For germination, I leave the seeds in a bottle of water for 12 hours, then transfer them to a paper towel until they sprout a root. This method has worked well for me!

I’ve transferred the seeds to the paper towel method!
Now it's time to Pot preparation!
For my pots, I use a three-layer method, filling each layer while shaping them with different-sized pots:
- First layer: Super Soil
- Second layer: Regular fertilized soil (BatMix by Plagron in this case)
- Third layer: A light soil with mycorrhizae (Seeding Soil by Plagron)

I’ve planted the seeds!
I'm using a cheap LED light from Amazon just to kickstart germination and gain a few extra days to finish flowering the plants in my tent. As soon as they sprout, I'll transfer them to the tent, where my old but fantastic Electric Sky 180W is waiting for them!

Two of them have already germinated, but one still hasn’t. I’m struggling with low temperatures, as it's been only 12°C during the day and between 3°C and 7°C at night.
Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck—my lamp fell onto the pot, disturbing the soil and seeds of two plants. One of them is the one that hasn’t germinated yet.
Just in case, I’ve put two more seeds in the paper towel method as backups. If I don’t need them, I’ll give them to a friend!

I placed them in the tent on the 10th. Two of them germinated on the 8th, while the other was affected by the lamp falling.
I’ll probably replace it with one of my backup seeds and offer #R03 to a friend, but it all depends on how things go in the next few days.

I had to create a new week to reactivate my diary. I'm now starting the germination phase, which you can follow in the previous week.
Apparently, diaries in contests that go a month without updates get hidden, and a grave icon appears in the diary title. According to GD support, it's necessary to create a new week for the diary to become visible again.
Just sharing this info for anyone who might experience the same issue and not know why it's happening! However, keep in mind that once you create the new week, it won’t be possible to delete it afterward.

#Summary of previous weeks:
I started germination by soaking the seeds for 12 hours in water, then transferring them to a paper towel until they sprouted roots. I prepared the pots using a three-layer system: Super Soil, fertilized soil (BatMix Plagron), and seedling soil by Plagron with mycorrhizae.
I planted the seeds on 05/02, and by 08/02, two had germinated, but one struggled due to cold temperatures and an accident with the lamp. As a precaution, I started two backup seeds.
On 10/02, I moved the germinated ones to the tent, and on 12/02, I replaced the failed seed with a backup (#R03), which is now one week behind the others.

I diluted 1ml of Bio Rhizotonic by Canna in 1.5L of water and have been using a spray bottle to lightly moisten the entire surface of the pot in a superficial way.
I plan to continue this method throughout the first week.

They're doing well!
#R01 was the one that stretched the most, I had to add a support to keep it from falling over.
#R02 is growing at a normal pace
#R03 (the backup seed) is catching up on the lost days, which makes me really happy.
That said, over the next few weeks, I'll still consider whether to go with a SCROG net as initially planned or just stick with LST.
Well... we’ll see! The plants themselves will help me decide what works best for them. 🌱

First time doing a proper watering! I gave 300ml of water around each plant, making sure it only soaked into the BatMix soil layer, leaving the Seedling Soil dry.
This way, the water will gradually wick up from the side layers, bringing the first nutrients to the plants in a gentle way. At the same time, this will also activate the mycorrhizae that were pre-applied between the layers and encourage the roots to expand.

The backup seed #R03 germinated on 13/02, and I started applying Bio Rhizotonic (1ml/1.5L) on 14/02. On 19/02, I did the first complete watering around the plants (300ml per plant, only water).

Thats not lack. Thats abundance, she went from light environment to heavily fertilized. I would not risk adding anything. Just plain phed water for few weeks at least.
My view ...
Yes, I'm leaning more towards that as well. I believe the roots have reached the SuperSoil layer, although I’m also considering the nitrogen deficiency hypothesis that was suggested. However, I doubt it since R01 is twice the size and had the same soil preparation method.
Just to be sure, I watered with Bactomatik, which contains 2% nitrogen and nitrogen-fixing bacteria. Now, I'll monitor it closely and see what signs it gives me.

My humidifier broke during the last grow, so I’m using these buckets of water with an air pump to raise the humidity in the tent!
It’s just a temporary setup, I’ll be getting my new humidifier next week. 💨
