3 seeds germinated in 57 hours (approx). No nutrients added. Using Ocean Forest soil. Don't want to add anything. Moved both plants to grow tent and set up lighting 36" away at 60% intensity. 1 seed looks like a mutant. Pictures soon.

Week 1 of Veg going smooth. One seedling I named Carla grew as if fimmed at the first node. I removed her from the grow. Kept her outside to dtudy. Weird. See pics above

Installed a trellis 9 inches above pot edge. Because of the stranger growing on the right I've had to elevate Lucy and Elaine to better get lighting. Struggling a bit with nutrients balancing with my watering routine and volume.

This is going faster than expected. Had to elevate and will likely have to again. Sep.18 trying to match heights. The they are both pre-flowering.

Plants seemed to transition to 12/12 without issues. In week 2 of flower, I'm starting to eyeball how I'm going to do a planned Day 21 pruning. Don't really see much there to prune.

Week 3 of flower going smooth. Stated noticing a darker green on Elaine than Lucy. Elaine's moisture level was lower than Lucy so I adjusted. Pruned under the canopy on day 21. I left Lucy a bit fat in the middle. I should have done a better job with LST in the beginning. Big lesson learned.

I seem more edgy this week after reading so much on how at this stage they become picky eaters, etc. They look great. Maintaining mid-70s and 50%rh. Or close to it. My outside rh average is about 48%. I know I'm very lucky. I'll never put a grow tent on a south facing wall again. Dumb move. It adds 4° to any room on that side. Purchased a ph tester and now know my water is 6.7. I haven't been too concerned by ph as I have with the soil moisture level. On Day F26 opened tent to a strong citrus smell. Their water consumption has decreased in the last few days from .125 of a gal to .10 gal. All plants have a mid level of moisture. Ph is touching 7. My PHDown arrived, so I mixed 1/2 ml in a 1/2 gal jug. Tested at 6.1, so I fed the plants. I’ll check each day and based on a great recommendation I got on this site, I’ll shoot for a 6.4. Last day of 4th flower week. I removed the upper trellis as it is keeping Lucy from getting a good air flow. It was put in for the mystery plant that's 10 inches taller. If needed, I'll string those massive buds up. 😆

I'm in week4 of flowering (photo, Alien Kush). Plants are on the exact same schedule (water, nutes, light, etc..), but one is directly under my aerowing LED and the darker shade one is slightly further. They're both healthy, it's just odd. Any ideas are appreciated.

They may come from the same batch of seeds. But each seed is its own being. It’s like you and your siblings. You may come from the same parents but each of you are uniquely different. Same thing with plants.

Plants starting the week well. PH issue from last week steading up. My home water is now testing close to 8 p. All my watering now includes PH down. Bummer. Plants responding to nutes well. The trichomes on both are showing some cloudy. This strain has a 55-65 day timeframe to harvest. At F34, I'll be surprised if they go another 3 weeks.

Learned a new lesson. Don't trust your home water pH. It changes over time. Mine tested at 6.7 twice three weeks ago, and now it's testing at 8.1 pH. All nutrients and water are now pH'd down to 6.1. I know a 7 pH won't hurt anything but I'm really fighting to keep it at 6.8. I'd prefer under 6.5. Less than 3 weeks to my harvest window so trying to not make any stupid moves.

Started Week 7 of flower by noticing Elaine has curling leaves. I've started eliminating environmental factors. I raised my lights 2 inches, reduced light intensity 5%, reduced fan blowing on her, gave her a good watering with 6.4 pH water. I'm too late for nutes for sure.At F48 and it's all about pH balanced water and reading the trichomes every day. They're nice and milky just waiting for some amber.

I'm in week 7 of flower, and a few days from my advertised harvest window. Noticed this morning that some of my secondaries are curling up. My medium (ocean forest) was on the dry side but I water daily. Raised my lights, reduced intensity 5%, tent at 72/50%, no nutes.

Defintely at the point where you scope the trichomes daily. I wouldn't do anything too drastic in the last week or few days as far as reacting to any issues. it could be nute-related, as you have some symptoms. could be the light like you suspect - such symptoms can take a long time to manifest from the point at which too much light is given. it's not always a quick path from cause to effect. could be senescence - the plant is simply dying as it nears harvest and beyond. (barring a re-vege). Watering -- 1. Water entire pot, always. never half-ass it. don't try to choose the volume of water because you like the roundness of that number 2. Wait for top 1" to dry 3. Repeat FFOF has a high water per volume capacity. It stays wet for a long time. You should add perlite or similar to up the drainage amendments to roughly 50% of total volume in future. This will cause more frequent irrigation but will be better for root development and make it virtually impossible to drown the roots. The amount of water it takes to re-saturate is dependent on how long you wait between (of course) but more importantly how it is constituted. So, how much you need to give will be different than someone else unless they do the exact same medium with same drainage properties etc etc. A little runoff is fine. If you consistenty re-irrigate at same loss of weight / same dryback up top, then it will take the same volume each time. You learn this volume of water in hindsight, and not a number you choose off the top of your head or what 'feels' right. Let tangible facts dictate how much you need. You can learn to reduce waste (runoff). If you overfeed, you can give extra runoff to dilute EC of substrate. If properly constituted with enough drainage amendments (like perlite), then you have no concern for overwatering in any common sense context - impossible to overwater and shouldn't even be a concern or thought in your head. Watering is simple. Don't complicate it. The act of watering should never be a cause of any problem if you follow those 3 simple steps and constitute your medium properly. FFOF needs more drainage amendments one way or another... leca balls, perlite, vermiculite, etc... i'd recommend Verm#3 or perlite #2 as it is a good size that also won't physically impede roots.

I'm inside my advertised harvest window but not seeing any amber yet. I wanted to post a picture and ask the public if my plants were ready, but instead I stood in front of the mirror and yelled, "2 weeks". 😆. Actually I'm closer. The smell is amazing and the citrus terpenes are very evident. I'm planning my harvest and shooting for a 69/50 dry environment.

All I do now is check the moisture level and take pics of my trichomes every day. The colas look good and leaves are drying up and falling. I'm ready for harvest. The trichomes show a tiny bit of amber at the ends of the sugar leaves and the rest looks nice and milky. At F57 they're not ready.

The leaves are dying and these plants are at the end of the advertised harvest window, but only a few amber trichomes on sugar leaves. I'm still watering them and just today notice that are drinking way less. The buds are fat and dense.
