Known for the lemon-lime-slushee flavor profile, Chernobyl grows with a powerful terpene profile high in limonene. The bag appeal on this strain is immediately apparent, as an overwhelmingly fruity and citrus smell will match dense, white-trichome laden calyxes and leaves. This strain will glisten when approaching peak ripeness. Nutrients need to be moderated and plants will require trellising to support the more delicate branches. Plants will jump in height during the flip to flower, sometimes 80-100% of the vegetative height. As a result, proper planning for vertical space, clearance, and light intensity will be needed. ******************** 2024-10-22 ***Germination Method*** 1. Moisten two folded paper towels. 2. Place seeds between two towels and place them on a small saucer/plate. 3. Cover with a second plate and place both on a heated seedling mat. Expect to see tap roots in 24 to 36 hours on most fresh seeds. Some may take 48 hours I originally discovered this strain with some freebie seeds I got when ordering Cali-Mints. I planted one to fill space in a tent and it produced one of the most perfectly shaped plants, nearly on its own. I gave it to a friend that finished the veg and flower outside, and the terpene profile is one of the strongest mix of limonene, caryophyllene and Delta 3 Carene I have experienced. So I ordered twenty beans and I started with two. Both germinated in about 30 hours. 2024-10-24 Planted in 1q pots moistened with water and clonex 2024-11-01 Seedlings fully opened at 2 inches. 2024-11-08 Transplanted to 3g Cloth Pots. Placed in 2x4 tent and begin veg feed.
