All_our_small_plants First of all, a big thank you to Zamnesia and Plagron for this event and the materials and seeds provided. As soon as the Godfather is ready at the beginning of January, we'll get started with the Runtz :) We're excited to be a part of this 😁😊
01/05/2025 Now it's time, we've harvested the Godfeather OG F1 and can now begin with the Runtz.
Watering: 100 ml every 2 days in the first week
pH value: 5.8
EC value: 0.2 mS/cm
Temperature: 20ºC
Humidity: 68%
Pest control: we'll use yellow stickers against thrips and fungus gnats. Then we'll add 1 bag of predatory mites to each plant and nematodes to the soil.
PPFD: 200 µmol/m²/s
DLI: 15 mol/m²/day
Fertilizer: COMPO GROW ORGANIC GROW FERTILIZER, you'll also always get a bit of CalMag from BioBizz for prevention from now on.
Special notes: We'll top Runtz #1 and only train Runtz #2 with LST. Let's see which one turns out better.
-Today is 01/09/2025 and we put the seeds directly into the soil 4 days ago. 2 out of 2 have germinated and look good. We have both plants under a Spider Farmer SF1000D with 100W, which means a 100W lamp per plant.
-Day 3 today we watered both plants with 1 liter of water and set the pH value to 5.8.
-Day 5 both Runtz are growing normally and look healthy. Let's see how they develop in the coming days.
-Day 6 both are growing nicely and look very good. We've been providing them with 100 ml of water every 2 days this week, and today they're getting some of the Compo Grow fertilizer.
All_our_small_plants Watering: 1000 ml every 3 days in the second week
pH value: 5.8
EC value: 0.2 mS/cm
Temperature: 24ºC
Humidity: 50%
Pest control: we will use yellow stickers against thrips and fungus gnats. Then we will add 1 bag of predatory mites to each plant and nematodes to the soil.
PPFD: 500 µmol/m²/s
DLI: 21 mol/m²/day
Fertilizers: This week they will only get a bit of CalMag from BioBizz for prevention
Special features: we planted a few lentils in the soil with both, these bind nitrogen from the air and convert it into a form that plants can use. These will be removed after about 2 weeks.
To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, and this alternates all day.
-Day 8 today is 01/16/2025, both ladies seem to be doing well. Runtz #1 will probably be topped in 5 to 6 days, and we will only grow Runtz #2 with LST. They got some water today again, and we set the light to 500 PPFD. This is with our Spider Farmer SF1000 at a height of 50 cm and the dimmer set to 70%.
-Day 10 today we watered them again, and as you can see in the photos, the lentils are already bigger, they will be removed in the next few days.😜
-Day 12 Both are growing very well, in the next 2 days we will top Runtz #1 and let Runtz #2 continue to grow to shape them later with LST. We watered both again with rainwater with an EC value of 0.2, and we adjusted the pH value to 5.8, for the next watering we will start with our fertilization plan. 💪💪💪

Pest control: we will use yellow stickers against thrips and fungus gnats. Then we'll add 1 bag of predatory mites to each plant and nematodes in the soil.
PPFD: 500 µmol/m²/s
DLI: 21 mol/m²/day
Fertilizers: This week they will receive our mineral NPK (7-3-5) fertilizer and, of course, some CalMag from BioBizz for prevention.
Special features: Runtz #1 was topped today and Runtz #2 was just lightly defoliated; we also removed the lenses this week.
To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating throughout the day.
-Day 15, today is 23/01/2025. We topped Runtz #1 today and will start LST tomorrow. For Runtz #2, we only removed the first leaves so that the lower shoots can get more light; we will also start LST with her. They both received water today with a dose of fertilizer and look very good.
-Day 16 for Runtz #1, we have now started LST and will continue to apply it in the coming weeks; we tied the shoots down. We used regular garden wire for this, it shouldn't be too thin so it doesn't damage the plants.
-Day 17 for Runtz #1, we have now moved her in front of Runtz #2 so she can get better light as she was in the shadow of the membrane. For Runtz #2, we removed 2 of the large leaves so that the lower shoots can get light. Both received another dose of fertilizer today and are growing very well.
-Day 19 today is 27.01.2025. Runtz #1 is recovering very well from her topping and LST. She received another dose of water today. Runtz #2 was defoliated again today, and her shoots were tied down, not too tightly, just enough for them to get better light. She also received water again.
-Day 21 we defoliated both Runtz today and applied LST. They are both growing very nicely and are quickly recovering from the training.

Fertilizers: This week they will receive our mineral NPK (10-4-7) fertilizer and, of course, some CalMag from BioBizz for prevention.
Special features: Runtz #1 and Runtz #2 will be defoliated and continue to be trained with LST.
To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating like this all day.
-Day 23 on Runtz #1, we intensified the LST training after topping, and she's growing very nicely. For Runtz #2, which wasn't topped, we removed some of the obstructive leaves, and we also applied LST here to allow the lower branches to spread out more. Both received water with fertilizer again today, and we had to move them because our little troublemaker, the Membrana, needs a bit more space, and the Ghost Train is covering it. Let's see how they continue to grow now.
-Day 25 both are recovering from their training and growing very well, Runtz #2 has gone into pre-flowering today, while Runtz #1 still shows nothing. Our cat is always fully involved and would love to get at the plants. Both Runtz were watered again today.
-Day 27 Today we defoliated both again; they are recovering very quickly from the training. It looks like Runtz #1 is also showing the first signs of pre-flowering. Both Runtz were watered again today and received some fertilizer. Since both have gained height, we also adjusted the lights again.

Fertilizer: This week they will get our mineral NPK (10-4-7) fertilizer and, of course, some CalMag from BioBizz for prevention.
Special features: Runtz #1 and Runtz #2 are being defoliated and further trained with LST.
To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating like this all day.
-Day 29 today is 06.02.2025. With both Runtz, you can now see a noticeable difference between the topped Runtz #1 and Runtz #2, which was not topped, and we only applied LST to it. Both are also having a few leaves removed regularly so that the shoots can get better light and grow better. They both received water with fertilizer again, and Runtz #1 is now showing the first signs of pre-flowering.
-Day 31 today we trained and defoliated Runtz #1 a bit again, while we only removed 2 leaves from Runtz #2. It's amazing how quickly the plants recover and grow back.
-Day 33 Both Runtz have been in pre-flowering for a few days and are recovering well from their training. Today they received another portion of fertilizer. We will increase the dosage in the coming days.
-Day 35 Both Runtz are now in flowering, and today they will be defoliated again. As it looks today, Runtz #1 will yield more than Runtz #2, but let's see who brings the biggest and prettiest bud :)

Pest control: we will use yellow stickers against thrips and fungus gnats. Then we will add 1 bag of predatory mites to each plant and nematodes to the soil.
PPFD: 600 µmol/m²/s
DLI: 25 mol/m²/day
Fertilizers: This week they will receive our mineral NPK (10-4-7) fertilizer, some Plagron Green Sensation, and of course a bit more CalMag from BioBizz for prevention.
Special features: from this week on, only defoliation will be done as the LST is completed and they are stretching.
To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating like this all day.
-Day 37 Today we harvested the Ghost Train Haze, leaving one less plant in the tent. To allow the Membrana to grow better, we placed Runtz #2 in the spot in front of Runtz #1 and moved Runtz #1 to the spot where Ghost Train used to be. Both Runtz were defoliated again today and received a portion of water with fertilizer. Since they are both a bit further along in flowering now, we will also add Plagron Green Sensation. They are both growing very well and you can already smell them, delicious.
-Day 39 Both Runtz are growing really great. There’s not much of a noticeable difference now between the topped Runtz #1 and the untopped Runtz #2, but we think we’ll see more in a few days. Both received water with fertilizer again today. The cat also seems to be excited about the strain; he loves munching on the leaves :)
-Day 41 Today we took Runtz #2 out of the tent to check for any signs of mold, male pollen sacs, or anything else undesirable, and everything is in perfect order. Runtz #1 is forming nice buds, and both are starting to smell really intense. They both look great, and for the short time they’ve been growing, they look quite decent.

DLI: 34 mol/m²/day
Fertilizers: This week they will get our mineral fertilizer with less nitrogen since they don't need as much anymore, NPK (3.5-6-6), a bit of Plagron Green Sensation, and of course, a bit more CalMag from BioBizz for prevention.
Special features: from this week on, only defoliation will be done as the LST is completed and they are stretching.

-Day 43 Today we removed a few leaves from both again, and both received another portion of water with fertilizer. We started this week with 2ml of Plagron Green Sensation instead of 1ml, but reduced the other fertilizer by 2ml. Both look very great and healthy, they are doing very well.
-Day 45 we defoliated both a bit again today and they both received water again. We also adjusted the lights again so they are well positioned in the hotspot. They are starting to smell more intense and the buds are getting bigger.
-Day 47 today we changed our camera, hopefully, there will be better pictures now. The Runtz #2 is developing beautiful buds and they are getting denser. The buds of Runtz #1 are also slowly becoming more compact and the smell is becoming more intense.

To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating throughout the day.
-Day 51 Both are now really in bloom, but you can already clearly see that Runtz #2 is forming more compact buds than Runtz #1, but Runtz #1 will surely yield more. They both look healthy so far and will get another good dose of fertilizer today :) Harvest is expected in about 4-5 weeks.
-Day 53 Today we defoliated both a bit again so that the lower buds receive more light and grow a bit. Fertilizer was also given again, and we slightly increased the dosage.
-Day 55 the buds are getting better and bigger, both look very nice. They were both defoliated a bit again so they get more light :) Today, a check was done to see if there are signs of male flowers or if any deficiencies can be detected.

To control the fans and lights, we use GHome smart plugs that can be programmed via a mobile app. The fans run for 1 hour and then pause for 1 hour, alternating like this all day.
-Day 57 Both ladies are getting better and better, the buds of Runtz #2 feel denser than Runtz #1, although the latter has more volume. Both smell really nice and are getting stickier. We moved Runtz #1 back into the tent today since it was running out of space, and we took it out again to defoliate it better. We set the lights to 43 DLI today.
-Day 59 both ladies were defoliated again and they are nearing the end. We think they have about 8 to 10 days left until we can harvest them. They received fertilizer again today.
-Day 61 you can see a clear difference between the two, Runtz #1 is definitely more foxtaily than Runtz #2, which has nice compact buds. In terms of yield, we think Runtz #1 will have a higher yield, but they still have a few days left.
Next week we will start flushing.

-Day 65 Today is 14.03.2025, they both look relatively ready, the trichomes are almost all white, since our supercropping project with the White Widow needs to continue, we will have to harvest them in the next few days.
- Starting today, we will flush, doing this about 3 times at intervals of 2 days, and then they will be harvested.

All_our_small_plants - Today is day 72 and both ladies have been harvested, now they are being dried. Runtz #1 weighed more after the first weighing, but the buds look thinner. Runtz #2 has denser buds, but we'll see in the end which one was better, once everything is dry.
- Now only the Membrana and the White Widow are left in the tent, and we're already planning our next grow.
