It looks fine if a bit stretchy, I would try to put it closer, use the back of your hand to judge how close to place the seedling, as long as it feels warm and comfortable, the seedling will be fine. As for tips, be wary of over watering, it is the most usual mistake even experienced growers make, give it no more than a cup of water and then let th esoil dry completely before doing ti again. I strongly advice for you to get a pH meter, and use it every watering (you can adjust the pH with apple vinegar to lower the pH), it will help you avoid trouble further along the way.

They are doing good considering you only using 150w of FL. Your values are good ( temps are ok , ph is Ok) but it would be better to know you ec/ppm to be able to adjust your nutrient amount. The humidity is also a important value to know about as it is playing a role in the plant development and in late flowering the humidity should be keep down to avoid mold/fungus issues. You are also using a 12/12 light schedule with an auto so even if I am doing the same , I recommend you to give an higher amount of light to maximise your bud production like a 18/6 schedule. And the last thing I noticed is that you have a Blue light FL so maybe you should switch for the flowering FL spectrum ( more yellow ) these are my tips 😊👍
