SolitudeCorners A huge thank you to Original Sensible Seeds for your incredible support and generosity in sponsoring top-quality cannabis seeds for me to grow. It truly means a lot to have this opportunity, not just to explore and cultivate your amazing genetics, but also to refine my skills and push my passion for growing even further.
I’m truly grateful for everything you do to keep the cannabis growing community thriving!
Soak in h202 until the seed cracks open and white hairs come out then plant directly into the coco and keep the top surface of the substrate wet enough for them, don't water them, it's the easiest way to kill your seeds.
SolitudeCorners 🌱 Week 1 – Day 1 (Transplant Day)
Just moved all the girls into their new homes – 0.5 gallon coco pots. Kicking off a fresh run with 13 strains / 20 phenos. Gonna be a fun one.
Roots were looking solid coming out of the trays, and most of them took to the new medium without much fuss. The plan is to let them settle in this week and focus on root establishment before pushing too hard with the feed.

SolitudeCorners 🌱 Ghost Train Power – Early Veg + Structure Insight
One of the more interesting phenos in this run Ghost Train Power by Original Sensible Seeds is starting to stand out.
🌿 Growth Observation:
The plant had a bit of a rough start after being kept in a small pot for too long. The root system was clearly stressed, and it’s taken her some time to bounce back. Still, she’s holding form and starting to push growth now that she’s in her new 0.5 gal pot.
👃 Aroma from Leaves:
There’s already a sharp, sour scent coming off the fan leaves — kinda like unripe mango mixed with a gassy undertone. It’s not something you expect this early in veg, and it definitely makes me curious about her future terp profile.
🌸 Structure:
What really caught me off guard is her super tight internodal spacing — the bud sites are forming so close together same as Cheese strain. I hadn’t realized how she was going to develop.hope its not too dense

SolitudeCorners 🌿Week 4: Defoliation & SCROG Setup
Week 4 was all about structure and airflow.
The canopy was getting bushy fast, with a ton of inner growth, so we went in for a solid defoliation session across the board. Lower fans, overlapping leaves, and shaded internodes were cleaned up to let light penetrate deeper into the canopy and reduce potential humidity traps.
Right after that, we finally dropped the SCROG net, stretched out gently across the canopy to guide the branches horizontally and prep for flower stacking. Some of these phenos are already reaching for the sky, so the timing felt just right.
Captured a full-time-lapse clip of the defoliation + netting process. It’s super satisfying watching the chaos turn into clean lines. Nature meets intention.

22/6 Defoliation
🌱 Plant Response:
After defol, they bounced back fast. Tops are perky, leaves are praying, and stretch is continuing in a controlled way. The structure’s more open now — better airflow, better light distribution, better everything.

SolitudeCorners 🌸 Weekly Grow Report – Week 5: Flip the Switch
This week marked a big transition — on June 29th at 8AM, the lights officially flipped to 12/12, signaling the start of flower. From now on, it’s lights on from 8PM to 8AM,
Within just a couple of days, you could feel the shift. They started stretching with purpose, and the tops began stacking more aggressively. It’s that exciting time when you walk into the room and the vibe is totally different — more electric, more alive.
🌿 Changes This Week
Photoperiod shifted to 12/12 (8PM–8AM)
Stretch has kicked in noticeably
Light intensity dialed in to match early flower demands
Feed 3EC and water volume slightly adjusted to match new growth pace
Some phenos are stretching faster than others, but the canopy is still fairly even thanks to the SCROG work from last week. Internodes are spacing out and pre-flowers are starting to show on most plants. Nothing major to worry about — just watching closely for sex traits, early signs of hunger, or stress.
