Apologize for not taking photos in normal lighting. I do not want to interrupt their lighting cycle until I need to do any major LST work on them at which point I will shoot some natural photos. Lowered the lighting to 20" PAR meter reading of about 250-300 umoles directly over each seedling. I'm removing the solo cups twice a day for an hour or so. Minimal as needed watering in a 6" circle around each seedling using a turkey baster being careful not to over saturate the soil. My heat is on in the house so keeping the humidity up above 40% is the reason for the solo cups until root mass and watering needs increase. Temps with the door closed are up around 84F to 85F. The timer is set up so lights go off during the warmest time of day 11:00 am till 3:00 pm. Co2 with the lights on ranges between 800- 900+ ppm. Lights off it will drop to about 500+ppm range.
Depends on what the trichomes look like. If there's a nice mix. I'm going for 95% cloudy/ milky /5% turning amber. Even after harvest they will still ripen a few more days. I'm sure some will still be half cloudy also. I'll look specifically at both the older trichomes deep inside the buds and the older bud growth. Some of the newer bud growth near the end can fake you out a bit. I'm using a lighted 40x jewelers loupe from amazon it work perfect.
Truely beautiful work all the way through trimming and drying.
The nuggets looks so perfect, Patience and passionate. I can learn from your diary but can never hope achieve this level of meticulous care.
@Med_in_Tropic, Thanks This is whats great about this site we have access to all this great info. We learn from each other. All your grows are coming along well looking forward to seeing a harvest from you in a few weeks.
Hi your plants look good, I am a first time grower I tried to grow before and my plants died. Now I have a better understanding of what is takes. Now question I bought advanced nutrients micro grow and bloom when should I start using micro?
@Philindicus, Thai police is prosecuting weed with a vengeance. So I am learning these techniques.
For example, we can’t host sow weed directly in the ground and hang them up in the shed after all is done.
I think the most difficult of us is the techniques on caring for seedlings and vegging. Most people here never pay attention to grow light and light hours. We are used to having sun and rain.
I am still on my first grow and I look for setup details that I can learn from.
Excellent grow, excellent journaling and excellent results! Well done! 👌 Will be following you in future grows as I like ur style and u seem to have the green magic touch.
Thanks for sharing with such detail, lots to learn so its greatly appreciated. Going through your weeks, trying to see what i can do to help grow my own ladies :)
