Im starting a new diary, my last grow didnt work out as my germination technique wasnt great. I have changed methods, and all 4 seeds germinated. Sadly only 2 of them turned into seedlings, as the other 2 mustve been too dry or some other issue. That being said, two of the plants are about a week ahead of the other 2. The newer two were successfully germinated and planted today, hoping they come up!

Another week in the books, the runtz muffin and Mandarin cookies pictured are a little over a week ahead of the other smaller plant. Still waiting on one more to pop up for a total of four, thankfully these are photos so I can still flip them all at the same time even with some scragglers. So far so good!

Not much to report on, may have missed a week on reporting. The plants are doing great. Had some issues with underwatering and one of the plants was drooping pretty hard, but ive increased how much water they're receiving and theyre loving it!! Perking up and adding tons of new foliage constantly. Already been a great journey, cant wait to see where these babies go!

Chill week, babies are definitely putting on some weight. Im adjusting to their watering needs, and it has been slightly challenging getting the hang of things. But they arent dead yet, so progress is being made! Anyone know what is causing the slight yellowing on the leaf tips? Maybe too might light? Doubt they need a top dress quite yet, and ive been PH'ing my water. Thanks for the input!

Any clue what is causing the slight yellowing on the tips of the leaves? More pictures seen in week 4 of the grow diary. Thanks!

You could have gotten her a little wet but because it is affecting the lower leaves first probably nitrogen deficiency not toxicity. If you have been giving her ample nitrogen then a magnesium deficiency would be the next best bet. To fix it add one tablespoon of epsom salts as a top dress before the next watering cycle. But read a few more answers before making your best educated decision. Happy gardening

Slight burning from excessive nitrogen content in the soil. Also, try and keep the leaves dry, there is no need to spritz the leaves...........wet leaves can lead to diseases. Liquid, cannabis specific fertilizers are much better and easier to control than any dry amendmant. Unfortunately, I have seen far too many negative issues in this forum with the product you have chosen.

Leaf's surface temperature directly changes depending on its transpiration rate, with higher transpiration rates leading to a cooler leaf surface temperature because the process of water evaporating from the leaf absorbs heat energy, effectively cooling it down; conversely, when transpiration is low, the leaf can become significantly warmer than the surrounding air. Based on a 3-degree F difference in ambient and LST. 1.44kPa. @80-50% Drop 2F and raise 5% will give you 1.18kPa.

Both of the runtz muffin have now been topped. One has recovered well, other one was only topped 12 hours ago as of writing this. Younger runtz muffin was far off to the left, so I low stress trained her towards the middle of the pot and she responded well, immediately grew out and up towards the light and has now been topped. Mandarin cookies both havent been topped or LST'ed. The older mandarin cookies is having some yellowing of the leaves, ive had conflicting answers as to what it could be. Till next week!!

Hey man Goodluck with this run .. maybe I ask how you're germinating them?

Sure man, first batch I tried to plant directly in soil and water them. I felt like I didnt overwater or underwater, but after 8-10 days didnt have any signs of life so I pulled them out and they were barely cracked open, but definitely open a little. Next batch I put in a cup of water for 2-3 days and then the taproots came fully out and I planted those directly in soil and watered. 2/4 popped, 2 looked as if they had dried out too much. Planted 2 more and they are coming up no problem. Not totally sure where I messed up.
