud blood to.
Things are looking great and the Smell is beautiful!
The one i topped will be chopped tomorrow morning. Starting to see a few amber trichomes.
Since its a heavy indica I'd rather harvest on the earlier side; and vice versa.
The mainline plant needs another week or 2.
