LSchnabel I’m continuing my small hunt for amazing strains to cross with for my liking. I will grow all three of these and take clones from each once I start flowering. The best one will be kept.
It’s much colder here and even with a heat mat, the seedlings took about 4 days to sprout up and out of the dirt.
It looks like one seedling will not make it as it has yet to open up.
I mixed 50% Happy Frog Soil, 25% Worm Castings and 25% Perlite.

LSchnabel Well I pulled the third plant that sprouted as it didn’t really open up at all. It took forever to germinate and then once it poked up out of the soil it never opened.
So I’m down to just two of this strain, so hopefully one of these will be a winner.
Straight RO water pHed to 6.3 once this week.
These are staying a bit shorter than my other three I have going.
LSchnabel Growing very good. Noticeable difference in size from one to the other at the moment. Watered twice this week because they are drying out a bit faster due to me hitting them with more airflower to strengthen them up.
Still watering with straight water. My plan is to only use straight water for the first month. Possibly start adding in some CalMag in week 4.
Transplanted at the end of week 2 into a 5 gallon fabric pot and then 2 gallon plastic pots. I want to see if there is any difference between the two pots.
Pots were filled up roughly 3/4 the way with plans to add more soil before flower with a top dress of organic fertilizers.
Transplant was easy like usual because the trick is to make a hole using the same size container so they just fill right in. I spread mykos and Azos in the hole for transplant to get it directly into the root zone.

LSchnabel Straight pH water again this week. Plants have responded well to the transplant.
Nothing has been done to them this week at all which is nice to be so hands off.
I will be away for over a week so I set up a watering system with a Kasa WiFi outlet to water remote while I’m away.

LSchnabel Went away for 10 days and these plants exploded with growth.
I watered in very well with pHed water before I left. I set up a watering system with 5 gallons of pHed water and hooked it up to a WiFi outlet. I was able to water twice while I was away using this. Obviously nothing bad happened while I was away.
I HAD to top these girls because I never thought they would have grown so much in a week. Unfortunately, i usually do not top right before I switch to flower but i did the day I switched because i need to control the height..
Still no nutrients thus far. Will amend the soil with a flower booster next week.

LSchnabel Switched to 12/12 this week.
Still just using pH water with no nutrients.
Plants a growing fast and are very uniform. Very good structure so far.
LSchnabel Well I had to break down my tent this week. Long story but I took some clones to do these at a later date.
Minor setback but hopefully I will be back up and running again soon.
These are the pictures from right before I broke it down.
