New joiner, 🍋🍊 lemon orange, green house seed co run.
Wet paper towel for germination - soil medium using light mix from mills. I was worried about the night temperature reaching 18 but these girls are growing well. Gave them a teaspoon of top Vulcan, to avoid any temperature stress, helps maintain good pH in the soil and avoid any calmag deficiency. 1 ml of power roots and 2 ml of alga grow from plagron. All Organic
Week two had some challenges, weather started getting cold, night temperature reaching 17- not good- decided to stress them out with one day of 24 hours of light to adjust the 4 hours night time to be during the day to maintain good temperature thru out the day.. Transplant done into 11 L pot, fed them with plagron grow 2 ml and 1ml power roots and 2 ml vita Race spay on leafs. I will do the same every 5 days from now on. Will top one and Lst the other one without topping just for comparison.
Week 3 is smooth...I topped one and started LST without topping the other one for comparison. I have been feeding them every 5 days with 2ml of alga grow, 1 ml of power roots and 2 ml of vita Race. Water only in between. I think I will switch them to flowering in 1 or max 2 weeks. Sprayed the leafs with 1 ml per liter of spider boom just as a preventive measure. Will repeat the same every 10 days till 3rd week of flowering. These girls will stretch a lot during flowering. I like growing this strain so far as it gave me smooth ride compared to the other strains I am growing.
Beginning of week 4 so far so good. The girls are reacting well to there training. Vita race from plagron is a game changer. They are super green and healthy everytime I feed them you see the difference.Did some defoliation. Nothing major just removed any leaf overlapping or blocking light to lower parts of the plant.
This week they grew a lot. One pheno reached 35cm and the other 30cm, that's with training. These girls will stretch a lot . I will switch them to flowering tomorrow. So far the LST only is bushier and 5cm taller but still early to to judge.
Beginning of flowering phase and they already stretched 7 cm in 3 days only. The topped one reached 38 cm and the LST only is 42 cm . The smell is strating to come out , smell quite nice. Not intense yet.
Fertilizers
Top Vulcan 1 table spoon each. No more repetition
Plagron alga bloom 4 ml & power bud 1 ml power roots 1 ml , alga grow 4 ml and vita race 4 ml. I Will repeat the same every 4 days for the for 1st two weeks of flowering .
As you can see I am growing other strains but the lemon orange stand out for now. They are larger, busher and smell amazing 😍
Week 6
These girls stretched like 10cm in a week had to control them. Defoliation followed by SCROG technique to help control the height.
Fertilizers
Plagron: grow 4ml , bloom 5 ml , Vita race 4ml, power bud 1 ml , power roots 1ml .
Pest: applied spider boom as a preventive measures. Always better to prevent 1ml per liter sprayed on the leafs bottom and top.
I am growing other strains but nothing is bushier or bigger than the Lemon Orange. This strain is definitely strong and easy to grow so far.
Smooth week to be honest. Nothing major to report. Growing green and are stretching well.
Fertilizers.
Plagron: dropping the grow and roots fertilizers. Only feeding bloom, power bud, and vita Race this week.
I hope this smooth ride continues till harvest.
This week the buds are starting to form nicely.
They stretched 10cm. If they keep stretching this week I might have to move them to a bigger tent.
They are responding nicely to the SCROG technique. The tent is covered.
Fertilizer, Plagron: 5ml bloom, 4ml , Vita race sprayed on the leaves back and forth, 1 ml power bud and finally 1 ml of green sensation. I like he now they respond to vita race. It's definitely a good product. Also power bud must have helped increase the number of buds.
Super excited. 5 weeks to go 😊
Smell is starting to kick in but nothing major.
