Lovely smelling, fast and easy to grow and train. A big yielder; a perfect strain for stealthy microgrows! Harvested a bunch of beautiful short densely packed branches. Small size made it easy to harvest and fast to trim after drying. First day of curing it smells intense citrusy-sweet with a hint of pine in the jar. An excellent choice so far!

Great products. I've always had success growing with these. Perhaps Kleen isn't that important for such a short grow, but it's affordable enough to use anyways.
First time using Cal-Mag Pro and it's easy to use with a syringe and nicely complements MaxiBloom. I'll definitely continue using it. Liquid Silicon I used as a pH-Up. Maybe it helps with flexibility, I don't know. The packaging isn't great because the caps seal has disintegrated in to the bottle..

In 11 weeks exactly from seed to harvest! This has been my all time favorite grow so far! πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ Harvest at day 77 was really easy due to the small size and compact branches. I quick trimmed wet, then dried for 2.5 days at RH35% and then dry trimmed everything in to a 4 liter curing jar, which sits at 61% RH after only 4 hours of jarring.. so I'll be popping that jar constantly now 😝 Yielded a monster 89 grams of dried trimmed bud with 25 grams of frosty trim. An excellent result, considering my 60 EUR budget DIY LED did this! 😎 Going above 1 GPW is always oh-so-sweet πŸ˜‹ I'll be updating this harvest page as the cure progresses and I find out more about the taste and effects. Growing on GD has made growing in to a whole new experience for me. I've gained much new motivation and inspiration in to growing. I also learned a lot for my next grow and I'm excited to get started with my next diaries I have planned! 0

Might I now see a somehow traumatized expression, having stressed the seedling at such a young age?😰

Hi @w33dl3! My guess is that this fragile seedling suffered from both transplantation and lack of airflow. Your soil might be involved too if your auto sits in a hot/rich mix. Finally, your medium looks really wet, make sure not to water straight at the seedling’s foot but instead try to water the outer border of your container, this will encourage roots to spread, and give an adjusted volume of water (~10% of your container’s capacity at this stage). Don’t panic yet, she is already showing signs of recovery, and if you give her good care (low EC, good watering routine, good environment stances) she should stand up and grow vigorously. Hope this will help, keep us up to date and happy growing πŸ‘Š

Would it be a good idea to slowly start pruning the lower and shaded baby shoots? I'm afraid it could stunt the growth.. I've previously scrogged my plants(photoperiod ones) at the height of 30 cm.

hey Weedle, i see what you're wanting to do here, am i correct in thinking you want to promote flower growth further up the branch where it will be the most rewarding? If so, then yes, you've got the right idea, however i'm not seeing a plant that's ready for that yet, you want the flower stretch to happen some before you decide which flower nodes to keep and which flower nodes to get rid of, those little shoots could well become secondary colas in their own right. Give it another week or 10 days before you make the call, just to be sure. pruning anything will stress the plant, for us it's "just a leaf" for a plant it's literally ripping off an appendage lol just a final word of parting : those red stems are sign of micro nutrient deficiency creeping up, add some cal mag and mag sulfur to support your plant during her flower stretch. Hope this helps ! πŸš€

There seems to be some paleness/yellowing on the upper growth. Upper leaf tips are slightly curling upwards and show some dark purple color. Last week runoff PPM was hovering around 1150-1250, so I'm dialing it down closer to 1000 ppm this week. Too much nutes or light intensity?

@CRiSPrGrow, Yeah you got it right! I like the idea of waiting a bit before deciding what to prune. Thank you so much for the cal-mag tip, I'll get that arranged asap. Now I'm glad I asked. It's always fun to learn about new things to play with πŸ˜πŸ‘

@DinafemSeeds, Took me about a week to stabilize the curing to RH62% and been steadily hitting that cookie jar ever since, prioritizing smaller nugs and branches πŸ˜† Already vapes good via an Extreme Q producing potent tingly feeling clouds, with low psychoactivity and strong body & mind relaxation potential. Hard to say anything too definitive about taste&effect at this early in the cure. The buds look so yummy and have developed a beautiful intense sweet&sour&spicy aroma with undertones of citrus and wood. The smell is spectacular and I've spent a lot of time sniffing the ground herb, just amazed of the complexity of aroma here😳 I have a feeling as the cure progresses some months, the taste and effect are going to develop awesomely, so I'll be updating this page again once we are there πŸ˜‡ It has been a perfect first Dinafem experience for me; something I'd like to repeat in the future with other Dinafem lineages (such as Dinamed, OG, WW, Amnesia), if my local seed store ever decides to restock on Dinafem seeds 😲

@DinafemSeeds, Wow! a public audience for my little grow.. how the times have changed. As this is both my first Auto and CBD strain, I'm super excited to see what I'll get out of training it in a 120x40x40cm space with upwards of 11,000 lumens worth of brand new DIY LED paneling 😎

w33dl3commented6 years ago
@omegaman101, I used a DIY budget LED panel made out of 3x Philips LEDtube 1500mm T8-tubes, 3700 lm / 24 watts each and less than $20 a pop. It's not the best penetrator with a 160 ° beam angle, but seems to have worked great anyways 😲 Some pictures of it: https://imgur.com/a/bHAyFqt
