Things are going well. Hoping to start flushing the one plant in about a week or so. The other one I'm starting to think is possibly not at early miss, time will tell though. The fimmed plant is sitting at 18.5 inches and the topped at 18.

Noticed small brown spots kind of center of leaves, noticing some kind of chewed up deformed leaves now. From what I've read it sounds like leaf hoppers? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

For the little brown spots on your leafs is starting sign of PK deficiency most people refer to it as "rust" . You must remember that when your flip your lights from veg to flower your plant is always going to need a good boost in PK to help facilitate the transition from veg to flower . Its trying to use up all the PK it can from the medium to from up the flowers . I would also advise that you use some CalMag supplements during flower , this will help a few different things but mostly help keep the plant on the level so that it can keep pushing forward making big nuggy nugs . The CalMag helps prevent the yellowing in the veins of the leaf as well as getting those little red/purple stems .Mostly your problem stems from not having any Potassium and Phosphorus in your mix here ( thats PK ) and this will lead to the little "rust" spots you see on your leaves . I would advise that you start using your bloom solution as soon as you can to slow and then stop the damages that have been done so your plant(s) can be rocking and rolling :) . I hope this information helps you a long your journey to becoming a grow master ! :D -Happy Growing!

Has anyone ever tried cutting off certain buds from an autoflower and letting the rest mature up a bit more? Just wondering because the top is a month ahead of the bottom of the plant (which is usually the case). If you have done this what was the outcome?
Solved
Buds. Not fattening

Absolutely, why not? Many growers do this for one to split the trimming process when you have huge grows and second to let the bottom mature to have the same quality buds you'd get from your top nugs. They will also slightly fattened up but don't count on a huge difference.

Should have a weight either later today or tomorrow

The one plant is a month older and not budding like the younger one. Anyone else had a similar situation to this? Genetics? I guess I'll just let it go until finished. Both are fed the same thing.

@Northnut, I know the feeling. I put the 2 autos down with a photo. Mine are both finishing week 7 tonight. The Candy Cane and Early Miss both. CC is definitely ready, the EM looks to be another week yet at least. I'm definitely interested in trying some big bucket autos for outdoor. Will continue to keep the photos inside now. 💪💪🙌

@JBOrganix, thanks a ton. It's been a long journey with this girl, considering crop kings says finished in 8 weeks of flower. As much as it been fun to grow this strain I think I'll start with photos seeing how it takes this long to get anything decent anyways.

Well done northnut, you’ve done better than I could do with Early Miss. The last few posts are great. Awesome job.

@@BeanswithPork, thanks, I've been following yours aswell. Was hoping to achieve some of the colour you did but it just didnt come. Hopefully this one is the one to do so eventually.

You got 6 os off that one plant?
Northnut
Northnutcommented6 years ago
@DailyBread, not dry that was a wet weight. I figure 2 ozs dry, could have went longer but needed the room.

Weight has been uploaded to those who have been following! I'll be back shortly with some fastbuds seeds, just anxiously waiting for them to arrive!

Next grow I'll throw a picture up of the weights on scale, I'm just using a cheap one that I gotta weigh it all and then add it up because otherwise it will overload it and didnt think any of yous would want to sit there and do the math. Lots of upgrades coming including 5x5 tent

Still new to this so not exactly sure as to edit things like some of you other pros...the first plant I cut down yielded just short of 2 ozs dry...56.18 grams...just got some other nutes in the mail (Big bud/overdrive) hoping to raise those numbers significantly in the next grows to come!
