Dutch Passion Week 0 DP is a new company for me so let me just say that their unboxing experience is truly fantastic. You get a nice little sealed tin box, loads of nice writing on it , inside a vacuum sealed bag, some cool story about the gens and how to grow on the inside of the lid aswell, it's an absolute pleasure opening these, if you want more pics of this just drop me a message, truly one of the best efforts i've seen for this for sure. I made a 1L solution with just a few drops of my specially made kelp extract, see the video how thick it is compared to store-bought stuff lol, and put some of that in a glass, dropped these seeds in the glass, cover to protect from the light and let that sit for one night to activate the seed. The next day one of these had cracked its shell already, i'm digging these genetics already, let's see how they do ! placed them in a propagator , covered with some dirt to protect from the light, now they're chilling covered, let's see how many sprout ! hopefully all of them ! they came out strong within a day 2 had cracked the surface, the second day they all had cracked the surface, the third day they already started stretching due to my broken propagator, on the fourth day you can see their roots sticking out on the picture, i decided to transplant them early because they were already stretching and the broken propagator wasn't making me happy. fed them plain tap water with a tea spoon once. I do like the RQS propagator i got from Zambeza, and even though it was broken it did make the whole germination much easier, i would definitely recomend the starter kit from zambeza so far, but i decided not to try any of their genetics until next round, which starts soon anyway... see you for next week's update !

Week 1 : Auto Colorado Cookies Biotabs sprouted quick bursting out of their shell, stayed in the propagator 4 days then straight and erly into the forever home prepared according to the @biotabsf69 method in 5 gal pots, all soil plus 23% perlite just eyeballed it dont know why i'm saying it was that precise lol. mixed in the startrex , added the mykos 3 in the pot and two in the cavity for the root plus, watered with orgatrex and bactrex then used boom boom spray to keep the humidity at around 70 for a day maybe a bit more. got some good pictures of the seedlings in but watered again with plain water 2L on day 3, now the medium is wet and wil likely remain so until late next week . just plain water until week 5 folks dont hold your breath. Just going to be using my special spray, co2 and kelp extract once a week some micro nutres in the spray of my own creation. Enjoy ! VPD .05 - 1.0 finally got it basically right after 3 days

Week 1 : Mr.B's Auto Colorado Cookies : Just basically following the @mad_scientist method to measure out the fertilisers that i mix in, but i had less grow so i just divided it into three instead. Have some bloom ferts left over that i could use later probably. just some top dressing i guess? had some mykos from biotabs left over so i mxed some into the hole i was putting the cubes into, made sure they were touching before i inserted them . watered with 2L of orgatrex and bactrex mix, and two more L of plain tap water on day 3, sprayed with boomboom pspray whic i kept running for about a day before i watered. Now the medium is wet and i'll have to wait at least a week before i water again. Pretty much it for this week ! VPD : 05. - 1.1

Week 1 : Blueberry cookies Vertafort Vertafort was a different trip to work with 50gs seemed so mall for my 20L 5 gal bucket, but the soil was nice so whatever, added mycotrex in the plug's hole directly touching the plug, watered 2L with the biotabs juice bactrex and orgatrex, then on day 3 again with 2L plain tap water, the medium is wet now, dont expect to need to water it until after the weekend. Sprayed it with boom boom spray trying to keep the humidity up but now the room is at a cozy 63 RH. VPD day 3 0.5 - 1.1 pot is drying up at a decent rate already So i think the overwatering led these to stretch a bit, this one stretched so much i needed to put it on some training wheels , what i'll do before next watering is add some lightmix as a top layer, it'll help lock this seedling in better and help with drying out the medium by sucking the moisture upwards. Take a look at the picture you can see the puffy space in between the veins of the leaves. medium still moist so will wait until the medium flirts with the dry side of the scale before i water again.

Week 2 : Colorado Cookies in Biotabs Biotabs are drying much quicker than the other pots because they're closer to the fan, so i'll tune the air control in by having the fan pointing upwards instead. They got watered with micro from my very own specialized micro , one tablespoon per L, aloe gel from my kitchen plant, and (regretfully) a bit of lemon juice to pH it. didnt realise the organic would be no match for the aloe pH wise, so i'm spraying 1ml of my very own amino concentrate directly on the soil , not on the plant. i do one spray in the morning one spray at night, for 10 days to try to get the pH normalised to 6 , the night time is just enough to mix one spray can of 250 ml with 1/4 ml of amino concentrate, and have some left over. i added maybe 160 ppm of aloe to the watering. I sprayed the leaves once or twice max with 1ml/L spray and 120 cal mag on day 5. VPD went from week one 0.6 to 0.8 to pretty stable at 1.0. got my laser thermometer in the mail, so that really helps ! very even phenos across the colorado cookies so far, three nodes, very straight, very hungry. they seem to be enjoying having the roots a bit too cold more than the others. in soil ppm went from 340 in week one to 420 in week 2 🚀

Week 2. Colorado Cookies in Mr.B's So it's taking a heck of a long time to dry, but as you can see i'm using the hygrometer method to dertermine when to water, it says moist so it's moist and it's gonna have to wait until dry for me to water it. basically i've not watered since last week tuesday ! waiting for the next watering so i can top off the pot with some peat, overwatering compacted the soil already, kinda disappointed i've already made such a critical mistake, but hopefully sticking with it and following her cycle will help. Will try to get an in soil ppm reading asap. Took a few vids of the amino spray which is for the soil, and the kelp and micro sprat which goes directly on the leaves. beyond that what i can say is i got three identical phenos so far in the colorado cookies pack, all three plants are real even, shot up healthy then started making nodes i'm at 3 full nodes, gonna wait for 5 but i dont think i'm gonna top, something about the cookie heritage tells me it wont like getting topped much lol vpd since last week 0.6-8, now slowly getting to 0.8-1.1

week 2 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort So i just fixed my fan on day 6, vpd has been creeping upward the last two days and especially today towards 1.1 , got slightly better air circulation so hopefully the pot will dry quicker from now on. Will probably water 3 pints of water with aloe and cal mag each around 120 ppm, top her up with light mix soil (potting soil aka peat moss) , she's getting night time sprays of amino acids now to balance out the soil pH towards 6.5 , sprayed once with kelp and cal mag ph-ed with GHE dry pH down at 0.1 grams to get it to 6.0 but rain is 5.5 so i pray i'm okay, might do even less ph down next time. completely low maintenance yet she might be the first of the wet bunch to get topped off and watered once dry 🚀

Week 3 : Mr.B's Colorado Cookies They've been growing at a vigorous pace, seemed to like a nice top off of light mix, stem is growing thicker and leaves are getting pushed out of the fourth node. Soil is a bit cold right now, temperature and humidity are a bit cold too but at 0.7-0.9 VPD so far these young seedlings are doing well , i'd say. Fed with aloe and my own cal mag , ph'ed a bit much to 5.5 , but i poured it on anyway, that's the ph of rain water so... going to get a spray tomorrow of kelp and calmag at sunset twice this week, still spraying the soil with amino, quite happy with how my room is set up. all i can say, is for now i'm liking the indica leaves and i'm looking forward to some lst 🚀 against my better judgement i went with a 90° bend and some LST on the leaves to get it real low and expose all the in between parts to the light, the plant is oriented parrallel to the wall. 🚀

week 3 : Colorado Cookies in Biotabs So these are staying chill with leaves at -2 degrees scoring 0.6 to 0.8 vpd, with humidity dropping as i dial in the waterings i'm looking pretty good for veg, just in time for veg to be over lol. autos... gonna start LST on all the cookies, wont top them for fear of the cookies genetics not really liking that that much. no water this week yet, when i do it will be plain water, approx three pints worth. still spraying the soil with amino, still gonna get a spray of kelp and cal mag twice this week at sun down when the plants are as open ass possible before the evening. vigorous growth over the other genetics so far, probably quicker flowering ones, green stems and stalks getting thicker.

Week 3 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort So this week i watered once top of the week then again on day 3 just plain water probably will get another just plain water this week too. 10 days of spray ended on day 5 ! On day 3 sprayed with kelp and cal mag, these will get another bottom of the week. Started lst already, bending her down 90°, threading the main cola through a full metal hook then tying her leaves down on some railings i have handy. i think i caught her in time, hopefully this auto will take kindly to the very heavy lst. not sure if this was the right move as the cookies genetics dont even really like LST, but the berry in them very much do sometimes. it's a guessing game ! 🚀

Week 4 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort So week 4 came and went, these genetics are really interesting, i'm loving their lush thick indica leaves. They grew out something fierce , apex dominant though, dislodged the metal hooks, i'll try "fixing up" my pots next time. these are now a bush with thick thick leaves and i'm not really sure how i'll end up training them in week 5 , probably some leaf tucking or maybe try and defoliate some. not sure yet ! wasnt around much last week so i couldnt really spray my co2 how i wanted to, or water with co2 how i wanted to , but they got one spray and one watering with CO2 last week and they've not died yet, so at the very least i'm encouraged by the fact this co2 enriched water is probably an interesting thing to explore, even for large scale growing, it seems it could probably cut co2 costs by 98%... every watering costs me less than 2 cents lol think about that when you're adding co2 to your grow room with exhaust running 😉

Week 5 : Colorado Cookies in Biotabs These have completely blown up, doubling in size, ripped up the metal hooks i had them in like it was nothing, they're liking the extra light, pushing out leaves and loads of flowering colas . i did take off one leaf that was throwing shade, but apart from that only LST every now and then to keep it under control and hopefully get a bigger yield. Mixed my beneficials with my micro, that's 14gs of powder for 900ppm , but i'm not worried because this is not "dangerous ppm" only some micro. They're starting to slurp it up : one extra watering a week that 3x 3 pints ! used some co2 enriched water only twice, i didnt dare put it in with the beneficials even though i know co2 as a soluble gas will not penetrate the cell walls of any of the organisms (that means it's safe!). I'll get some full frontal pics of the ladies next week, so get your lube out ! spraying twice with the micro and the kelp this week, not really following up on the co2 sprays because i eyeballed the first spray and now there's actually a bunch of residue all over the leaves, so gonna try and figure that out ! suggestions welcome ! 🚀

Week 5 : Auto Colorado in Vertafort Great week of growth, filling out the canopy nicely by now ! seeing some promising side shoots, not seeing any excess or lack of nutrients - yet ! sprayed with micro and kelp twice a week , keeping VPD in the green zone to great effect. got watered with co2 twice and got watered once with beneficials and micro. I might have messed uo a bit on the pH watering the last time, but only time will tell. Hopefully the soil microbes etc will buffer it out without any significant pH fluctuations. just trying to follow their growth with some LST and raising the light every day or couple of days this week, keeping the distance constant and hopefully keeping the correct distance. I'm not planning a feed for a couple of weeks at least. Let's see how the buds develop first ! Any comments or constructive suggestions, fire away ! 🚀

Week 6 : Auto Colorado Cookies in vertafort So this is the third of my three phenos, it's a bushy one but quicker than the other two. Remember, havent been feeding it anything yet, except micro ! Very interesting pheno, about a week maybe even two weeks quicker than the others, stocky, bushy, pushing out flowers of the thicker variety. Not really that loud yet smell wise, but we're getting there. the GSCs at this point were already smelling like fresh dough with a stem rub. These are more chlorophyll-laden, plant smelling lol. Really excited about this pheno, it's going quick, it's secondaries are very close to its main. I'm looking forward to seeing some flowering action. Fed with two sprays this week, one with kelp and one with kelp and micro. Watered with plain water twice and a micro and beneficials mix 10 days after last week's one. This one might get fed next week with PK - its flowers are almost the size of my thumb ! 🚀 Week 6 : Colorado Cookies in Biotabs Great week for this plant, still green af, still kinda stretching a bit, will get the final measurements in tomorrow just check the diary again if you want to know. So when i removed the hooks last week it let the plant kinda "un-lst" itself, and now it's pointing straight up as if it was never trained before lol, well actually you can still see where i bent it, there's this sort of bend in the main stem but it bent back on itself and now it's pointing straight up. did someone say apex dominance ? anyway looks like i have three phenos for these gens, this pheno here is a less bushy, more stretchy, bigger version that flowers a bit slower than the quick flowering pheno i also seem to have. It's towering over the canopy with loads of side shoots and flower nodes up and down the colas, looks like it has the start of a micro nutrient deficiency, but i'll do my best to manage that with feeds and sprays. It drank two plain water waterings and another micro and beneficial mix. Two sprays, one just with my kelp extract concentrate and one with kelp and micro. Hope it flowers gracefully! let's see ! i have a feeling next week is going to be really fun and interesting. Not really that smelly loud yet, but you get something out of stem rub, not as creamy or doughy as the GSC , more "plant-like" chlorofyll styles but let's see how that evolves over the flowering period. I'm optimistic about these ! 🚀

Week 7 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Biotabs This week went better than expected, knew i was leaving so i watered her once with plain water 4 pints, three days of calmagsulfur and one with kelp too in the spray. she grows a bunch, proudly showing off her large secondaries. When i got back she really wasnt even praying all that much, not really showing any signs of stress, the faintest stripes of purple stems maybe, watered with 3 pints of water with 0.75gs of dry humic acid per L. Had originally intended to put twice as much bearing in mind the recomended dose is 2.5gs /L lol oh well. Her secondaries are larger and the number of her flower nodes are maybe twice what i' ve had with the GSCs auto , so i'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of flowers she makes. Stem rub is sour lemons, smell is normal, not as loud as the GSCs were at this point.

Week 7 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort Nutrient burn stopped spreading, watered once with 4 pints on day 4 then once with 3 pints on day 7 with humic acid, buds are already pretty fat and stancked, but this one didnt really take t the LST or maybe it was how the ight was. she's kinda S shaped but not really raising to the canopy level as the six shooters and her LST'ed sister next to her. She's fat enough i'm going to feed her, hence the humic to rinse the soil before i add the first nutrients. wanted to add twice as much as i did but that's the way the cookie crumbles !

Week 8 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Vertafort Just cruizing along now, this one is slightly quicker than the others, suffered more during LST too ! Smell is starting to change from lemony plant sweat to berries. This week 3 waterings at 3 three pints plain water , still spraying with calmagsulfur. did about 4 days this week out of a total of 10 days, but will only have time for 8. upped the micro in the spray to 2x1g for 200ml, a bit over the top, but i've been under feeding micro somehow. Can I just tell you the joy of catching your full tent at day break? fantastic experience. Moved the light cycle a bit to adjust for global warming and spring coming on. Stick around, let's see how it goes 🚀

Week 8 : Mr.B's Auto Colorado Cookies She's growing out away from the wall, she recovered some after the LST, so she's doing better than the vertafort one. Flowers are starting in earnest now she's starting to frost up a bit more, smell turning from sour lemons to berries. Not really "packing on weight" but it's steady and chugging along, still no NPK nutes, three watering at 1.5L plain water, 4 days of daily calmagsulfur at daybreak. I like her structure as it is, how elongated it is is a bit different than your standard-fare cookies.

Week 8 : Auto Colorado in Biotabs Great week for the TOWER of FROST all the way in the back, not exactly packing on weight just yet, but finding it's flowering barings now, basically the plant is fully concentrating on putting out huge flowers , but they're still small. the frost is coming on strong all over the sugar leaves but i'm having a hard time doing the photos correctly. I'll get some better pics in next week I hope ! Anyway, starting to smell really now, still in the "normal" range, but I'm fairly confident it's about to get loud in there. smell slowly turning from lemon to uhm "rotten blueberry bagel" or "sour blueberry yogurt", i dont really know how to describe the smell. so signs of deficiency yet, gave the last micro sprays , it was a plain water watering week, three times three pints plain water. I would say the grow is going pretty smoothly and well at this point. Let's hope the conditions remain favorable ! Thanks for dropping by ! 🚀

Week 9 : Auto Colorado Cookies in Biotabs This week is going well, the undersies of the leaves have started frosting over, buds kind of finding their way to get fatter down the line. I'm really liking how the flower nodes are snaking around the cola, making progress i'd say ! Fed once with 2gs/L micro, missed all my sprays this week so far. This is making problems like residue maybe, but let's see how the plant matter absorbs the humidity next week. Anyway going on a trip so hooking these onto the auto pots but they're at the top end of the tray so i dont really know how they'll handle the bottom feeding. the secondaries are getting fat that's all I know. a picture of health this one ! 🚀

Week 9 : Mr. B's Colorado Cookies Just one of those grow weeks where the buds fatten up. Fed her once with 3 pints of plain water, then on day 4 did the flooded tray thing with perlite and plain water, hopefully the 1.5 inches of water will last all vacation. Anyways check out the main cola growing out, : nice ! she's a beast at 85 cm and loads of side branching! Let's see how she weathers the trip !

Week 10 : Well the plants suffered a bit from the adjustment to bottom feeding. Didn't help that there was a heat wave while i was away - oh well , on wards ! Maybe they're showing signs of underwatering, i can tell from a bit of droop and dryish leaves. Plants showing a bit of light stress from growing without adjustments while i was gone. Started the PK Booster tea when I got back , that's just mixed in a bucket with a bubbler overnight. I feed top of next week. These have started to concentrate on packing weight now, and the mr. B's is starting to look real pro with 3 main colas that might need support. The biotabs one is still towering, i see some calcium issues coming on, but nothing i can really do at this point. Oh well. The vertafort plant is getting smothered by the six shooter and her sister in the corner. overall though, healthy as you can expect plants that have been left for over ten days with a HID too close lol, oh and by the way I noticed my timer got some keys smushed in and the light was basically on twice around the middle of the night. doh! what a dunce ! took me a week to catch it aswell lol cant believe it 🚀

PK Booster Compost Tea - Bio Tabs
PK Booster Compost Tea 15 mll
Week 11 : These are doing well basically by now, the micro nutrient deficiency and the heat wave is getting worse. Fed the PK tea, bubbled for 36 hours added my own micro at the very end. they drank less this week mainly because i'm switching from the bottom feed to the normal system. These Colorado Cookies are all basically on the same schedule even though they look all different. The tall one is the biotabs one and she's basically turning all sorts of "done looking" colors , she grew out in a branchy way but her flowers grew like a cookie strain, which i really like for their density. Looks like the trichomes are almost all milky on this one. The beast is the mr. B's with her three mains, all three the same height all three fat af. the middle one is the main one, the two other mains were getting so fat i had to tie them up to the main. Good news for me. Took a while but the LST is finally showing some results ! Let's see how far we can take this ! The runted one is showing less signs of heat stress and just cruising along. I'll be happy with 30gs from this one, like really happy. Oh well, strength in numbers i guess!

Week 12 : The girls drank less this week two times 4 pints, i'm guessing they're nearing the end soon. The heat wave didn't let up one bit, with temperatures routinely above 28°C mostly around 29 , and hot at night. Terrible, but what to do ? The Biotabs plant is doing great, still towering over the others, she's putting out loads of smell, it's incredible. Frost covered. The trichomes are curled in now. Amazing fall colors loads of yellow and beige. Not long left on her now, that's for sure ! her trichomes are all cloudy on day 7. The Mr.B's one has been packing on some serious weight the colas are getting real thick in a totally different way then the other cookies. a bit leafier on the colas, but way bigger ones. she's fading just a bit, let's see how well she ripens - i see her trichs are mostly milky but she looks like she could get heftier yet so let's see ! Verta, the last runt standing, is doing a good job of packing on weight too, cant really see that well, but looks like she's just trucking along basically. Hopefully she'll make some high quality high potency buds ! That's it, i'm all caught up now ! Next update will in real time again. Sorry about that had maxed out my GD so i wasnt able to update. let's wrap this up ! 🚀

Bulbi's Own Humic Acid 2.5 mll
Week 13 : This wraps up the last week of flush for the biotabs, they got 2.5 ml/L of humic acid each feed 3x 4 pints this week. These have a real funky smell to them, cant really put my finger on it, kinda plant musty, really strong smell, maybe skunky or something, main thing is they're getting the chop soon ! Clipped a fair few leaves but the idea is a dry trim and hanging the plants whole for 10-12 days of slow drying before the cure. Man i cant wait to wrap this grow up ! These kinda grew crowded, i can tell because the biotabs and mrB's have a few branches that are anemic, small, useless, so they're all gonna go into the bubble hash, let's see if i can extract anything from these beauties ! wish me luck 🚀

Well this was quite an experience, from the nice box the dutch passions come in to the germination , vigours sprouts came about, and took well to transplant. Potted each of these into their own soil and peat mix, layered seven of each i think with perlite. they got CELLMAX soil, best soil I've ever used for sure, it's horticultural soil so it's been steamed meaning no pollutants and no pests. The room itself this time i had reworked a bit, still loads of bends on the tubes though, but had a proper intake this time with a fine mesh filter so nothing got into the room. Had the pots elevated only by the time flower came around same for the CO2 so I only had a few good weeks with it. Didn't kill the plants though, so I'll review using it in my Six shooter diary, check it out . Anyway these plants veged out , and in the first weeks had the light too high for how strong/weak it was (it's crazy how close you need to have it actually!) and the little seedlings stretched some, so I LST'ed all of them. They all took to LST really well actually. The biotabs plant was the first one to sort of musle through her bindings, and i ended up feeling sorry for it and removing them thinking the bend was mostly done anyway. It didn't help that this was a corner plant and I just didnt really have access to it as nicely as the others. Anyway the LST wasnt done though and the plant fully redressed showing only a little bend towards its base at harvest time. The Mr. B's showed the best results on LST. It got bent 90° then grew out but managed to stick it's main cola out just in time i guess, so it had several mains maybe 3 maybe 4 and several side shoots. The Vertafort one took to LST the worst of the three (through no fault on vertafort's nutrient's part!) It basically got bent 90° but got held down too much by the bindings , and being a corner plant simply it got less light the whole grow, being overtaken by the other plants in the tent. Through veg though these grew to nice busheles, each in their own style, pushing out fat indica leaves , mostly being kept at appropriate VPDs. Note that the temps i've recorded are for maximum temperatures hey ! Anyway it I ended up with an uneven canopy by the start of flower stretch due to the different LST styles and the different growth rates, the vertafort one being basically stunted. During flower stretch these stretch ! lol doubled in size at a steady rate I can tell because the biotabs one was basically no longer LST'ed right? Anyway way blueberry styles not so much auto gsc styles that much I can tell you. The longer side colas a great too, they're much longer than the GSC's side colas and they have two or more flower nodes more each. By week 4 of flower the Mr. B's started to look pro, with a nice canopy and several distinguishable mains sticking out from the bush. The vertafort one was a corner plant so I just paid less attention to it - too bad for me ! Anyway the flowers themselves started to emerge with a calyx to larf ratio of 1:0 for the biotabs ones, and I started getting stoked. I could already tell from the squeeze that these would be nice and dense nuggy nug nugs just like I like them. The Mr.B's one was different though, the flowers grew all up and down the colas like they were all filled up. The sugar leafs themselves were like non-existant on Mr.B's but long and thin on the Mr.B's. Then the stacking began, last quite a while to finish up and rippen, i'd say from week 8 through 13. The trichomes reached out, filled up some, curled, in and were full white. I noticed some amber trichomes and it was time for the chop ! Throughout the grow I tried something new. From joining GD on my first grow I got loads of goodies from @Mrs_Larimar with the Mr.B's nutrients - thank you so much ! - and the biotabs contest , plus the Vertafort that came with seeds from the folks at Zambeza, Zamnesia, and RQS , all of these were dry nutrients, and I got those micro nutrients from my friends too. Great experience using dry nutrients, much more affordable on the whole, easier to measure too. That didnt stop me from messing up a few measures though ! So For most of the grow I planned to add my own micro. I had four micro powders made. One green one for early veg with all the "rare metals" in it at 2% , a bio cal mag, white powder for veg and early flower and a cal mag and mag sulfur I meant to use during flower. So I ended up giving a quarted dose of the organic cal mag most of the time then in flower still had them on a quarter dose of cal mag sulfur before i realised and switched up too late. My whole micro line up i think would cost 10 dollars retain and I had plenty of it left over i think it should last like 4 grows. Not that I'll use it again unless i can get a steady supply - a the travails of the underground micro nutrient market. Worked great though, pH neutral, i used it as spray too, next time I'll mix in humic acid directly in the same feed, because why not and because I would have massively helped. Sometimes in flower i used only calmagsulfur and maybe I didnt mix it in very well but i would dump everything on anyway , a couple time I would check after water and the clumps had formed like 3 inch crystal formations on the top of my soil... Anyone ever seen that before? maybe it's a good sign idk, i usually tried plain water to dissolve them asap. The biotabs worked great on the Colorado cookies though, that much I can say, no excesses of any sort detected, leaves weren't too dark green at all. Mr.B's turned out a BEAST , but that could be from the LST aswell... the vertafort one ended up being a very healthy plant that never lacked anything either. Around halfway through flower I started traing the colas upwards where they were drooping on the biotabs plants and the Mr.b's plant, glad i did because i think plants like to make colas going straight up right? Chopped these at the top of week 14 which is 95 days from the moment i dunked them into the water kept a calendar which I'll show you. Hung to dry for 10 days, then jarred with the 62% boveda, burped inspected daily for a week, then weekly for two weeks. I weighted what I kept lol , no small buds this time, finally my grower dream realized ! So happy i got two (maybe three phenos) because I loved the flowers on the biotabs but I also loved the yielding of the LST'ed pheno. Plenty of wasted cola space though if I'm honest, should have defoliated more, maybe done that just at the edge of veg or something, maybe next time I'll try to flux like @silky_smooth so I can keep them in veg longer and make me a couple beasts. Had to travel to for two halfway through, so what I did was to put perlite in the trays, get the pots off their grills and onto the perlite then i bottom fed plain water, the idea being that the perlite would keep the water from evaporating from the trays too quickly, just as i was loading up the trays , the nex day I saw three thrips but they were flying all wierd and all strange so i thought maybe the airflow was f-ing them up ... and i had to leave anyway. Got back and the pots were bone dry but the plants hadn't died, and the temps were way up. I think the remaining perlite absorbs heat... Anyway started top feeding them again but by this time they were showing signs of stress especially the biotabs one, the mr.b's kinda recovered, and the vertafort was healthy enough it just looked like a bit of magnesium issue. May this could be a good technique for other folks to try. Like i said the perlite might absorb heat, so remove it when you dont need it anymore (i had issues with heat). Over all these gens are yielders, had some of my best work in here, and some less good work. I like having been able to use the GD platform as a companion app, was great fun really. it's great to be able to put all your pictures up and see them side by side, i tried to keep it organised so you and I can see some interesting things like the "three stages of LST" and other interesting nuggets of info. Speaking of nuggets I'll try to get some more and some better pics of the nugs in. Hope you'll visit this again 🚀 EDIT: made some bubble hash for the first time, grower's priviledge ! only used the stems stalks and leafs for it, and it came out really delicious, smells like perfume, burns like incense and tastes like vanila and spices/hash lol basically used some bubble bags , rand the water through once, got negligeable 120s 75s and 45s but got some 25 quite a lot. ran it again, same results with just about the same amout of 25s, i thought i could go a third one, but got negligeable everything lol. Two passes for whatever that is in bubble hash lol, it's still got to dry for another week - bubble hash is kinda of the grower's priviledge, definitely recommend doing it ! 🚀
