@MrGreen92, Yes, I alway top my autos at the fourth not except when I have put more than one in one pot. And after over a hundred autos, I can say that nodes two and three are the strongest. I can understand just using node one and two, because if you have a good strong initial pair, then you might want to give her as much time.
However in your case, you've already grown the third node and the fourth is beginning so it would have made sense to use 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 2. After the cotyledon leaves you have a first true leaf with a single finger, it's possible for those two branches to be strong, but this is the exception, mostly they are weak, or one is. I'm currently growing two Mango Isle, they are at week two and you can see that although they are growing well for two weeks, that one has some branches coming off that first node, and the other doesn't.
Generally I have found the best way to treat an auto is to top at the fourth node, I assumed that you intended to just have four branches.
