Baby Girl - Trippy

Hello all and welcome to my grow! "Trippy" sprouted on 10/13. It was really strange. Anyways, I am a huge 420 Fast Buds fan. I've never ever had any issues with their strains. I soaked Trippy in 8oz. cup of bottled water with 1tsp of 3% H202. From personal experience, H202 is a great additive for the soak (and to water the plants too)! There are many benefits to adding it. Not only does it speed up germination and boost root development, it also help aerate your soil & it helps kill off bacteria. I always use gloves when touching the beans. When she was ready I placed her in the plug. Personally, I don't transplant autos. I like placing them into the plugs and right into their forever home. I thought I had another pot left and didn't. She went into a XL DD coffee cup. I figured it would be deep enough where she could just dig that tap root down down down. My pots won't be here for a couple of days. I've decided (for her benefit) to let her grow about 2 weeks in the cup. (The cup is styrofoam and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will be able to remove the plant from the cup without disturbing the delicate roots below too much. For this it is good to have the medium not dry...but not too wet either). As soon as something exciting happens....I will be back for the next entry! Happy Growing!

What was it like this week? Everything was like it should be...until I removed Trippy from under her nursery light. 😫 I got side tracked with my tall-girl (Haze XL Auto 50" week 11 from sprout), I was pulling some of her branches down and fastening with pipe cleaner; I didn't notice on the other side, there was a piece of pipe cleaner unfastened and the little wire stuck in to the styrofoam cup. My dog isn't allowed in my garden area. Welllllll, someone left the door opened, he came in, super excited, knocked into Tall-girl which yanked on Trippy and she fell about 2', canopy down on to the ground. My heart sank. Lucky (the dog) then stepped on...ugh! Listen, she had a hard start. She barely made it through sprouting (H202 in water is great and what I believe helped). Long story short, I had to strip her of leaves. The stalk didn't snap, but it bent hard. I ended up just transplanting her into the coco/perlite/Azomite/Great White Mycorrhizae/many egg shells mix. The water was PH to 6.3 I ended up burying her to the height listed above. After transplant- Someone came in and accidentally dropped their box mod on it!🤐 I really hope she wants to survive because she lost a couple of fingers off the incoming fan leaves. After this feeding at the next watering, I give water with Terpinator added.

I real look don't have many pics to add this week. I've had a dome over Trippy during lights on and remove it before lights out and make sure the fan is hitting it making the stem and leaves move to strengthen it. As far nutes...I just received Advanced Nutrients- Micro Grow Bloom. Next feeding I will be changing to that from Fox Farm. I want to become familiar with these Nutes b4 my comparative diaries begin.
