Meet my own personally creation. Obviously the strain has it's roots based in the Skywalker OG family and thats all I'm telling. I've been waiting to pop these seeds for quite some time since I harvested the seeding mother a few weeks ago with a good friend of mine. I've spent the better half of a year breeding 3 strains together to bring this gem to fruition. This is a non feminized genetic breeding so regardless of whether it's a boy or a girl I'll be growing it and documenting it here. I've got quite a few seeds of this one since it was an intentional breeding so if one of these turns out to be a female i'll start a new diary from a clone of her. My goal is to pick the best phenotype of my new strain and breed it with itself to solidify it's genetics and make a powerful new strain to those fans of Starwars lore. Hopefully this one turns out to be a strong lady so that things can be documented smoothly.
Per my usual method the plant has been germinated in a small cup of Ocean Forest so there will be no need to add nutrients until after the first week or so.
Enjoy
Welcome to week two of my baby. I'm excited to see how it turns out. Startup is a little slow but the plant looks to be soaking up the rays now getting bigger by the hour. It's clear the plant wont need transplanting or nutrients till week three so I'll be taking it slow and just letting it veg out. Enjoy :D
This new strain is growing quite strong. A very interesting aroma that I can only describe as a sweet earthy smell from the leaves. He/She will be transplanted at some time this week to give more space for the roots to spread out. The plant is a little slow to develop but thats to be expected given it's genetic lineage (proprietary). No nutrients still as the plant doesn't need any until it grows a more superior root structure. Just lots of lovely PH balanced water thats been De-fluorinated. Nothing too spectacular other than the lovely 4 main tops and 2 ancillary nodes growing from beneath the canopy. I intend to defoliate and top again soon so that there will be around 8 - 10 tops (god willing). Keep and eye out for this bad boy/girl in the coming weeks. There will be some crazy topping and stress training to come. Cheers!
It's the start of week 4 and there are so many tops. I'm still waiting on a bit more height as well as node growth so that I can top again but it looks as though the plant is almost ready for topping again :D
Nothing special to report, just more vegetation. 💤
It's week 5!!! Woot. He/She has taken very well to the recent transplant. The plant is beginning to really bulk up. Bushing outwards while also getting some much needed height. I may begin to add nutrients this week so we will see how he/she takes it. I'll keep it nice and slow so the plant doesn't get stressed/ burned. It's just another simple week of vegetation. I may turn the lights off for a day or two to stress the plant into maybe showing it's gender this week. I think it'd be prudent to know at this stage there are a few others of her/him that are just as far along as he/she is so it'd be prudent for me to find out the sexes of this new strain. If this is a boy I'll add a strong female to her diary and they'll grow side by side for breeding. If it's a girl I'll pick the strongest male and grow him right next too her to achieve the same result. We'll be breeding this bad boy/girl with itself and documenting here for everyone to enjoy. If I do anything dumb PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know. Enjoy 😁
It's week six. I'm still astounded that the plant isn't showing any gender traits. I'm keeping the light cycle at 12/12 until he or she begins to show some real and provable traits. I'm hoping that we can get a sign of things by the end of this week. Lets see what happens :D
This week I topped the plant and begun training it to get setup to breed with it's partnered male. I'm training the tops in the canopy so that I can get as many possible seeds from this breeding as I can. We are going to start extremely light nutrients for this week to get her a little vitality after being so mean to her these past two weeks. Enjoy people :D
It's week 8 and she's taken to her training very well!!!!
As you can see there is some slight nutrient burn on a few of the leaves since this was her first time getting some real nutrients. She's recovered very well and is beginning to add some serious height to all those new found tops. Once my flower room is done and ready for harvest She'll be going into flower to be bred with her boy toy to officially stabilize this very strong, and new, genetic creation. I'm very pleased with how she is turning out and cannot wait to watch her start to bud in about two to three weeks. Enjoy checking out how her training has worked out for her and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Cheers!
You only get a video this week folks. I was in Alaska for a fun little 'end of the summer' vacation so you'll only be seeing the progress from the weeks growth. A lot has happened to her in these past 7 days. I hope you all enjoy. Next week she will be getting lollipopped and defoliated very heavily. Theres a lot to see in here as she's really shot up in this past week so I pulled apart the canopy for you to all see :D
She's been stripped of most of her fan leaves preparing her for flowering and pollination.
She's an absolute monster recovering almost as quickly as I can stress her out. She's a magnificent strain and I can't wait to solidify her stability to keep her around in my private garden forever.
Enjoy this week of vegetation because after this she'll be going over to flower.
Cheers!!!
She's perfected and ready for flowering/breeding. She will be moved into my flowering tent on day 73 to begin the breeding process. I can't wait to hit her with some pollen and see how her bud structure turns out. Should be a good show for everyone to watch.
I'll change the nutrients up next week to start giving her the nutrients she'll need for flower. We'll be gentle with her as she's not trying to produce fat dense buds but babies. Enjoy everyone :D
Nutrients updated for flowering.
She's doing beautiful with her canopy. I'll most likely need to defoliate her by the end of this week. We won't be pollenating until around week three to four of flower so that the plant is in it's optimum growth stage to begin producing her seeds. The male is beginning to show heavy pollen nodes so we will be separating him from the girls at the end of the week into a collection growing area to preserve the pollen.
Not to much exciting stuff happening as she is just starting to flower and stretch a bit. I'm sure future weeks will be much more interesting but until then enjoy some pictures of her developing.
Cheers!
Welp, it's week two and then some of flower :D
She appears to be a very slow flowering strain so we are probably looking at a 60+ day flower; possible 70+ day. Only the trichomes will tell. She's looking very beautiful with her evenly trained structure and small little nodes forming. Hopefully she'll get an explosion of growth in this next week or the following. Not much to report while we wait for the male to produce it's pollen to pollinate this beautiful lady in two to three weeks. Until then it's just a matter of documenting her first two and a half weeks of flower. Enjoy.
Welcome to week three and part of week 4 of flower.
We are just waiting for her boyfriend to burst his pollen sacks so that she can get ready producing her seeds. Not much to report except she is stretching just a little bit as well as packing on a little bit of length to the hairs on her nodes. She'll be at the optimum point for flowering in the next week and a half. Until then it's just pictures and playing the waiting game. I hope you enjoy :D
Welcome to week four and five of flower :D
We are waiting on her stubborn boyfriend to get it up. His pollen sacks are almost ready to burst. Once they are ready I'll immediately sift the pollen out from the plant matter and pollen sack husks so that I can hit this beautiful girl with some pollen. It's just a waiting game now. I'm pollenating her on the end of where I'd like to be doing it on the time tables but it's not much of an issue. She'll produce plenty of seed if I get her pollenated by the end of this next week. Until then just enjoy some pretty photos :D
SHE'S PREGNANT!!!!!!!
As I told you all last week my male wasn't doing too well. He wasn't maturing as well as I'd hope but thankfully I was able to get one of his pollen sacks to maturity so on day 105 I was able to successfully pollinate two of the branches on this beautiful girl. You can see in the picture of my pollination on day 105 that I put the empty pollen sack on top of the flowering node to show you how it's done basically. Not to much else special happening in this week other than the amazing circle of life. I can't wait to show you pregnant resin sacks in the week to come ripe with seed. Until then enjoy these pictures :D
Welcome to week 5 and part of week six of flower :D
I apologize in advance for the overly purple photos this week. I just couldn't get my camera to take good photos this week with my camera. I came to find out that my camera was in the wrong mode by the end of the week, hahahaha. Sorry about that folks.
She's all good and pregnant! You can start to see the sacs that would normally fill with resin start to show that they are ripe with seed. Sadly my camera couldn't get a good photo of her pregnant nodes but I will make sure to take good photos of them next week. I was sick this week an apathy really took over when photographing all my girls. Darn cough medicine making my head foggy.
She's been pollinated for over a week now, most sources site that you should wait about 3 - 5 weeks after pollination to harvest your seeded buds from the plant to make sure you have as many fully developed seeds as possible. I'll be checking one gland at week three, week four, and week five out from pollination to see how ready they are. I'll most likely let her run a bit longer in that time frame to make sure the seeds are nice and healthy. For now it's just a waiting game until she is ready for harvesting. Until then I hope you enjoy my purply purple photos.
Welcome to the end of week seven and part of week eight of flower.
This pregnant girl is in flush now. She's about two and a half weeks along since being pollinated and looking pretty good in my opinion. It's not really noticeable that the resin glands are producing seeds yet and most likely won't be visible for pictures until the final week before harvest. These girls will be given about 2 more weeks of growth until I harvest them. I may harvest some of the un-pollinated flowers from the plants if the trichomes tell me they are ready sooner. Until then it's just pictures and playing the waiting game, I hope you all enjoy. Cheers.
She's almost done flowering. All of her trichomes are nice and cloudy and a few appear to be ambering up but they are taking their sweet time. What's most important for this flowering girl is that her seeds are beginning to pop out of the pregnant calyx's on her. She looks to be ripe with very healthy seeds of the tiger striped variety. Judging from the flowering length of her parents I'd say she'll be done in between day 63 - 65. I have to say I've very much enjoyed growing this girl and it was pretty fun training her and stressing her out despite there not being a real need to do so other than a little bit of practice. I'll be posting a few more days of her in the next week but for the most part she's about done. I hope you all enjoyed this grow like I did. Cheers!
She has turned out beautifully. I couldn't be prouder to say that this is my own personal and unique strain. She smells exactly like Trainwreck with a hint of Kush in the background while looking exactly like her father. The next time I grow this girl I will be doing so for yields as this time she was just grown to test out how she handles stress and training as well looks when flowered for purposes other than breeding. While I did happen to pollinate her so I can continue her genetics from seed once again I did leave most of the buds un-pollinated to really give her a nice try. She smokes so smooth with a sweet flavor on the inhale with an earthy yet flavorful exhale. Her high is much like that of Trainwreck while having a bit more grit behind it like that of a more potent THC content.
I'm so happy to have finished the final round of breeding this beautiful girl. She is everything I hoped her to be and more. The next time I grow her I know exactly how she wants to be treated so that I can speed up her training and growth to do this exact same thing to her in less time. In a few weeks I'l be sprouting her seeds to do this all over again so I can proudly reap the rewards of my year long labor finalizing this strain. I'll breed the seeds together again one more time and then begin phenotype hunting the strain. I hope you guys and gals enjoyed my breeding of a brand new strain and wish me luck in continuing her lineage in the future. Cheers!

Since you've all commented here I thought I'd let you all know I harvested her if you hadn't yet seen. I successfully pollinated her and reaped a nice bounty of seeds. I was able to prevent a few of the buds from getting pollenated so I also got to try a few of the buds of my strain that weren't focusing on producing seeds. I'm sure the bud is of lesser quality because of the plant focusing on making seeds but I have to say it ended up pretty nicely.
The breeding is a Skywalker Kush X White Widow. I then took the best male from that lot and bred it with a female Trainwreck. I then back bred that cross with itself once and then planted the seeds here for the final breeding to stabilize the strain into it's third generation for phenotype hunting. I should be posting the diary for her geminated seeds in just a few days once they all root. I hope you all follow along for the phenotype hunt. Thanks for commenting and following along with me for this breeding documentation.
@JUNGLE_B4RNS@TheFairyBudMother@Grundoh@CBD_Sweden@ClubRiot@Cannism@WhiteWidow
SHE'S A GIRL!!!!!!! WOOOOOOO. And I have a male that literally behaved the exact same way as her when topped as well!!!!! Perfect journal, couldn't have hoped for a better specimen to document! Pics will be posted in the AM when the lights come on.
So I figured out why my pictures look awful. They should of course very much so have a purple tinge to them because I'm obviously using a purple spectrum light but it appears as though @Growdiaries has adjusted the color spectrum for the website which may be either intentional or unintentional but it is basically filtering everything on the website into an un-natural color spectrum. It's like the temperature of the colors has all been turned up. I just thought everyone would like to know.
@bigdaddyk we all know that @Teamdirtbag2 deserved to win this month no one can deny that he had the best grow buy far but after it was plastered everywhere and gd was told numerous time of the shenanigans going on they actually asked Brett what he wanted them to do and let’s have it right Brett’s not they type to say remove dab from the top and give me the gold cup he’s to much of a nice guy it was really down to gd to have sorted it but no doubt they will have the issues fixed hopefully for next months competitions
@DabCrab, Yh was wrong but every one makes mistakes and I agree I do think at this moment in time with all the problem happening on this site it does need to be done publicly rather than the correct and civilised manner of pm because then you know you have shown every one you are trying to stop what is happening and you are no part of it I do think that every one needs to chill and get back to doing what everyone on this site clearly has a passion for and that growing some Dank
@MISS_TRYHARD, Yeah, I was pretty upset about that. @Bigpun and @@Tryhard didn't cheat that month. They made 100's of comments. Try even showed us all a video of him scrolling through his notifications to prove them were all from different people and that they were all real accounts. @Growdiaries made a grave mistake that time. I think we all learned from that. If we want to keep things honest we can't try to be quiet behind DM's. Publicly post it for all to know and let the community figure things out. The community knows what happened this month. I made sure of it.
On my second grow now using feminized autoflowering seeds. Next year I'll try growing regular ladies and I can only hope one day I'll be as advanced as this! Super sick ladies and gentlemen you have there!!
@TeflonDon, Thank you very much Don. I've put a lot of love into breeding and growing her. She's a beauty in my eyes and I'm glad other people can see it too.
I respect everyone first and foremost. Everyone’s interactions with each other are different whether it’s positive or not. My interactions with DabCrab have been excellent. He’s offered me a lot of his knowledge without knowing me at all. DabCrab also put in some good work figuring on the cheaters which is commendable idc who you are and what your interactions have been with DabCrab. He renounced his prizes and asked for the likes to be taken away so to me that doesn’t smell like a cheater. DabCrab thanks for all of that hard work you put in trying to cleanse this site it doesn’t all go unnoticed. That being said I will not dislike other growers because of there interactions with others. I hope you two gentleman can work this out. Nothing but straight respect for both of you!
@DabCrab, Yes it’s disheartening. For what it’s worth I don’t think you cheated. I think your a solid dude. Keep on doing what your doing and pay no mind then. That’s what I would do. I appreciate that investigative work and I’m 100 percent positive this entire site is whether they admit it or not. Unfortunately not gonna be the last time this will happen.
@TeflonDonFarms, I know I did the right thing. I reported the fake accounts and I publicly stated I didn't want this and that it was in direct response to me publicly posting the activity of the fake accounts. I can even prove it with the timestamps of all the activity. Theres not much left I can really say.
As for BDK, I won't lie. I've been an ass to the guy. Not unprovoked... but that doesn't really matter. I've tried everything to burry the hatchet with the guy. He's just in it for the lols. He's a first rate needle prick. I've even privately advised him before on various issues such as measuring lighting and comparing products because I didn't want to publicly embarrass him or shame him because he was doing it all very incorrectly.... I genuinely have tried extending numerous olive branches and he wishes to have none of it. He thinks he knows best and that he is superior to all. He's a condescending person down to his core. At this point, despite all evidence to the contrary, he's trying to pin something on me that both the site admins and myself can and should publicly prove that am nothing more than a victim in due to my diligence in seeing something very suspicious take place while I was making my comment for the evening. It's pretty upsetting to me that all this is happening.
Sounds like that dude is a secret fan @DabCrab. I've noticed he's aimed hate/insults directly towards you numerous times.. you can rest assured knowing that by virtue of having a dedicated hater, you're doing something right! Lol not that you need any validation from the likes of that dude. Your flowers look amazing on pretty much every harvest! And doing a new strain is something I'd love to attempt once my lady and I buy our own home.. this process must have been time consuming but you nailed it on this one!! Enjoy your new strain smoke for me! 👏👏✌️
@EdsterGrows, Thank you very much buddy. It's important that the people who follow me and like my stuff know I won't tolerate any accusations of me cheating. I've done everything I can to make sure that everything on this site is kept fair and just. I'm ashamed that someone as pathetic as this hater would try and spin this around on me after I've proved exactly who is responsible and publicly listen how this was all nonsense.
I must always crab on the haters.
And here we go with the exciting part of the grow! "Im on the edge of my seat"!! Oh I didn't realize there's lots of other seat here for me to sit on... nevermind😉👍👌🤘
@MG2009, I will be and do occasionally, When selecting the best male I look for aroma as well as color on the pollen sacks. Some males even produce trichomes and throw purple and pinks. It just comes down to what traits I'm trying to compliment with a female. When breeding two of the same strain to stabilize it I look for the two that are the most similar in traits all around. When breeding a new strain I look for the most crazy looking male possible. The Skywalker Kush X White Widow male was insanely purple and stinky but only on the pollen sacks. I liked it and thought it'd make Trainwreck better. I think it might have ;)
@DabCrab,are you also growing out males? Just curious. I like to grow them out to find good future studs. I'm curious what you look for in a good male?
@JUNGLE_B4RNS, Agreed, you are right in that statement. The fourth generation is what everyone else would get if they were to get it that is ;)
This girl is all mine and maybe a friend or two if I forget a birthday. lol
@DabCrab,yes I will follow your mapping with a lot of interest.
Father Gregor Mendel has work with peas . The fourth generation is technically supposed to be what customers are gonna get in there seed bags, this is why it's better to make a fourth generation to make sure that it is stabilized at a 100% 😉
@Tazard1, Exactly. Some people just don't understand basic logistics of scale. I grow small in a small space to utilize my area to it's best affect. Could I do better, sure. But at least I'm trying to better myself and others and not be arrogant. Cheers buddy. Much love Taz.
Peace and weed to you too @@Tryhard. Crab on them haters 🙏
dude congratulations the bud looks good and the seeds look good what more could you ask for great job and just go ahead and pop a few of those beans in the mail and send them up Canada Way
@Bigpun, Thanks buddy :D
I wish to help anyone and every one with anything that I can. My only hope is that you can take what I do and then do it better than me. Thats what everyones goal should be :D
@DabCrab, nice you got a good plan there man that's what I have difficulty doing is making a plan and sticking to it. No problem waiting I enjoy everything the dab crab has to offer hahaha
@Bigpun, Shouldn't be long. Just have to situate some other plants. I'm gender testing some Berry Bomb and Cheese Bomb from @Bombseeds at the moment. I'm in the process of testing them out by popping a few seeds so I can pick a phenotype that I like from them and then make a mom out of the female of my choice so that I can start a diary for their products the proper way. Once thats out of the way and I start vegging two moms of my choice (One of each strain) then I'll have space to pop these new seeds. Should be just a few weeks. Hope you don't mind being patient ;)
