Well, I discovered part of why my veg cycles have been going much longer than past grows! One of the LED clusters was completely dead! AND the remaining veg cluster had 4 burned out LEDs! One of the blown LEDs caused a black spot to burn into the lens.
But good news! I just happened to have replacement veg clusters from a warranty repair back in 2018! I swapped out the clusters and switched one of the covering lenses from the flowering clusters and I’m back in action with essentially a brand new light for veg!!!!
Update: got her moved in to the flower tent and will let her go a bit more to fill up the screen and then flip to flower. Also took out the charcoal filter and reversed the flange to use fresh charcoal (it’s been up there for 5 years now) and also washed and dried the filter sock before reinstalling it.
