Permanent Marker

11/11/24. One week down Since I posted germination and week 1 at same time and that will probably be missed, I’ll paste it here: I wasn’t going to post this one at first because I’ve grown it before. Was my first actually, but if it’s growing, why not document it. Also, this is still the household favorite so far. Can’t wait for something to be so good that it knocks it out of #1 spot :) For now I think it will be a staple in the grows. Alright then. Back to the baby now. She’s growing as expected. Had her first real watering yesterday. No nutes or anything. That will probably happen next week. She’s under a little grow bulb with her friends. They’ll be outta there when they get transplanted, to the 100 watt for a bit. That catches us up. Thanks for lookin ✌️

11/18/24. She’s 2 weeks old today. All is well with my precious. She’s doing what plants do lol. Will be transplanting and moving her to a 100w today or tomorrow. Will also water her in and feed her. Again, this is the current favorite grown so far, so hopefully she’s pretty much the same as before 🤞 If you haven’t grown this.. where you been? Haha. Nah but this shit hits.. and.. it’s generous :) Thanks for lookin ✌️

11/25/24. She is 3 weeks old today. She was transplanted a couple days ago into a 2 gallon pot. Gave her a watering in with some food. She seemed completely unbothered. I waited a couple days anyway to make sure she was happy, then I topped her at the 5th node today. I forgot to take a before picture, so you’ll just see her looking a little sparse after. She’s about 17.5 inches from the 100w at 100%. This light must really be a booty one. Without fail my plants always seem leggy with it even at way closer than I see other people run it. Eh. She needed water today. She got silica and calmag without other nutrients. I water slowly until about 10% run off. Thanks for lookin ✌️

12/02/24. She’s a month old today. She’s truckin along. She’s a bit lanky, but lookin good otherwise. She’s drinking about every three days. I water slowly until about 10% run off. She’s been having food every other watering.

12/09/24. She’s starting week 5 If this girl could stop growing up and do some branching and other things.. that would be great. She’s more than close enough to the light. Definitely growing different than the markers I grew before. Can’t say I’m loving it either. 20 mile node spacing ..eh.. Nothing has changed other than that from last week. She’s still drinking every 3 days and is being fed every other watering. Thanks for lookin ✌️

12/16/24. Week 6 No flower yet for this girl. I was planning on not really training any of the ladies in my grow and also no trellis. Wanted to just let this grow kinda grow more naturally and do its own thing. I also wanted to try less veg time. I did wind up using just 2 lst clips on this girl because like her friend, grease monkey, she was growing tall and straight up with everything all bunched together. So not too serious an amount of training really. Still cheated tho :( I wasn’t able to transplant this girl yet which is why she isn’t being flipped today. I will do that later on today so she has a week recovery and what not before being flipped. She’s currently drinking every 2 days and honestly I haven’t noted the amount. I just give her water then wait about ten minutes and give her more and I repeat until there’s some run off. She’s had nutrients every other time. Also idk what’s with the lighting and the weird color. Whoops sorry. Thanks for lookin ✌️

12/24/24. Going into week 1 flower. Or well. Putting her to flower today/tonight. Went ahead and transplanted her the day after her last update. She’s definitely had time to recover, not that I think she needed it. She grew a ton in the past couple days. She’ll fit right in with her taller, already in flower, friends. I’m sure she’ll be happy to join them as well. I’ve been having some issues getting feed amounts correct it seems. I can’t find a balance. It’s either too much or not enough. It’s kinda hard when all plants are different as well. I’m going to keep the feeding here light until I see a reason, if any.. to change. For now just watering when I stick my finger in the soil and it feels dry. Thanks for lookin & Merry Christmas 🎄

01/07/25. Start of week 3 flower/day 14 This baby is taking her time show her lil buddies much. That’s alright, I know already that they’re worth her slow play. She’s evened out her color a bit. Was a little worried about the bright af yellowish contrast she had going on before last update. Hopefully we’re on the right track. Still giving her light feed amount since currently it seems to be right. I’ll probably go bloom ratio with next update. She’s drinking a bit slowly compared to the rest of the thirsty bunch. Currently at a little over half a gallon every 4 days. I expect that to increase soon, or I hope so. Thanks for lookin

01/14/25. Start of week 4 flower. Changed nutrient ratio per list up top. Moved stuff around and accidentally broke one of her branches. Crazy to break a plant without doing it training lol. Anyway, I taped it up and an hour later it looked like it died. It was completely drooped and hanging. I was like shit that sucks.. the next morning it was back up again. The leaves still looked droopy but after a few days it looks completely back to normal. :) She keeps stretching like crazy. Gained 8 inches this week when I figured stretch should be dying down. Buds haven’t done much either. Maybe we can get on with it now haha. I can say across the plants growing now it’s definitely weird not doing a bunch of training or trellising. Very wild growth. Can’t say I love it that much so far. Thanks for lookin

01/22/25 start of week 5 flower. This lady is drinking about half a gallon every 2 days or so. She’s getting nutrients every other water. Seems like finally her little buds are starting to develop. Her stretch JUST stopped. Jeeeeeez. She’s seeming happy atm. Nothing else really going on this update. Thanks for lookin.

1/28/25. Start of week 6 flower. Here we have my precious.. the favorite. Still looking for the one to take her throne. My little precious fucken hermied. Like bad. Sacks everywhere, hiding really good right in the underneath of the buds. I picked off all I could find. Hopefully I got them all and it didn’t fuck everyone. Sheesh. Never had this happen with the 3 plants I grew of it back when. I’m thinking maybe the branch I broke a couple weeks ago stressed it out and caused it? Can’t see any other reason for this. Environment is cool, no health issues. I fed back to back instead of skipping on watering. It seems like around this time other plants start showing deficiencies with feeding every other time, so we’ll see what happens here by trying to get ahead of the problem? She’s drinking about 3/4ths of a gallon every 2-3 days. She was watered/fed today. I’ve increased light intensity/dim. It was at about 50% before and it’s now at about 75%. Her buds are growin well now. They smell gassy and sweet. The best of course. Better not have mfing seeds. Damn girly boys. Think that does it for this update. Thanks for lookin. ✌️

02/04/25. Start of week 7 flower. Welcome to the unisex bathroom. 🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 So last update we found that my precious doesn’t identify as a girl. Well, she had her balls cut off but they’re growing back. Rip. It’ll now be know as P. Mark (er) per @natrona 😹😹😹 It took me ages getting all those things off last time.. I really can’t be fucken bothered doing it again. It’s clear that she/he/it wants to be what it wants to be. Meanwhile I just hope there’s no seeds. Anyway, she’s drinking like 3/4 of a gallon every 2 days and I was feeding her each time because it seems like skipping on the others caused deficiencies. This has went well, starting to see some a bit now, BUT it’s mostly just because she’ll be nearing her end in about 2 weeks, so I’m not worried. I will continue to feed her for this week. Meanwhile.. it’s still beautiful and the colors its starting to show.. wow. Edges a rose color blending into green in the middle. LOVE it so much. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Let’s see what Mark does next lol Thanks for lookin. ✌️

02/12/25. Start of week 8 flower Mark is really trying to make up for its confused ways. The colors aren’t even done justice with my shitty phone camera. When I grew this before it was pretty much done right around now I. This looks to still have some time. White pistils everywhere. Even so I’m now going to be giving only water whenever dry. No set amount, just until I get some run off. Also, not seeing any signs of seeds so far. Hope that’s actually the case. Maybe it’s not all fucked. Anyway, nothing else to mention really. Just waiting on this finish. Thanks for lookin. ✌️✌️ Chopped 02/17/25.. or well.. she suicided. Ooops. Oh and I DO NOT recommend purchases from premium cultivars. Once a good company that I DID recommend when people asked. Sorry to anyone who’s having problems with them now. :(

03/12/25 Late with this one as well. Apologies, and as stated in the SD harvest, flu has been going round my house, so slacking has happened. This gir…er…boy? Mark. Yes, Mark, had an identity crisis in flower, and became and girl and boy. Anyway, it had a bunch of pollen sacks underneath buds. I picked them off.. like there were tons. It took me a long time. About a week later they all came back and I just threw my hands in the air and said screw it. I suspect it was caused by stress from me breaking one of its branches. Not long after is when the balls appeared. Crazily enough, no seeds, not other plants had any issues because of it, so yay I would definitely say these things should be trained. When I grew 3 plants before- my first ever diary here, I got, I think, close to 7 oz per plant. I also let those veg 9 weeks, and this did 6. This plant pulled only 2.5 oz. So that’s quite a HUGE difference. I would have had to grow 3 of this to get what 1 of those had haha. As for buds themselves/The high/smell/taste.. everything else is the same as the first time. Just the method/yield/hermie changed. Oh jeez almost forgot where I usually start! It hung for 9 days at about 72f/60 Buds are sticky, frosty, smelly and dense af.. as usual. Would I grow again? Fuck yeah- of course.. already am. Took a clone off this one. Trying to see if it went trannie because of the branch break stress, or if it was inevitable. It just started flowering. I didn’t bother to make a diary because.. clone. Idk. I’ll put a picture here of it at 9 days flower(today).
