Oldschool vibes and fizzy drinks: Acapulco Gold and Mimosa evo
Welcome to week number 4!
Last week the ladies moved to their new and final home. They had a week to settle in and today i gave them a brand new haircut!
I hope they are gonna take it well. One of the Mimosas was a bit droopy, but i decided not to spare her and see what happens. Its the plant i damaged during the repot. Lets hope she bounces back and if not its not the end of the world.
So i let them heal for and top them again at 4 nodes, let them recover and then flower is up. So far so good! Have a nice weekend! 😁
Good luck with your Mimosa Evo. I growed this strain 2 years ago and it was a tasty terpen profil, good yield and happy relexing high. So I plant it agin. I'm looking forward to comparing our plants.

I struggle myself in the first week. Trying to find that sweet water spot.
You do 80ml water 24 or 48hrs? Almost the same, mines in a 6inch.
My 250ml was too much 😂😂 Gonna be a 4 day dry out. 😭 😂😂🤘
@Fatnastyz, Yeah the watering! My approach is this: I only mist them until repotting to 4l pots. Then i water with the scale. Starting with 0.2l and introduce them to 72 hour wet/dry cycle. Working with a scale was a gamechanger for me. 🙌🌱🌞🍀

@cheech87, Me too buddy! Feels good to grow some sativa again and i'm very curious to try a more oldschool landrace. Durban Poison is another one on my list, that i wanted to run since forever, but i had no beans. That would also seem like a good strain to run besides AG. Thanks for checking in buddy! 🙏
@Herbie101, you'd buy a zip for about 20-30 beans and then grab an album cover aka LP large record cover and 'process' the seeds out which would account for 1/2 of the weed you just paid for. ya, you heard me correct. lol
ag was no diff than columbian or whatever was goin round. seed weed from the 70's kicked ass all day!

@Qutro, Thank you so much buddy! I don't know yet. I guess i'm gonna set up a mainline and switch when they are on 8 solid branches. Then we go from there i guess. 🤔 Probably 4-6 weeks from now. 🌱🌞🍀
@Sour_D, Yeah these old beans are no shit! I'm keeping 5 total, that is pretty much the sweet spot at the moment with the 15l pots. And its more than enough for my needs. I guess i'm gonna keep 3 AG and 2 Mimosa. 🌱🌞🍀
Good luck and sounds good strains! Friend grew few months ago mimosa from barney, no orange/citrus smell or taste on that pheno maybe this is better. 😊
@HippyHemulen, Thank you so much buddy! I also read different takes on AG, i'm really curious how it'll play out (if they'll germinate ofc). And to be honest, i don't know what to expect except a decent sativa buzz. But hopefully we'll see in a few months.😬
