Seeds had a soak in humic acid for 12 hours. Then into paper towels for a tap root. The grape ape all had 2cm of tap root within 12 hours and were potted into lightmix

As soon as the seeds breached the substrate they went into the light . I can't believe how fast they came up. I had 5 plants under a light about 30 hours after taking from my fridge I was busy with work this week so have no pics. Just water to keep things moist for now

A good week of steady growth. Not as consistent as the Orion's but still perfectly good. Number 1 is a bit odd in leaf formation and number 2 is shorter then her sisters by a fair bit. But onwards and upwards.. Feeding some beneficial liquids this week and then just sitting at 13 Dli and growing well.

Transplanted to 5l pots to finish. Feeds of water and some beneficial every third feed. The ladies are all on the main room now sitting under my x bar evos . Environment is good photons are good so I expect to see some good growth this week. I think a bug got onto one of the grape apes, number 4 and has damaged a couple of leaves. Not to much to deal with but it ruins the aesthetic. That's all this week. 🌿💚👍🏼

The grape apes are doing fine. Into flowering phase of their schedule last week very quick plant I think. These ladies have more variations then other F1s I've tried but the speed and rate of growth is consistent. Great looking plants that need little care. A pleasure to grow so far. Started on a bit of bloom to fuel the flowering and uvb increased to 20 mins a day.

Work has again taken over and my time is torn between family and that. I think in the harvest week I shall post all the pics I have from over the weeks Meanwhile these grape ape F1 are very nice plants with a very citrus sweet smell when agitated. I seem to have 2 phenos a taller pheno with wider node space and a very open structure and a short stocky pheno that has much fatter top flowers and a different requirement with feeding and nutrition needed. The taller one needs feeding more often with lower dose of npk. The shorter one goes a bit longer between waterings and likes a bit more p and I. Leaves have gone to a nice red to purple hue another week or so I think.

Lovely plants the grape ape. They have a citrus smell to them ATM. It was a lot like oranges a few weeks back but now has mellowed from the orange but still a virus smell. 2 phenos small one is making a really fat top much denser than the other phenos but a lot shorter with a more compact node space also. Another week I think ..

Chopped and left to hang I think once dry the buds will shrink up quite a bit but we will see in a few weeks of drying and first stage cure.
