I smoked this in Amsterdam and was very impressed. If I can get it anywhere near that I’ll be happy. First hybrid I’ve grown so I’m expecting it to be a bit more leggy, but we’ll see how she goes. Happy growing.
She seems happier now she’s out the propagator. It got a bit hot in there at 29c and there was some heat stress showing in the first node leaves. She looks a lot healthier now temps are around 26c. Apart from that she’s gaining height fast and will be ready to top in the next day or two. Happy growing.
Started LST this week. Stretched the four mains out and now I’ll let a her grow a couple of nodes and then top again.
I can see the sativa in her, she’s a lot more leggy than anything I’ve grown so far. I don’t think she will be as dense and bushy as my other grows so I’m going to try my hand at the SCROG with this one.

I’ve left her alone to grow on after the second topping then LST today and bent the 8 mains down. I left 2 of the lower nodes in the middle of the plant after the first bit of lollipoping and these have come up giving me 12 tops. A week or maybe two more and it’s flowering time.

I’m a day late updating the diary, this happened yesterday. Today she’ll get switched to 12/12 after 18 hours of dark.
No more bending and tucking it’s time to let her come up now. I didn’t manage to fill the net, there are still lots of gaps. In hindsight I should of put her under the net for the last week of veg. Still, the bendings done and nothing’s broken so happy days.
I can see why people rave about the scrog method. My 8 mains now have around 40 odd budsites all getting maximum light. I’m really exited about this grow. I think it’ll be the best yet in terms of yield. Fingers crossed for the last few weeks.

This weeks update is a bit late so all the photos are day 79.
After the pre flowered stretch I’ve only got 4” above the net so I’m hoping she’s got a bit more in her before she’s finished. Apart from that she looks well. Some of the pistils have started to colour and lots of trichs are now covering the buds and fan leaves. There’s not much more to report. Stay safe people.
A little defoliation this week. Just the leaves that we’re covering buds sites were chopped. I was using the scrog net to tuck the leaves out of the way but it was getting messy so I’ve removed them.
The buds are looking a lot bigger than they usually do at this stage and I can only put that down to the scrog. Fingers crossed this continues over the next few weeks. Happy growing.
Not much to report this week as I’ve been away for the Easter hols. Got back yesterday and everything looks well. I managed to take some photos but didn’t get around to updating the diary. So all photos are day 92.
She looks and smells beautiful. I’m just trying my best to maintain her now for the last few weeks. I checked the trichs today and there’s still plenty of clears ones around so a few more weeks to go I think.
she’s not far away now. I’ve just started to see the first amber trichs, so I’ll be checking the plant daily. I’m aiming for 5 - 10% ambers, then she’s ready for the chop. Flushed twice this week with molasses and plain water and it’ll be just water from now until harvest. Peace.
Well I thought she was close to harvest but she decided to have another growth spurt. I’m glad I didn’t chop her! There was lots more bud growth this week but that’s stopped now and I haven’t seen white pistils for a couple of days so I think she’s close. The pistils are turning amber slowly, there’s still only a few here and there so we’ll wait and see. Happy growing.
i Smoked this in barneys coffee shop back in January and I’ve been looking forward to growing it ever since. All the indica traits are there but the sativa comes through also. This weed has the ability to couch lock you, fill you with energy, or a mix of both. It’s a complex high that’s hard to put your finger on and for this reason I have to say it feels 50/50 indica/sativa.
The taste and overall smell is Girl Scout cookies. It’s when you grind the bud that the pine and earthy kush smell is noticeable. It’s very pleasant to smoke with a mild sweetness to it and the smoke doesn’t expand much either so no coughing fits. That’s a big plus for me and something I look for in strains. Overall an excellent strain and my new favourite. I highly recommend this to my fellow growers. You won’t be disappointed.
This was a pretty easy strain to grow however it’s worth mentioning that she doesn’t like it over 28c even in veg. As soon as the temp went above this some of the leaves started to canoe. Luckily switching a fan on a higher setting rectified it quickly. Apart from that there was no problems with pest or disease.
She responded positively to all topping and training and the SCROG worked really well. Now I’ve watched the plant grow I should be able to fill the net properly next time and get some more height so I’ll be running this again. I’ve got a break in growing for a few weeks because of a holiday but I’ll be back for cookies kush run 2 shortly.

Man im excited for my havrest now got a pheno that looks like yours getting its bud density still have about 10 more days or 12 then chop at 56 how long did you take her ? What week is week 6 if you dont mind me asking nice havrest dense and frosty.
@Rory420, thanks bud i derinatley will probably take it to day 65 , I take quick dslr pics they arent as good as my platinum cookies diary pics i had alot of time to take pcitures in better lighting this diary i take quick pics when iturn on the lights and take zoom in pictures my fault 🤦♂️🏽 ill take some updated pics outside with better lighting this week. tops look like a upside down dense jalapeno 😂 only way i can describe it i squeezed lower buds and they are dense so i can imagine how the bigger top buds will be hopefully i get some buds like yours this i my first tent grow with 1 led grow light everythings smelling good and looking good cookie smell and earthy throughtout the grow im sure your enjoying your good bud bro im still waiting till my havrest got no bud currently stay safe and stay high happy growing ✌️🏽🙏🏽.
