bytegrow - Germination -
Successfully germinated one of three RQS Wedding Cake Autos I received as a present with my last order.
I like to use the RQS Soil drops, as they are extremely easy to use and tend to have a quite good germination rate.
For germination, I usually keep a 24/0 light schedule and change to 18/6 a few days after they germinated.
I added a screenshot from my temperature and humidity logs, in order to document them for later bug fixes. Please put in consideration that I have some problems maintaining a steady temperature in the "Grow Room", so those charts look a bit messy and spiky.
After I took the last photo, I planted the Soil plug in my growing soil and put the cut bottle back on top to maintain a high humidity.
I am very hyped to see how the plant will develop over the next few weeks.
Happy Growing

bytegrow - First Week of Vegetation -
Nothing much to tell here.
Right after I posted the first post, I decided to lose the plastic bottle dorm for better air circulation, what resulted in a low Humidity.
A small (and very cheap) humidifier is on the way to hopefully get the humidity up.
I watered fairly irregularly and cannot really member how much in total. No external nutriens where added.

bytegrow - 2. Week of vegetation -
- Bought a cheap humidifier to increase the relative humidity as it was way too low in this stage of vegetation. The problem of low humidity is still present, as the humidifier turns itself off after 4 hours, but it still kinda helps
- Started very early LST just to try how the plants behaves.
- Nutrients were given with every watering (1x 2L, 1x 3L)
- Cut every leaf that blocked light from penetrating new nodes.

- I broke the first node off, so lets see whats happening
- Else, nothing interesting has happend.

bytegrow -Week 4 of Vegitation-
- The Plant had a huge growth boost and started to fill the remaining space of the Tent.
- I watered only 3 L on the 4th of February, as the Soil stays much longer moist after I decided to always water 3L instead of 2.
- To the end of the Week, a colleague gifted me a spare ScrOG-Net he had lying around, and I thought, why not just install it. My intent is not to do SoG or ScrOG, but to use the net to enforce some more LST
- Not much longer until Flower starts. Some Female attributes start to become visible.
