Xonidan She's thriving as expected. Still 300 PPFD 180 is reaching her. On 10.10, fertilized for the first time About 1/4 liter pH 6.2/3 Raised the lamp a bit and set it to 500 PPFD About 300 is reaching her. On 12.10, watered again with about 300 ml. The lady is slowly getting thirsty.

Xonidan So far, I'm satisfied. I find them a bit small, but that can still change. She's starting to get thirstier. I'm up to 800 PPFD and 450 is reaching the plant. 10/17 LSD, 3/4 liter plus nutrients 10/19 watered 3/4 liter

Xonidan 1000 PPFD... just under 700 PPFD actually reaches. It's developing beautifully. On 11/13, fertilized in 1.8 L of water.

Xonidan Fertilized on 11/19 with 2 liters. I set the pot all the way down and about 750-850 PPFD is coming in. Depending on the height of the colas (set to 1000 PPFD).

Xonidan I unfortunately hurt her a bit and wrapped her with Aloe. She's developing well and currently gets 2 liters of water every 3 days. Minimal drain. Thursday 28.11. Today 1.11 … 2 liters of pH water. NEXT TIME more lollipopping down below.

Xonidan I watered them for the last time yesterday, 17.12 (Tuesday). By the weekend, I will put them in the dark (36-48h) and then to the line. I tested them, and for me, they are strong enough. I think they will yield over 30 grams. Interpreting the trichomes is a bit tricky. They don't appear the same or similarly on all sugar leaves. The sugar leaves are covered with resin differently. Luckily, I tested them yesterday.

Yeees, so from week 2-3 it takes off! Just needs some time at the beginning for root development. I'm not a fan of planting seedlings directly in a huge pot, but everyone does it differently 😜 and I don't think it makes much of a difference; it's just hard to manage the nutrient solution dosage at the start. Do you already have a plan for how you're going to train them?

@Schnabeldino, I always plant directly in the soil. That’s supposed to be the best for autos. But you know, everyone has to find their own way. It’s not easy, but it’s totally exciting. I’m going all in and will top them and do LST. I’ve watched a lot of videos and got stuck on one. His name is Basementganja on YouTube. He’s been doing this for quite a while, and the videos are really well explained and shown.

@Schnabeldino, I trim them wet and then hang them up. In the heating room, the stems hang until they are dry. I trim quite short. Everything goes except for the sugar leaves. Current temp is 20 degrees and unfortunately only 35% humidity. I have a humidifier running and of course a fan. The room is dark but also has fresh air coming in through a hole in the window cover.

@Xonidan, I'm always a fan of testing everything myself and then forming my own opinion. I've tried both methods and find wet trimming more pleasant; however, the buds look better when trimmed dry 😅. The wet trim is frozen and later turned into hash, and from the dry trim, I make butter for cookies 😅.

Hey Xonidan, I'm not a pro at spotting deficiencies since it's a pretty complex topic and you need a lot of experience, but to me, it looks like a zinc deficiency. Symptoms can include yellow leaves, crispy leaf tips, wrinkled leaves/weird leaf shapes. There could be many reasons. - Too high pH in the soil. - Too much water. What you can do: Flush with pure, pH-regulated water. It's not necessary to add extra zinc to the soil if you're using a high-quality substrate and the right nutrients. Damaged leaves won't recover, but you'll see if the deficiency is fixed with new growth; it should look nice and juicy green again. That's my personal opinion, and not a 100% solution to your problem. Best, Dino

@Schnabeldino, thanks for your assessment. I water with pH 6.2 / 6.3 Currently 1 liter. Sometimes just water and sometimes with nutrients. Soil is Biobizz light mix. I’ll read up on zinc deficiency. Diagnosing deficiencies correctly is very difficult. In my opinion, it can't be the light. I’ll look into zinc.

I think everything looks good with you, giving more sun/light now isn't really how it works in nature, and it wouldn't help anyway. Your plant is now in the final stage, and in nature, it would actually receive steadily less light during this time. You might have been able to Lollipop your lady a bit, then the buds at the top might be a little thicker, fewer buds but thicker ones. You have a few popcorn buds that are getting little to no light.

@Schnabeldino, I see it that way too. You're right. I should have cut more off the bottom, but I didn't want to do it that late. The light is getting to the bottom pretty well. She's about a week behind, but I'm just going to let her go longer. I go by the trichomes anyway. When about 2/3 are milky, then the head comes off. Thanks for your assessment!!!!
