Lemonpaya is a perfect fusion of our keeper Lemonade cut and the renowned Papaya strain (Oni Selection). Fast Buds Lemonade keeper, cherished for its gentle lemon fragrance, serves as a foundational parent in many of our breeding projects. Papaya, in turn, brings forth its signature intensely sweet and tropical aroma and flavor, along with a reputation for great resin production. Lemonpaya inherits the finest attributes from both lineages, boasting abundant yields of dense, sizable flowers infused with the tantalizing sweetness of papaya and a hint of zesty lemon. The Plant presents as a robust, tall bush, adorned with long, straight colas laden with dense buds. Its resilience to stress makes it a versatile strain suitable for both indoor and outdoor grow spaces. Indoors, it forgives a multitude of errors, while outdoors, it showcases unparalleled resistance to environmental challenges and elements. Lemonpaya thrives both in warm and cold climates, consistently delivering an exceptional harvest accompanied by its smooth, lemon-infused terpene profile.

This is the lil baby of the bunch. She’s the shortest and has the smallest leaf span.
It’s a bit colder than I think is good right now. The day temps are where I’d prefer the night to be. Might need to put a portable heater soon. The temperature just isn’t staying up with the rest of the place.
Soils pretty dry now. I’m going to water today. I imagine the water will run right through, so I’ll be spraying the top a bit to get it damp and then slowly watering to make sure the soil actually absorbs some of it.
I’ve complained about my light being a dud or something (the viparspectra) and now I’m pretty sure it is. I have the light at 13 inches up at 50% and still getting stretched stems. This light should be 24 inches or more away supposedly at this age. Been like this since sprout as well. lol. Whatever.
At this stage not much else to report on. Thanks for looking ✌️

Krisis 01/13/25. Beginning of week 2.
This girl is still tiny. Like all around. She’s short and her leaves span is very small.
I’m thinking this is my runty one.
Her leaves feel kinda thick and don’t look quite healthy to me, and they haven’t since the start of true leaves.
Her node spacing also does seem a bit tight. I would give it up to genetics but I’m suspecting maybe I had her in the hot spot of the light. Going to move her more to the outter edge of the light and see if there’s response.
She had plain Ph’d water today. Her watering before this one was with half the manufacturer recommended ratio of seedling feed. That would be 0.6 ml of each 3 parts.
I water her when the top of her soil is dry and her pot feels light.
I’m not sure that I’ll transplant this one before next update. She’s just so small yet.
Thanks for lookin

Krisis 01/21/25. Welcome to the start of week 3.
This little one is still.. little and unhealthy looking. Not sure what’s going to happen with her.
I usually always keep on keeping on when I get a little runty, unhappy one. They’ve always made it through, but honestly the results usually aren’t worth the efforts and costs.
She’s still young yet, so I’ll give her a little more time, but honestly I don’t have much faith. Her friends are all much bigger than her, and have been transplanted, so they’ll gain even more on her, I assume.
She’s not ready to be transplanted. I’ll cross my fingers for her…
Thanks for lookin.

Krisis 01/27/25. Welcome to the start of week 4.
I was hoping for a better week, and better news about this little one. Unfortunately, she’s still not made a turn around.
I was also hoping that maybe she was just sensitive to the cold temperatures and with them a bit warmer she’d be happy b
I have really been contemplating letting her go, but dang.. feels so bad. Keep thinking maybe she’ll come around.
I haven’t transplanted her because she was so frail and still small. I’m going to go ahead and give it a try. Maybe she’ll make progress after, though I really don’t have high hopes. Cross your fingers for the poor child.
She was just watered yesterday, slowly, until a bit of run off. I’ve upped her food to 1.5 across 3 parts, as well as upped calmag (1) and silica (2).
I pulled a dip shit move and left my measuring tape in the flower tent and it’s lights off, so I’ll have to come back tomorrow to update that. I doubt she’s much different than last measurement though honestly.
Update: 01/28/25- updated measurement and also transplanted her. The soil basically fell apart in my hands, as there were very few roots. I was careful to not break the little that were there. I then watered her in with nutrients and put her a bit to the side of the light in hopes of not pissing her off anymore.
I’m not sure what was going on with her roots, but that was definitely concerning. Hopefully she’ll do better in her new home. Kinda the last chance here. Oh I added pictures after I pulled her out and in her new home.
Thanks for lookin. ✌️

This poor thing still just isn’t doin it. Idek what the problem is.
Plain watered today, slowly, until a bit of run off. Still giving her the benefit of the doubt, but as stated last time, not much hope. I’ll let her chill for the meantime, but when her friends are ready to move.. if she’s not turned around.. rip. :(
Took pictures with her friends of same age to show size/ health reference.

Krisis 03/03/25. Uh. Hi hello. I’m so sorry. . .
I didn’t get rid of her. I know I know. I need help. I realllllly was going to.. but then she cried out. She was screaming - pleeeeassse.. I just needmore time! I promise I’ll be good!
Wow wtf. Who can say no to that. Anyway, okay in reality .. I just have a damn problem killing things. Poor little sickly, ass holish things, even.
So, for the past month I kinda just shoved the poor thing in my closet with a shitty ass light and I kept her alive. She stretched so bad, but somehow seemed to enjoy herself in time. I gave her water and food when she asked nicely. I did recently top her because why not.
She misses her beautiful friends who are in fact just all starting their flower journey now. This is just something that can’t happen for her, not now anyway.
She’s developed some branching s l o w l y.
She’s lanky and goofy af too lol. She’s pretty healthy now though.. somehow. I’ve left her nasty leaves from the past attached. You’ll see them in the pictures. Same pot still from her last update.
The good news is: this time it’s not in vain! It’s not all for nothing! You see there’s a contest literally for this girl. Now no one can shake their heads in disgust. She lived for THIS! So don’t laugh at her, or me for keeping the damn thing lol. Okayyyy.. I guess you can laugh. 😂
So .. uh.. #pimpmygrow
Pretty please
And what should I do with this thing .. other than throw her out. The time for that has passed. Probably. What would be fun??
Oh.. and sorry it had to wind up being one of your diaries, Fastbuds. Rip.

Krisis 03/13/25. Week freakin 10 hmmm..
She’s very displeased with me this week.
I transplanted her into a bigger pot. Thought the poor thing would enjoy having some space. I guess she like being cramped into her little home.
She’s been protesting ever since. It seems she just prefers being left alone, well, other than being with her baby plant friends.
These poor things are all under an old school barf light.. er.. blurple. Gag. It’s better than being in the dark right? She sometimes takes a visit out of her closet, and then she’s under a grow bulb that I have in a lamp, that I like to start little babies under. It’s low wattage.
She looks like she’s getting potassium deficiency. Idk what it is with that lately-l wonder if the soil’s heavily lacking or something because I keep seeing this. That…or I’m going crazy and thinking I see it.
Either way..I’ll feed her some. What’s the worst that can happen. I gave her water yesterday but somehow today her soil seems very dry, so she can have food and water today.
I also topped her again. She seems to be branching some more which is good.
If I could think about what should be done differently here? I would say when she couldn’t keep up at all with the rest of the plants.. I probably should have pitched her.
Aside from that.. a much better environment/setup could have helped her along much better. She is after all using a bunch of old junk to support her life, because the flourishing plants are using all the decent things.
It’s the best that it can be with what I have.
Maybe she wins the contest and has a better life huh? Or maybe another poor plant in the future can
Cross your fingers for her 🤞🤞🤞

Another week or so has went by. She’s still alive and growing a bit (2 inches). She has responded to topping. She’s doing a bit of branching.
Her leaves feel kind of dry.. or maybe that’s not the right description? They feel tough.
She seems not very happy as usual.
This girl, no matter what she’s fed, or not fed, just can’t seem to get along in this environment. I think she’s very sensitive and finicky, and needs something this janky closet setup just isn’t going to give her.
Other plants have started there, and grew, and moved out to nicer places. She’s grown obviously, just not like others, and has never been happy about doing it.
We move on anyway, and I’ll do my best to get her set on her way to flower plant land. For her I think it would take years lol but eventually I’ll get sick of this and put her there anyway.
As I started in last update- I think there’s a combination of issues here.
I think firstly it started with a seed that just wasn’t a strong one that turned into a little tiny plant compared to the seeds/plants she started with. I should have probably culled her. From there, a bad blurple light, and not the best environment, just didn’t help the already struggling little thing.
In the future I will try harder to not be a weirdo that keeps poopy sad little plants that can’t keep up. The nurturing instinct just kicks in and then we end up here 😂
It’s always- maybe I can save it!
To myself: JUST STOP IT!
Oh well, at least you get to see the hilarity of it along the way, and you don’t have to suffer through trying this yourself. Just learn from me :)
Also, through the pictures here you can see her take a trip to visit her friends she was born with. They had a good visit. Maybe they gave her some words of encouragement. The only good news for her is that she will outlive them all, but then .. that’s sad as well.

Krisis 04/25/25. Start week 3 flower .. or something like that loool. I can’t be bothered to figure it out and idc really.
Not taking this diary very seriously I guess. It’s just one of those plants that I let live, tried to get healthy as possible and then just throw it in the flower tent and see what happens.
Just figured I’d give it an update since it’s been awhile. After last update I let her chill a week or so and then yeah just put her in there and she has gotten happier and is making little buds and stuff now. There’s not much to her but eh whatever. She doesn’t take up much space and I’m cycling most things out right now as trichs dictate.
Giving her minimal attention. Just watering very often since her pots pretty small and dries out really fast. Giving her food live once a week.
Also, you can see she didn’t even place in the pimp my grow contest. Kinda expected that… lol I can’t even win at losing! I do it pretty well too like wtf 😜😜
Until next time ✌️
@Sour_D, She suddenly seems to have a real thirst for life. Like literally sucks everything right down. It seems she’s finally asking to expand. Might just be getting somewhere 😀
When I saw the contest, I knew it was made for this little gal. I missed her and wondered how fate had befallen her. I'm happy to see she found her destiny 👑
Yes the poor little silly thing, or well tall goofy thing now, can carry on with meaning.
Also entered it because I never place in anything else LOL for sucking, maybe I’ll finally do it? 😹😹
