I'm having a hard time controlling the tent's temperature because it's my first time using sodium lights. The plant is growing a little slow I think for this reason. As soon as I manage to stabilize the temperature of the cabinet in the next few days I hope to notice a change in the speed of growth of this small.
---
I have raised the lights 10 cm, to 70 cm from the plants. The temperature low to 30ºC but its not enough. Should i raise the light more? Should i buy a cooltube? What do u reccomend to lower the temp of the room?
---
This is by far the ugliest seedling i've ever seen. Mybe it's the hot temp, but his mates in the tent are not so ugly...Let's see how it develops...😄
This is the worst in the tent by far. It's having a hard time in such a hot tent. I have not seen other reviews of this variety to know if it's that ugly normally, but I think the signs of stress are quite clear. We have already lowered a few degrees the temperature of the room and applied CO2 and we hope that this week it shows signs of improvement.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is clear that this variety don't tolerates high temperatures well. It has shown very high signs of stress. The leaves wither as a new leaves because although they have many roots the plant is not able to maintain moisture in all the leaves. Despite all these problems, the plant is developing a good root system, and the growth is not as slow as I feared, so I have some hope. I have removed the oldest leaves and left only the new growth so that it has fewer leaves to evaporate. The new growth seems healthy enough, so we are going to focus the energies of the plant in the new growth to see if we can take it forward and that it becomes a great plant.
-Starting Week 3.
-We start using the normal dose of fertilizers for the growing period.
-It seems that thanks to CO2 the plant is not suffering as much stress as last week. It has reacted well to the defoliation of the withered leaves and to the beginning of the LST. The new growth has hit a push and does not show as many signs of stress as the previous leaves.
----------------------------------------------------------------
The growth has not been bad and is reacting quite well to the LST. Every day the tip is straightened again and I put a new cable to guide it again. Maybe I'm overextending with the use of cable and causing it too much stress. I think that growth could have been better if I had not been under constant stress. Maybe if I had let it rest one day I would have grown something else. Even so, I am happy with its development. The lateral buds are receiving a lot of light and begin to develop quickly.
The development is being quite poor in comparison with its companions, although little by little it is advancing. One of the leaves has a small mutation.
This week has been a bit strange ... the first days of the week I kept the period of 18h of light, and on Wednesday I changed it to 12. I wanted to have done it a little before but I missed the opportunity. They take a few days with the 12/12 period and still show almost no signs of flowering. So I tell it as a week of vegetation.
It has been the first full week with the 12-hour cycle, but it still does not show any sign of flowering. It is the slowest progressing in the tent but im still happy with its development
First week of flowering. During this week he has shown the first white hairs and the buds have started to form quickly. It has been the first to show signs of flowering.
Very good development these last two weeks. The buds are quickly getting fat
I think we can get good production, but I also believe that other techniques would have benefited more than LST.
This starts to get interesting. The pom-poms have gained enough this week. The smell begins to be something stronger. The plant has a very dark green color, with a very healthy appearance. This week I have raised the frequency of irrigation as well as the amount of fertilizer. It's possible that I did it a little late. I hope it have time to absorb all these new nutrients and turn these adorable pompoms into wonderful buds.
The plant shows absolutely no symptoms of excess or deficiencies
The plant is assimilating a lot of nutrients from the water. Each time I irrigate I leave all the plants in the cupboard with a similar TDS, and every week, the Kali AK is the one that has absorbed the most nutrients, showing a PPM level that is much lower than its companions. The buds are forming very well, picking up quite a lot of volume and density. I'm sure it will produce great rocks. I am very happy with your development during these last weeks. I hope you continue in the same way.
This week I have raised the dose of Mega Bud quite a lot and I have stabilized the PH, which had been decreasing during the last weeks due to the increase in fertilization. The pH is again at 5.9 and with a water temperature of 18ºC I think the plant has a perfect environment for the assimilation of nutrients.
I have also put the ballast in superlight mode. I hope we can see the result of all the actions this week during the next one since I think they will bless the plant a lot.
It's pulling buds big enough for their size. I am very happy with this small plant that despite its initial problems seems to end up providing quality buds
The buds do not stop growing and I am very happy with the development of the plant in its final phase. It's the most smell coming off the entire closet, filling the room with an incredible aroma incense
We reached the final stretch of this Kali AK, which has come back from its first weeks. It did not promise much, but it has ended up being a good specimen. The smell that it gives off is incredible and the appearance of the buds unbeatable. I wish the time to taste this lady's harvest
The Kali AK has given very good results. A good number of buds of good size and very very tight. Each of them weighs a lot. The aroma is the best in the closet, I love it. All the branches had a lot of well-matured buds. I will use the LST technique more times. The buds are already drying in optimal conditions and soon we can see the result dry and well manicured. It has produced 267g in wet, which is not bad for the small size of the plant. Next time I will give you a few more weeks of growth to get better results.
Although it was difficult to start and was the one that suffered the most during the beginning, it was the one that best finished the tent. The production has not been bad and the quality and appearance of the buds is impressive. I like the taste a lot, although I prefer the Kush flavor for now. The high is almost instantaneous, providing you with a lot of creativity and well-being. In short, evaluating all the factors has been the plant that I liked the most of this crop.
