The only other suggestion I really have is switching to some proper high end led lighting. Youll save money on your electrical bill, have less heat to manage, and will have more vertical space to grow in as LEDs can be much close to the plants. Check out quantum boards. the 260w is the direct replacement for your light.

my friend has a mother he created from a lemon skunk#1 & dank sherbert he calls it LEMONS FANTASTIC and he yeilds about 180g per 3gal pot of coco/perlite 60/40 under 700w cobs in a 2mx2m
