Sup guys! First time grower here looking to contribute to the community with a grow diary. Any tips would be great 💜
Started germination in a Jiffy Coco Plug and 3 days later went straight to soil. (Bio Bizz Light Mix)
On day 7 I had a small issue where the plant suddenly dropped to the side. After some research I wasn't using the lights height + dimming correctly. Im now following Mars Hydro guide and she is looking good now.
Plain water till day 4 and started the nutrients in a very low dose. Water intake was every 2 days.. 300ml.. I'll start upping that soon.
Oh and finally my PH meter arrived.. ill be going from 7.5 PH water to 6.5. (I also got some ph down & ph up from Terra Aquatica)
Apple fritter is growing beautifully !
Today while im writing it's Thursday and ill do some low stress training tomorrow or Saturday.
PH meter arrived which made me change the ph from 7.5 to 6.5 for more optimal growth.
Also upped the dimming settings on my lights to be 75%.
Will post more pictures after the training during the weekend.
Happy growing folks 💜

OMG why didnt nobody told me how much it hurts me to defoliate the plant 😭
Removed 2 - 3 leaves that were in the way. Left 2 just because they weren't doing harm.
Topping an autoflower is generally not recommended but I think I did it at a good time and I'm also restrained on height. (lets see how this goes)
LST 2 nodes that were growing to close to the stem.

Day 15 message here: I did more LST to branches that were growing on top of future bud spots.
Hey gents!
Another week where everything went smoothly. Some LST was applied some was removed. Defoliating was done twice this week.
She is now getting more water. Went from 200 to 400 per day.
Happy growing 💜
Hey mi gente!
Another successful week. Upped the nutrients to reflect a pre flowering stage. Water pretty much stayed in the 400 - 500ml per day.
On day 24 I decided to top the plant again in the 2 tallest nodes. It was getting to big for my space.. I need to account this can get 40% taller during flowering.
I wouldn't recommend it. Topping auto-flowers more then once is unnecessary.
And I germinated a special kush that ill grow to be a testing subject.
PS: I also added the carbon filter.. very weak smell tho.
Another good week for the plant. Takeaways:
- Nutrient burn (the classic beginner mistake I know 🤡).. Noticed by feeling the leaves hard and dry. Fucked up and upped the nutrients to much to quickly. Dropped it at the end of the week back to growing values. (attached in images)
- Its growing nicely.. did some defoliation here and there. Thought about removing the fan leaves but I dont have the courage.
- She is now drinking 600ml daily.. easily. At the beginning of the week I was still at 400ml per day and monday she got so dried I almost thought I killed her. It was at max a 3 hour window where she got dried.
PS: Carbon filters are freaking amazing.. no smell at all right next to the exhaust
Thats it from me folks. See you next week 👑
This week things were pretty chill 🙏
Some minor defoliation was done also removed all LST because Im happy with the positioning of where the buds will grow.
She grew so much this week I had to adjust the light everyday. Water remains high. She still is in pre-flowering nutrition.
Smell is earthy and quite pleasant.
I expect 4 banger weeks ahead..
Thank you for reading.. Happy grows.
Another great week for her. Nothing special to note.
No defoliation no LST.
Changed the nutrition to flowering mode.
She grew less this week.. but we got a lot of development in the buds section.
Some pistons are turning brownish which is perfectly normal.
Happy grows
Hey gents!
She is growing so well... Glad I started this hobby.
Buds are filling out. I see many pistons turning brown.
Maturity wise I think Im halfway done with flowering. My guess would be that 4 more weeks and this will be ready.
Minor defoliation was done. (fan leaves that were shading bud sites). 90% of the community would have just trimmed the bud sites in the lower part of the canopy but I didn't wanna touch the plant more and just allow her to do her own thing.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Enjoy your grows 🌷
A great flowering week!
She got that classic weed color. Green with orange accents. Im really happy with how she is turning.
Some defoliation was done.
Nutrition stayed the same but Im putting more water.
I expect 3 weeks to finalize.
Also I might or might not have taken a small nugget of weed at the start of the week to smoke it during the weekend. (It was great) 👀😂
Hey gents.. It's the last stretch..
The buds are getting fat. It was a chill week. She is getting 0.8L of water every 24 hours.
Next grow Im going to try to water 3L at a time in a 20L fabric pot. Water less times per week.
Some minor defoliation done.
I expect 2 more weeks of flowering maybe 3.
Have a great week 🎄
its almost over..
End of cycle.. Yellowing leaves, buds are super dense, not a lot of white pistons left.
Thricomes are mostly milky with few amber.
She will enter the beginning of the harvesting range in the next couple of days.
Hope you guys have a great weak!
Last week of the apple fritter..
As Im writing this I already harvested it. Ill report back in 2 weeks after the drying and before the curing.
This was an amazing journey that its not yet finished. Drying and curing is very important and ill be doing the following:
Drying Environment:
- Temperature: Maintain between 18-22°C (65-72°F). This prevents terpenes from degrading while slowing the drying process.
- Humidity: Aim for 50-60% relative humidity to avoid mold and overly crispy buds.
- Airflow: Use a small fan to keep air circulating, but don’t let it blow directly on the buds to avoid uneven drying.
- Darkness: Keep the tent as dark as possible. Light can degrade cannabinoids like THC.
- Timeframe: Drying typically takes 7-14 days. Stems should snap (not bend) when drying is complete.
Curing:
- Jar Storage: Once the buds are dry, ill trim them again properly
- Humidity Packs: Using Boveda packs (58-62%) to maintain proper curing humidity inside jars.
- Burping: For the first 2 weeks, open jars for 10-15 minutes daily to release excess moisture and allow fresh air in. Afterward, reduce burping to once a week for long-term storage.
- Curing Time: At least 2 weeks minimum..
Ill comeback soon with final dry weight. Wet was 400g.
Keep up the good work galera 💜
